I presume this book has already been recommended, "The Body Electric" However I would like to add a couple personal ideas: In the past, the stereotype of "Tin Foil Hat" has been associated with conspiracy theory. I have wondered, what would make these particular people sensitive to EMF enough to wear tin foil? My thought is that they could have higher heavy metal content in the body that might act like an antenna. This could be from vaccines or from environmental exposures. If mercury ultimately ends up in the brain stem, it would make the tin foil hat even more applicable in blocking signal to the otherwise minimal heavy metals in the body. Even braces have been joked as being able to pick up radio waves. Another idea, I think for this and many other reasons, in home saunas should be subsidized for every American to build with HSA funds. This would also strongly help combat plastics in the body thanks to the personal studies by Bryan Johnson. Another idea, I think every school should be made into a complete Faraday cage, potentially with lead paint under siding to prevent exposure, so that students and teachers are made to be present in class, as well as cut exposure to EMFs in school. I believe it can be argued that it does not serve our children to have in their pockets the most distracting thing of all time during class. I believe in the event of emergencies, old fashioned wired telephones should work just fine. A small addition to that is standardize the books please, there's no reason college education requires buying new editions on old information. Standardize academics and remove extra curriculars, make those into community classes without pay. The classic books need to be in schools again. Wiring in walls could be made into a grid to power the building as well as cage external EMFs with enough grounding, I say this as an aerospace electrician, however every building would need special engineering, and doing so would cost a ton more copper, but could be measured inside of each room with a sensitive RF meter or even an oscilloscope for measuring the wavelengths exposed to, as in The Body Electric, specific frequencies and pulsing matters as well. I live in The Arena District in downtown Columbus, and there are all kinds of radiofrequency admitting antennas on the tops of buildings in the downtown. The exposure level outside on my 6th floor balcony is Extreme. The exposure level inside my condominium unit appears to be much lower, so it appears the construction materials of the building may be somewhat protective. I believe the building meets commercial construction standards. According to AntennaSearch Report, there are 41 Towers within 1.0 miles of 43215. The nearest tower is .24 miles away.

Since I am inside most of the time, I have learned that the following things were increasing my RF exposure to either a High or Extreme level inside most areas of the condominium including radiofrequencies from the next-door neighbor's Wi-Fi and possibly other sources of RF coming through a shared wall into my bedroom. Also, the following items were being used in the condominium which contributed significantly to my exposure:

-ROKU

-Wi-Fi

-a printer

-a smart refrigerator

-Alexa

-a laptop computer and printer

These measurements were confirmed by a Home EMF Assessment Report completed by Shielded Healing LLC. on 9/10/2020.

Radio AM/FM playing music with altered lyrics and ads from companies not even in America, After my best friend shot himself, because nobody would listened to him, I actually have had it happen to me, no clue where it comes from or how they target you, I can say I left bottles of water on my porch when this happened for days and it didn't freeze, in this area that's nearly impossible. The taste was undesirable to say it nicely.

I'm an individual that retired from the federal government and was also in the military. I have been exposed to RF/EMF and auditory harassment on a regular basis for the last 5-6 months and possibly covert for even longer. I believe the exposure to have come from energy directed weapons. The reason I say energy directed weapons is because in one instance there was so much energy pushed down onto me that my ceiling fan slowed down while I was sitting in my living room. The energy followed me from my house to the airport parking lot, on the airport shuttle bus, and inside the airport. This particular attack caused me to be disoriented (foggy brain, to include an increased ringing like tinnitus) and also caused a loss of memory. The exposure was so intense I had to cancel my flight and I also forgot where I parked my car. They have also used fans and cars to push music and sounds to me as well. I routinely have had pin pricks, increased heat and pressure on my body for the last 6 months to include an increased pressure on vital areas to include organs and testicles. They've also used the energy combined with auditory effects (voice to skull). The steps I've taken to attempt to reduce any exposure is to use some type of metal or aluminum on the affected area though that has minimal effect at stopping these transmissions on my person. The harassment continues throughout the day and started back in June of this year when I was on a trip in Oregon and they have followed me wherever I go. I've used a magnetic frequency detector on my phone to measure exposure to RF and that routinely reads 850 nanoTesla. Though I do not know if that reading is accurate. I was also exposed to what I assume was psychological warfare though the "voice to skull/frey effect" as they can capture all of our thoughts and use them to harass and alter our moods in combination with the directed energy weapons. The care providers did not provide any additional guidance to measure any of the issues so guidance for the health care industry would be critical in helping people. Homeland security should be monitoring the RF and energy exposure to peoples homes when events like these are reported so…

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a very concerned member of the public.

Whole I am not aware of how wireless radiation has affected me, I now people who have been and are adversely affected by it, as people have different sensitivities. But while I or others are not consciously aware of the effects of wireless radiation, I know that its impact on human, flora and fauna health is present. Those who actually feel its negative effects suffer in the here and now, while others do over a longer period because the exposure is constant and ultimately pernicious. HHS stands for "Human and Health Services"; since wireless radiation damages human health, HHS should be on top of this radiation right now and forever, protecting health instead of ignoring it and protecting "special interests" and those who promote irresponsible wireless radiation exposure.

So I strongly support HHS taking an active role in sincerely examining the health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. These are very real effects, not alleged or potential effects. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being adversely impacted should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Hello, so my family and I have had the opportunity to live away from 5G and than again back into 5G. We were in an area for 3 years with 5G in our neighborhood. We had sicknesses often, and health issues constant. Whether it being sick as many times as every two months for sure we would get bugs and it would go through family. It was an older home so I figured that might have to do with it.

