I am writing to address observations that were made among pulse diagnosis practitioners within the Chinese medicine community over decades that suggest that EMF damage started to show up increasingly in patients beginning in the late 2000s. Before that time, the pulse quality known as "Leather-hard", reflecting a drying out and hard/leathery quality on the radial artery, showed up almost exclusively in patients who were undergoing radiation therapy for cancer. But in the late 2000s, my husband and his mentor/fellow practitioner, started observing this quality in the broader population, and increasingly in younger patients, along with signs and symptoms that reflect EMF harm. In some cases, the damage was reflected in particular areas of the body (and corresponding pulse position) in relation to where they regularly carried a phone. In other words, a patient who showed up with a pulse that reflected inflammatory damage in reproductive areas, regularly carried their phone in their pants pocket. While this is observational data, these findings occurred over decades and have increased over time. This seems like something to look at.

I started looking into EMF transmission with my second round of cancer. My husband had heart issues and was scheduled for an ablations procedure. I ordered a reader and found the electric heating pads he had behind his back watching TV read over 600 EMF’s (from China purchased on Amazon) My electric blanket also read over 600 EMF’s. So I purchased a heating mat tested for EMF transmission. It did NOT have any EMF transmissions. EMF transmissions are ignored mostly but critical for my health. Not related but I cured my cancer using Ivermectin, canceled surgery and chemo.

I have no doubt that EMFs, RFs & other frequencies affect human health. I believe some people are more sensitive than others. I can report that my hands start tingling & burning after holding my cell phone for only 15 minutes. I also have sensations of internal vibrations, which I believe is my central nervous system reacting. I often get a headache when wearing Bluetooth headphones.

What I’m also concerned about is the towers built on school property. What is this doing to the kids?

If it’s confirmed that EMFs & RF / other frequencies affect human health, then how will we remedy this? I Faraday fabric is very expensive, I can’t afford a faraday cage or clothing! How do I protect myself?

Before installation of 4G cell towers in the Netherlands I was not sensitive to wireless electromagnetic radiation, apart from continuous hearing of a high frequency sound. This changed when a cell tower was installed at 300 m distance of our house. We defended our house with black paint,curtains with iron thread, aluminum foil and fine-mesh iron fencing, disconnecting wifi, and using only cable connections. These measures helped for being safely at home for a while. In 2024 when 5G was installed I unfortunately became extremely sensitive for this radiation by cell towers, wifi, blue-tooth and mobile phones. I had to leave our church with a cell tower at a distance of 50 m. With my broadband RF meter "Safe and Sound Pro II" I discovered that too much radiation now entered our house despite our protection measures. The density of cell towers in Holland is so high that there are few places with low radiation and we could not find another affordable house at a safe place. We had no other option than to move to another country. In Hungary we found a small village where the radiation is almost zero in one of the streets where we bought a house to live in since last November. But health problems are not over yet. When going to other places here for shopping etc. I must have my cap and belt around my neck with silver thread on in order to protect myself, but even then I suffer often from nasty symptoms. The radiation is also tricky in that I usually don't experience its effects immediately and that the first symptoms are mild. When I have been in an environment with high radiation for a longer time, more heavy symptoms may continue afterwards for the rest of the day and sometimes even the next day, like continuous head pressure, headache, dizziness, fatigue, sleepiness, oppression on my throat, etc. A complete list of symptoms that I experienced since 4G was installed, I have added as a supporting document. We are exposed to unacceptable levels of EMF short-wave pollution. People have experienced headaches, dizziness, inability to function, fatigue, heart issues, insomia,tumors, cancer and more. These cell towers with 5G and other toxic EMF exposures are sick. Even it you do not experience the above knowingly, you are still exposed and building health issues.

Wildlife, which includes plants are also negatively affected. In other words, life itself is attacked by these EMF non-ionizing radiation. The concept that only heat generates injury was incorrect. There are safe ways to improve communication, such as fiber optics.

In 1996 Pres. Clinton exempted the communication industry from health, safety and

environmental issues connected to this industry. That non-regulation needs to be

stopped. This industry is out-of-control. Cell towers are built near schools, which is an absolute travesty. We are entitled to a safe environment without rogue industries such as the above operating unregulated, immune to lawsuits for the health and environmental destruction they cause.

Another issue involves geo-engineering. The public is now noticing the obvious

spraying of chemicals and maybe more in the atmosphere. Whatever is sprayed is pulled down to the earth via gravity. A life on the planet is adversely harmed, and we are seeing the results. We are told the spraying is for ameliorating

"climate change", which makes no sense. This spraying needs to be stopped.

