Digital meters were put on our homes in Oklahoma in 2014 and my husband died in early 2017 diagnosed with bulbar ALS and mononeuritis multiplex. He could not talk, eat, drink. after he died i added a sine tamer filter to our home circuit box and home stetzer readings were 50 until this year when i changed internet to fiberoptic. readings were 1999 (the max the stetzerizer meter reads). the router is dirty and was not filtered or shielded and added lot of dirty electricity to my home wiring. my home is 40 years old and does not work well with corrosive microwave radiation. i bought shielded surge protectors and only turn router on when using and have it in a faraday cages. home outlet readings are about 250-300 now (25-50 normal). Spent 3 days in Maine at 3 major hotels that all read 1999 on stetzerizer meter and the rooms all had loud locust sound from acoustic nature of fiberoptics. came home and did labs.my nitrotyrosine was double over the max value and my iron saturation very low as well and other values not normal. i took molecular hydrogen to fix the iron and NAC with selenium and molybdenum for nitrotyosine for 2 months and other supplements like glutathione and coQ10 that help with the electron transport system. i take supplements every day to try to stay detoxed. i truly believe that by not testing labs completely for nitrotyrosine (very difficult to do in the USA) and nitric oxide and do complete thyroid and not just TsH /T4 (also not done in USA like should be) if body temperature lower than 98.6 then take tyrosine and iodine (T4 wont fix it) cause reversible T3 needs fixing and thyroglobulins affected)) and do complete iron and correcting it with molecular hydrogen and lactoferrin cause the charge needs fixing back to Fe4 electron transport from Fe3 storage. iron is paramagnetic and emf causes rouleaux effect and affects the charge and then iron gets stuck at neuromuscular junction at motor cortex and cant change from chemical to electrical so does not function as it should as iron and enzymes systems wont work. pilots are exposed to nonionizing and ionizing radiation. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a parent. We live close to areas with lots of cell towers and other radio signals. As more and more increase in the area, I have real concerns about how this will impact a growing child based on some of the data being shown. A real study that is trustworthy is desperately needed.

Therefore, I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

I have been exposed to radiation in my home and it has been shown through my biofeedback reports. Also have suffered Rician exposure etc. I am also worried about lead and radon in my unit. Currently I have discovered that I have been controlled by a system board that I have never had access to and am suffering from V2K and electronic harrassment that causes the temperature in my home and my body to fluctuate and get very high. The system board has controlled my ability to control my own movements and speech. I am currently post mortem without a heartbeat from being in a Canadian Habitat type setting on the outer edge of the atmosphere Minnesota. I am suffering from Litchensteins Disease.

Meaning I have no options on getting them to stop controlling me remotely. I would like the ability to get medically assisted suicide due to these issues. The Canadian government recommends 3 medications to control my symptoms to have a normal life. They are Midazolam, Propofol and Rocuronium. In smaller doses it controls the symptoms and at larger doses it allows natural death. I have been in an artificial preserve state for too long. My actual age is 146. Please allow me to speak with a physician that can prescribe these medications in my special circumstances. Also I would like full time nursing care at home updated to my "cadi waiver" if possible. I am writing as an individual consumer/patient and am hypersensitive to electromagnetic radiation. I had lived in NYC for several decades but had to move out (to a small town in a rural area) when wifi was installed on the subways in NYC, and many were using their cell phones on the subway. (People get around in NYC primarily by public transportation so the subways are generally crowded.) I moved out in September 2019. My symptoms when exposed to RF/EMF are cardiac and tingling in my hands and feet. An additional likely symptom, based on an overnight EEG which showed a “blip of a partial seizure,” is that my brain becomes “irritable.” I develop a weird sensation in my heart when exposed to cell phones. If the exposure is strong enough and long enough, the sensation flips into an arrhythmia. It is much worse in a confined space where the cell phone puts out a stronger signal. The worst incident of this happened when a friend drove me from NYC to Hudson, the small town where I now live. She used GPS on her cell phone for the entire trip which was maybe 1 to 1 1/2 hours even though I asked her to turn it off. I developed a severe arrhythmia which continued for 6 to 8 months after the exposure on the drive. I saw a cardiologist to evaluate same, but it took months to get the appointment since the provider came to Hudson from Albany only occasionally. By the time I saw her, the arrhythmia had stopped. After testing, she said that my heart was “strong” and that the prolonged arrhythmia was the result of exposure to a “stress”—obviously the cell phone radiation in a confined space. If I walk down the one main street in the little town where I now live on a sunny day—when lots of people are always out walking many looking at their cell phones, I develop the “weird sensation” in my heart so I can only walk on the lovely main street at night or on a rainy day when few people are out and so there is little cell phone exposure. Neurological symptoms include tingling in my hands and feet even when exposed to even relatively minor amount of RF/EMF. SUPPLEMENTAL COMMENT: RADAR MAINTENANCE, ELF FIELDS, X-RAYS, AND PARATHYROID DISEASE This supplements my prior HHS comments on radar maintenance, RF exposure, deficient monitoring, medical surveillance, latency, and accountability. I request investigation of extremely low-frequency (ELF) magnetic fields from numerous transformers and a Power Conditioning System (PCS) inside an ASR-11/MSSR equipment shelter, alongside RF and possible incidental X-rays. SWEDISH OCCUPATIONAL STUDY: Hakansson et al., "Arc and resistance welding and tumours of the endocrine glands," Occupational and Environmental Medicine 2005;62:304-308; DOI 10.1136/oem.2004.015479, examined 67 parathyroid tumor cases. Adjusted odds ratios were 3.3 (95% CI 1.6-6.9) for any welding, 4.3 (1.7-10.6) for arc welding, and 2.6 (0.9-7.1) for resistance welding. The authors considered ELF magnetic fields a possible explanation. Welding has other exposures; the association does not prove ELF causation. It does justify targeted research among electrical and radar technicians. ASR-11/MSSR SHELTER: Commissioned at my FAA facility in 2007, the installation placed numerous energized transformers and a PCS IN THE SAME ROOM where technicians routinely worked, often at close range. Transformer leakage flux, load currents, conductor routing, and power electronics can produce spatially variable 60 Hz magnetic fields, harmonics, and switching-frequency fields. These sources differ from radar RF emissions. HHS should examine equipment ratings, locations, loads, technician proximity and work duration, and any ELF surveys. RF SHIELDING IS NOT ELF PROTECTION: Metal cabinets and enclosures effective against radar RF cannot be assumed to attenuate 60 Hz magnetic fields. Ordinary conductive RF shielding may offer little attenuation at power frequency. Actual protection depends on magnetic permeability, thickness, geometry, frequency, and source arrangement. Some steel structures reduce ELF fields; effectiveness requires measurements or engineering analysis. RF compliance does not establish ELF safety. My late wife was teaching in a sick building in San Francisco in 1989 and was environmentally injured. Because of this we got involved in a support group for people with similar difficulties. Over the years, because of my involvement with that group, I've met many people whose neurological reactions to environmental exposures resulted in them developing sensitivites to wireless technology. I don't know anyone who was actually injured by using wireless technoclogy, but I know plenty of people who cannot tolerate being around electro-magnetic radiation. This has profoundly interfered with being able to work and even with access to many buildings. I don't know the ins and outs of legislative issues surrounding this, but I do know that telecommunications companies have managed to pass laws that even make it illegal for residents of a community to oppose cell towers and 5G technology on health grounds. I have read that In 1996 the telecom industry got a law passed to bring toxic wireless radiation to market with no safety testing, and no accountability for harm. Obviously something is not right about that. Since the issue is now in the forefront, I support all possible caution and investigation into these issues rather than a continued violation of consumers' rights to protection from harm.

