Thank you for addressing all aspects of our environment and what factors affect our health. It will be a refreshing change to see our government research based on actual science and professional expertise and not Lobbyists or hidden agendas. We should not have to beg for a healthy environment and food supply while other civilized nations surpass us in safety. Thank you for your dedication to the well-being of all American citizens.

The concerns about EMF, RF, and WiFi radiation are exaggerated. The sun above shines many more times the radiation every day. We simply cannot go through our lives without artificial radiation if we are going to have electricity and radio at all.

Yes, higher frequency and higher power radio waves generate more, but the levels of radiation from the towers and even the devices are not enough to cause an unreasonable amount of danger to humans. Also, over time, the levels will eventually go down because vendors have an incentive to lower electricity costs, and the best way to do that will be to make more efficient radio transmitters and receivers.

Around the time our area was upgraded to 5G, we noticed several changes, including ringing in our ears, eye discomfort, and more frequent headaches. After our local internet provider upgraded our modem, we also noticed symptoms such as brain fog, increased thirst, and difficulty sleeping. Our cats began showing signs of illness, and the bird population around our rural property noticeably declined.

My husband also battled cancer, which eventually spread to his bones and brain, despite initially being told those were areas his cancer was not expected to spread to. His cancer was also found to have a rare secondary cancer, adding another unexpected complication to his illness.

I understand that these observations and my husband's cancer do not establish a connection to EMF exposure, and other factors may be involved. However, our experiences have left me with questions about the potential long-term effects of increased wireless technology. I believe more independent research is needed into cumulative EMF exposure and its possible effects on human health, animals, and the environment.

I submit these comments as an individual consumer and concerned family member (Q2). People cannot readily opt out of ambient exposure from nearby antennas. I urge federal agencies to reassess whether existing limits adequately address lifelong, real-world exposures, including for children and ecosystems. Q3–4: Sources of concern include cell towers/small cells, phones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, smart meters, and wearables. People report headaches, sleep disruption, fatigue, and other symptoms they associate with RF exposure. Investigate these reports systematically without assuming causation. I report no personal diagnosis or clinical observations. Agencies should collect nonidentifying reports documenting device/source, measured exposure, timing, symptoms, medical evaluation, and changes after exposure reduction, using blinded tests where feasible. Q5–6: Compare FCC limits with ICNIRP 2020 and IEEE standards, WHO reviews, and IARC assessments. Explain how limits address frequency, SAR, power density, modulation, duty cycle, beamforming, distance, exposure duration, and multiple sources. The U.S. National Toxicology Program reported clear evidence of malignant heart schwannomas in male rats under specific high-level RF exposure conditions; these results do not establish risks from everyday 5G exposure. IARC classified RF fields as “possibly carcinogenic” (Group 2B) in 2011. Recent human reviews, however, found no increased risk for several studied cancers. Assess studies below limits and distinguish cellular changes from proven harm. Q7–9: Use calibrated broadband and frequency-selective meters, personal dosimeters, SAR testing, and validated modeling. Measure actual exposures across locations and times, including indoors, during peak traffic, and from multiple sources. Publish accessible antenna locations, operating characteristics, compliance methods, measured exposure ranges, uncertainties, and ways to request independent review. Q10–11: Build privacy-protective surveillance combining cancer registries, occupational and environmental monitoring, longitudinal cohorts, and voluntary adverse-event reports. 1. The study needs to evaluate induction from power lines as well to set a standard for distance per kw future homes should be built to power lines.

2. The study should look at mitochondria health and the ability to recover. The body is resilient and human effects will show in symptoms such as low energy, poor sleep, and being sick more often. These effects might be seen as “normal “ and not related to EMI/EMF. So the study should include pre and post evaluation of mitochondria health during exposure.

I have been having many EMF and EMR symptoms since 2011. Many heart symptoms, such as atrial fib and shortness of breath, when around high wifi fields. When the Smart Meter was installed on my house, I had difficulty sleeping. Had to be hospitalized for atrial fib after standing in front of a smart meter for a few minutes. I still cannot sleep if cell phones or any other wifi devices are turned on while sleeping. Aches and pains in my body when exposed to strong wifi fields. Shortness of breath when in restaurants with many smart tv's, so I stay out of restaurants now.

As someone who has been injured by a gadolinium based contrast agent, overhead power lines and batteries have been extremely detrimental to my health. RF/EMF cause me to experience negative side effects including head pressure, headaches, inflammation, and deterioration of ligaments in my body. While driving, the symptoms become so severe, I fear the safety of others and myself.

I think this is An excellent platform for some honesty about the “So Called influential”people who are creating ways to attempt making the world into something of their own . I don’t know what that could be! it makes no sense for all Humanity, Wildlife, Plant life, and Water .

We As Human People are Happy and content With the Natural World !!! We are Not Guinea pigs for those Organized Groups , Companies , Multi millionaires profiting off of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE around them .