I appreciate the Department of Health and Human Services' decision to examine the scientific evidence regarding electromagnetic fields (EMFs), radiofrequency (RF) radiation, and wireless radiation exposure. I strongly encourage HHS to approach this issue with scientific rigor, transparency, and a commitment to protecting public health, particularly the health of children. Wireless technologies have become an integral part of everyday life. Children are exposed to wireless devices, Wi-Fi networks, cellular infrastructure, Bluetooth devices, and other sources of electromagnetic fields from an early age. As exposure becomes increasingly widespread, it is important that our understanding of potential long-term health effects keeps pace with technological development. I respectfully ask HHS to prioritize the following areas: 1. Independent, long-term research Support well-designed, independent research into the potential short-term and long-term health effects of RF radiation and other relevant EMF exposures. Research should include long-term exposure, cumulative exposure from multiple sources, and potential effects that may not become apparent for many years. Funding and potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed transparently. 2. Protection of children and other potentially vulnerable populations Children should be a priority in research and public health policy. Their bodies are still developing, and their lifetime exposure may be substantially longer than that of today's adults. Research should specifically examine age-related differences in exposure and susceptibility rather than assuming that findings from adult populations fully apply to children. 3. Reassessment of exposure standards HHS should evaluate whether existing exposure limits adequately reflect current scientific evidence, including research on long-term exposure and potential biological effects beyond established heating effects. Standards should be reviewed periodically as new evidence becomes available, with clear explanations of the scientific assumptions and uncertainties underlying them. 4. The public deserves full transparency about the potential health effects of wireless radiation and 5G technology. People cannot make informed decisions when the risks, uncertainties, and long-term effects are not clearly communicated. We need independent research, stronger public health protections, and honest, accessible disclosure of the science. Public health and informed consent must come before convenience and corporate interests. Families deserve answers, transparency, and the right to understand the potential risks of the technology surrounding them.

I don’t know why we are suddenly claiming electromagnetic fields, radiofrequency, and wireless radiation are scary or harmful. They have been used for a long time. People are overreacting because the words and names sound scary. Decisions related to this topic should be made by physicists, biologists, and chemists. Not laypersons.

Elderly, fixed income. Smart meter installed, without our consent or permission - we heard banging on the side of the house.

Three weeks later, full body rash, extreme itching, which has persisted for seven months now.

Requested removal, and replacement with non-smart meter, they (Great Lakes Energy) are demanding $50 per month, $600 a year, which we can not afford.

No one will help us.

To Whom It May Concern: I appreciate the opportunity to provide information regarding electromagnetic fields, radiofrequency radiation, and wireless technologies. I am not an expert in epidemiology, toxicology, biophysics, dosimetry, oncology, neurology, or radiation science. However, I understand that personal observations are being solicited, and I am therefore pleased to contribute data of approximately the same scientific rigor as any other uncontrolled anecdotal report. Over the past several years, I have experienced repeated exposure to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular networks, and other forms of radiofrequency radiation. During that same period, I have observed a number of concerning health-related outcomes. For example, after spending prolonged periods in Wi-Fi-enabled environments, I frequently experience fatigue, reduced concentration, irritability, and a strong desire to stop working. The association is especially pronounced Monday through Friday. Symptoms tend to improve substantially on weekends and during vacations. This reproducible dechallenge phenomenon may indicate a biologically meaningful relationship between wireless exposure and employment. I have also observed a strong temporal association between 5G exposure and hunger. Following several hours of exposure, I reliably develop an urge to eat. Administration of food results in rapid symptom improvement. The consistency of this response, together with its recurrence on re-exposure, raises concerns regarding a possible radiofrequency-associated metabolic syndrome. Additional observations include: - Exposure to Bluetooth is frequently followed by depletion of headphone batteries. - Prolonged screen use in Wi-Fi environments is associated with eye strain. - Cell-phone exposure is strongly associated with receiving unwanted phone calls. - Individuals exposed to wireless networks continue to age over time. - Every person I know who has died was, at some point in life, exposed to electromagnetic fields. Hi am experiencing a lot of symptoms burning sensation, numbness, ringing in ears, nauseated, and headaches. I also know who is behind them Josh lass and Shelby ward. I need your guys help to throw these two behind bars. Nonstop voices, threatening me , and harassment.

I am a physician and have many patients who report EMF sensitivity. Their symptoms include, increased fatigue, cognitive difficulties, neurological symptoms. fasciculations, headaches, insomnia, tachycardia, and more when exposed to RF waves. I have examined the literature and there is a plethora of published research demonstrating mechanisms that explain that EMF sensitivity is a true phenomenon. With the potential for DNA breaks when exposed to RF levels that are lower than modern cell phones, it would be worth evaluating whether the increased exposure to RF that our modern society has compared to just 2004 may be a contributor to increased cancer rates we are seeing in all ages.