We then moved into an area that has no 5G and surrounded by old growth trees. We all lived there for 1 year and through the worst bugs going through our schools and workplaces. We never got sick once in the whole year. Two winters….

Then we moved again to a new house back in 5G area. And we are now all getting sick constantly again. I would say more frequent. And bad sleeps. (Waking up so tired) We are now very close to a 5G box. And have seen direct correlation with our immunity and 5G. Our Immune system functions way better away from 5G. The house we were in when we moved away from 5G even had mold in it and dead animals behind the walls. That should have made us more sick. But it never.

It was no sicknesses because we were far away from 5G. Also we only had one WiFi box in the house. At all times. But in the urban centers we are surrounded by neighbours with WiFi also… so that could be adding to it. But a huge difference when living urban with many signals compared to in an area that is away from signals, on our immunity…

My son had debilitating migraines when he was young. He would hold his head and rock back and forth in so much pain. Someone suggested we turn off our Wifi. I said that's crazy, how can we live without Wifi? We finally tried it as we were desperate. We hard wired everything and unplugged our router. He has never had another migraine!! That was 10 years ago! Many times when I stay in a hotel (with intense wifi and EMFs) I get a migraine. EMF sensitivity is real! Some of us feel the effects physically, but we are ALL affected. Most just don't realize it!!

I have had a continuous nonstop electrical sound hissing in my ears for 2 years now. (Tinnitus) I live about 2 blocks from a cell tower and live in a duplex with 5 adults on the other side of the wall using devices. I purchased a router cage and a block radiation case for my phone. With my living quarters I feel it’s a hopeless situation. I have noticed the further into the country side I go, it is significantly quieter. When I drive back to the city it increases again. It is hard to understand when people talk if there is other noise in the room. Thank you for investigating what is happening to the citizens of our country because of this radiation.

If you really want to know more about 5G and its implications, please contact Dr. Dedra Davis at The Environmental Health Trust who has everything you always wanted to know about Electromagnetic Fields, Radiofrequency Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure but were too proud to ask before now.

It is very beneficial that HHS-OAS is using this convenient logistic vs. what rigorously the FCC demands in its own complaint system, however, this topic should not be covered as a complaint to them (FCC), it should be taken as an opportunity to comply with the directive lawsuit in a more expedient manner.

I see similar articles in the media all the time. They are written for persons of all different age groups, but I never see the most likely cause of the anxiety and sleeplessness even mentioned. Perhaps, because professionals in the field don't even recognize it as a cause, and the federal government, (specifically the Federal Communications Commission) denies there is a problem.

The cause, as I have learned, is too much exposure in our modern world to wireless technologies which are emitting radiofrequencies (RF), a form of radiation. I know because I developed what I believe would be called Microwave Sickness after moving to a new location, and then experiencing insomnia, hearing high pitched sounds, and anxiety pretty much all at the same time. It was only after purchasing an RF meter from Safe Living Technologies of Canada, and evaluating my residence, that I learned my exposure levels were Extreme in many of my living areas.

Next, I had one of the many consultants now working in the field, evaluate the condo with the best equipment available and with the knowledge and expertise to suggest how to address it. Their report confirmed what I had found and began to lead me toward possible solutions. After months of research, and talking to numerous consultants, I have been able to have the problem largely addressed. So, yes, there are some answers to this problem, and even some things that people can implement immediately.

This reply offers policy recommendations informed by government reports and my review of this subject, rather than original research or clinical findings. I welcome HHS’s examination of RF/EMF exposure. The public deserves a transparent assessment of whether existing protections adequately address today’s exposure conditions, particularly for children and other potentially vulnerable populations. Questions 5–6 and 12 — Exposure standards and health evidence I urge HHS to independently reassess the scientific basis of current federal exposure limits. Protection against established heating effects should not substitute for evaluating potential effects from long-term exposure at lower intensities. Please critically examine research concerning oxidative stress, DNA damage, reproductive and developmental outcomes, neurological function, and sleep. Reviews should distinguish association from causation, and experimental exposures from realistic human exposures. Where findings conflict, HHS should explain how exposure measurement, temperature control, sample size, study design, replication, and funding sources affect its conclusions. Uncertainty should be acknowledged rather than presented as proof of safety. Questions 8–9 and 13 — Real-world exposure and disclosure Exposure assessment should reflect how people actually use technology: phones against the body, wearables used for extended periods, and overlapping emissions from devices and infrastructure. HHS should evaluate how duration, proximity, frequency, modulation, and simultaneous transmissions affect exposure and the interpretation of health studies. In 2012, GAO recommended reassessing the FCC’s exposure limit and phone-testing requirements, particularly for use against the body. I gradually developed EHS after being exposed to many EMF sources, especially low frequencies, for a long time without knowing that they would harm me. In early 2010, I became more sensitive and started to learn about EMF and EHS. I later received a diagnosis confirming my EHS and realised that I had to avoid exposure and reduce oxidative stress by taking daily antioxidants.

I have learned to survive in an electropolluted world, but this has meant making severe lifestyle changes. I can no longer go to meetings, the cinema, the theatre or concerts because of the emissions from smartphones, Wi-Fi and antennas. I cannot use public transport either, and it is difficult for me to access healthcare facilities for the same reasons. I actually have to stay in lockdown to avoid suffering. Is this a life?

Millameter waves use the human body as a conductor. This interferes with the bodies electrical network. I have proof of this. Also the roll out of 5G has killed thousands of trees that are in a certain proximity and line of sight. This is very evident. These are the two major factors that determine the danger.