I know more humans that are totally Concerned and Frustrated by phone computer TV frequencies MEGA WATTS how high they are and the capabilities of THE Multi MIllionaires to be able to seek anything they can about any individual at any time and worse to harm us with the technology ( Mega Watts ) that are Way Too High for all human organs to function over time & People Are Getting Much Sicker from it. Constantly New Electric poles with ? # Wattage boxes put up on our roads in our yards to keep us under the radar and eventually KILL US ALL !! That is the truth , more and more people know that our Lives are at risk and NOONE IS DOING ANYTHING TO HELP US ALL AS WE TRY TO BE GOOD AND DO GOOD FOR OUR FAMILY LIFE ! THAT IS under attack from technologies wattage and those who control it . Please wake up before it’s too late ; get motivated and Set Some Real Standards and employ people to go out and monitor all these devices and set limits that WONT HARM HUMANS from Electric boxes , Phones , Iinternet , Televisions , Data Centers ,& AI .

And when the truth finally comes out, when the documents are declassified, when the world realizes the greatest medical breakthrough in human history was sitting behind the television collecting dust...

Will tinfoil hats be provided through my insurer or will I have to fashion one myself?

For over 15 years I am electrohypersensitive . In the beginning it was only to wifi . In the meantime I am sensitive to all kinds of high frequency radiation and also to electrical and magnetical fields .

My story began when I first had a wifi installed in my house . I was recovering from an infection at that time and at a certain point I became so ill that I couldn’t take care of myself . For over 2 years I wasn’t able to talk fluently , to walk as I used to walk , I was sensitive to sound , light , my sleep was completely disturbed , … I didn’t know what was going on .

At a certain point in time , my next door neighbour had solar panels installed on her roof . Nothing wrong with that .

But around that time my health deteriorated even more and … the higher I came in my house , the more ‘drunk’ I felt ; and when I again came to the ground floor , that ‘drunk’ feeling improved a little bit . This was so strange .

Thank God I had at that time a very good GP , medical doctor , who asked me about ‘changes in my environment’ and laughingly , not knowing why he asked me that , I jokingly said : ‘hahaha , my neighbour has put solar panels on the roof.’

My GP ’s reaction was very serious , saying : ‘this can become a different story’ .

I then asked a mitigation expert from the Netherlands (at that time there weren’t many) and I had the wifi switched off and some other changes .

AND in less than 2 weeks time I again became ‘a different person’ , again functioning normally , feeling much healthier , so many symptoms and sensitivities disappeared .

In the course of those 15 years I’ve tried to cope with the increasing amount of radiation , but unfortunately in the past 7 years my health again has gotten worse . There is too much radiation for me and I also became sensitive to electrical and magnetical fields .

I have no wireless devices of any kind in my house and my electricity network is shielded .

But my neighbours , the community , the town … the amount of EMF has exploded in the past years .

It has become very hard , or hardly impossible to leave my house , to have a social life , to visit relatives or friends and even then I am ill each and every day .

Is there a place for us , people with EHS , where we can live a healthy life ?

I studied biology to degree level, graduating in 1994. The subject of cell science was a favourite of mine.

My comment arises from the fact that there is evidence that the current, Safe E/M Radiation Level is much too high, current levels causing changes in biological cellular activity.

5G masts are of concern in the UK, and LED street lighting is a further issue. While you can put up heavy curtains to dim the light, the radiation is of course unimpeded.

Furthermore, one environmental consequence of LED lighting is that insect reproduction near these lights is mostly absent.

A great deal more research into the neurological and neurophysiological response to these EMF sources should be carried out if we are to set a more realistic Safe level of exposure for the general public and all those who work near EMF sources.

I don't know anything really, I'd get expert opinions if I were you. Is like to get the unredacted Epstein files out there though.

I think EMF and radiation exposure is something that society needs to be aware of. Towers and 5g radiation could be causing cancer to rise. I believe that it has not been studied enough and research is needed to expose the reality of the health effects it is creating.

None of those things affect human health. Everyone at HHS should be ashamed of pushing woowoo conspiracy bullshit like this, but that's what you get when you have a roadkill-eating, sewage-swimming, toilet-seat-cocaine sniffing sycophant at the head.

Please restrict the input to researchers who are qualified. Opening this for public comments can create a false sense of understanding if too many people believe their conspiracies will be heard on an equal level to scrutinized data and reaserch. This is irresponsible.

I'm not a US citizen, nor I have any vax record in Taiwan Medicare system. But i suffered many radiative injuries, these glowing particles, other bio/chemical substances were injected or consumed into my body unknowningly n frequently.

The unit i purchased on EMF reader was broken upon its delivery, but my body seemingly emit radiative signals when others tried to measure EMF.

I agree that 5g rollout and smart meters have caused increased negative reactions and adverse health effects. I have developed tachycardia, poor sleep, ringing in the ears and now headaches from this exposure. Utilities that already charge exorbitant prices are putting us at risk while raking in massive profits. Smart meters in particular bring extra regulation into the home and you are penalized if you opt out, or not allowed to opt out at all.