Severe migraines. Emf reader constantly hitting red unsafe levels in my area. Anywhere from in my home to a near by tower. I feel my health is suffering because of this. I have multiple health concerns now, when I never have before. I have experienced various things like anxiety and more humming and buzzing sounds then I have ever experienced before. You can feel radiation more and more around now. My dog experienced seizures and they got worse and worse until we had to have him put down.

Public schools have a WiFi router in the center of each classroom, usually fixed to the ceiling, and it is on 24/7. The teacher and the 20-28 students (avg.) per day assigned to each classroom are within 4-18 feet of this WiFi router for 6-7 hours each day (approx.) Please consider the health and behavioral affects this may have on those assigned to a classroom.

Additionally, smart boards for teaching and learning. Guidelines on proximity and duration to protect the teacher and student populations is requested.

Each student is assigned a computer and each teacher has 1-2 computers, which are on or charging in the classroom all day. What is the cumulative affect and total exposure to the potentially harmful EMFs that all of these devices in sum total emit to each person? What should the daily limit for each student/teacher/worker/human be? Shouldn't a sum total daily limit for human consumption include close proximity to above ground electric transmission towers?

Estimation: approx. 3.8 million public school teachers, 49 million students, and millions of other citizens who are working in public schools.

Request to examine physical health affects, daily limits, ways to mitigate, and behavioral and mental health affects.

I am submitting this comment as a consumer concerned about long-term exposure to wireless radiation from phones, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and other connected devices.

I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent review of whether current exposure limits adequately protect public health. This review needs to consider those most heavily exposed and should examine potential effects beyond tissue heating, including evidence concerning cancer, reproductive health, and children’s development.

Please prioritize research that reflects how people actually encounter wireless radiation: repeated exposure over many years, often from multiple sources and devices used close to the body. Assessments should consider signal strength, pulse patterns, duration, and combined exposure.

Please consider Melnick and Moskowitz’s 2026 analysis of animal data, which argues that existing exposure limits may inadequately protect against cancer and reproductive harm (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12940-026-01288-6). I also ask HHS to evaluate Lai and Levitt’s review of exposure intensity, duration, and signal modulation (https://doi.org/10.1080/15368378.2022.2065683), and Scarato’s review of US regulatory gaps and proposed reforms (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpubh.2025.1677583). These papers warrant careful consideration alongside the broader evidence, including studies that have not found adverse effects.

I ask HHS to:

•Assess whether additional protections are needed for children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable groups.

•Support long-term research with safeguards against industry conflicts of interest.

•Provide clear information about exposure and practical ways to reduce it, including wired alternatives in homes and schools.

•Recommend updated standards wherever the evidence shows that existing limits are insufficient.

Consumers should not have to navigate these questions alone. Please use this inquiry to advance transparent science, meaningful oversight, and public health protection.

I encourage HHS to assess the evidence rigorously and transparently, distinguishing established findings from emerging or uncertain evidence. Public concern and personal reports deserve respectful consideration, while conclusions about cause and effect should be based on well-designed, reproducible research.

I recommend that HHS prioritize independent research on real-world and cumulative exposures from multiple wireless sources, using validated exposure-measurement methods. Studies should examine long-term outcomes and consider children, pregnant people, older adults, workers with higher exposures, and people with implanted medical devices or relevant health conditions. Research protocols, funding sources, methods, and results—including null or conflicting results—should be made publicly accessible where possible.

HHS should also compare U.S. and international exposure standards, explain the scientific basis and limitations of those standards in clear language, and identify where evidence is insufficient to assess potential risks. Federal agencies should coordinate research priorities and support independent replication of important findings.

Please include ongoing public health surveillance and practical, evidence-based guidance that can be updated as research develops. The goal should be to address legitimate questions without overstating what current evidence can establish.

My comment is on our Smart electricity meter that was required to replace our existing meter on the side of our house. I have personally used an EMF detector and it reads in the red danger zone 3 feet into my living room effectively reducing my living space since we avoid spending any time in that area due to this hazard. We had no choice in the change.

A noticed change in both our health and that of our livestock animals and nature was noticed after the introducing of 5G here on our hill. Seizures began in our dog. Fat pads caused by higher cortisol levels in our cattle began, and another dog. Natural creatures (raccoon, opossum, rabbit) that were seen in abundance, greatly reduced. Nerve problems in ourselves occurred... migraines, anxiety, tingling. Heart irregularities in our family began. Friends agreeing that their health got worse. Neurological especially. Excessive stomach acid was greatly noticed by family and others, including animals. Autoimmune problems worsened, with increased flares.

EMF are horrible!!!!!! Never in my life have I had such bad mental health issues. I can’t think, I get headaches, dizziness, confusion and anxiety. It increases tinnitus and I can’t sleep!

I am sensitive and feel being close to a 5g tower has been detrimental to my health. Please help us and look into the seriousness of these towers being close to homes and schools.