5G/cell towers potentially affect behavior(agitation, irritability, anger, anxiety, headache, sleep, ect.)

Majority of average homes are filled with wifi modems and smart devices. Smart devices can be accessed by utility companies, locked, turned off, thermostats adjusted, water usage restricted on washing machines, ect. Potential for devices to be hacked/accessed by others with malicious intent is also a concern. Not to mention the data being collected from the use of these devices. The body seems to find comfort and ease away from devices and their frequencies.

Addictive devices such as cellphones affect every day life, relationships, driving habits where people can’t put their phones down, social behaviors, demoralization. Long term cellphone, computer use affecting the blood cells causing clumping restricting oxygen flow, eyes, sleep, ect.

Our environment and every aspect of our lives has been invaded by non native EMF’s and RFs. Not just on the human body, but also the life of animals, insects and marine life that share this environment. Strange behaviors are accusing in all of the above. There is a potential for catastrophic, irreversible damage that needs to be investigated.

Hello, my experience w/ EMF ha been a devastating one. A cell tower was put up at a fire station without any notice, and I used to subscribe to the local newspaper, so I should have seen something about it. I had no idea the problem was EMF but after several years of suffering, trying everything to help myself, nothing worked. Long story short: the problem was EMF; the tower directly outside my living room window, with a clear line of sight to our home. I had 15 different health problems (wish I had kept that list), but included heart palpitations (still having this problem), horrible hot flashes, very poor digestion, Reynaud's syndrome, vertigo, always swollen tongue, always feeling zapped/tired, couldn't sleep more than an hour (exhausting) and so on. I was looking to quit my job as I couldn't drive w/ the vertigo. It was bad, turned out life upside down. Once I found out about EMF and practicing "distance and avoid" the symptoms disappeared, some overnight! I also bought a very good quality meter to be sure this was not "in my head"; it wasn't; everytime I'd get near it or overexposed, the symptoms would reappear. My neighbors chickens developed huge ulcers hanging from their necks due to smart meters. The eggs had strange shapes. I've seen first hand "damages" done by these wireless radiation exposure. So, please limit the distance and exposure of EMFs to PEOPLE, espcially residential neighborhoods. It is WRONG to have cell towers near homes, where we should be able to get good slepp to recover and rejuvenate our bodies, our beings. Listen to Environmental Health Trust (EHT) and Childrens Health Defense (CHD) and others like 5G Free California; these people genuinely care and study EMFs; they know what they are talking about. Since my comment exceeds 5000 characters, I´m sending it as an attached file. It collects my personal experience on how electromagnetic fields have affected my physical and mental health. The thesis I defend, supported by different scientific research, is that there is a direct cause-effect relationship between radiofrequency and central sensitivity illnesses (fibromyalgia, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia,

myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivity, electrohypersensitivity). These illnesses, only recently on scene, affect millions of people all over the world. If the research proves that these illnesses are caused by inadequate limits for wireless technologies, the human, working, economic and social costs can be huge.

In re: Docket No.: HHS-OASH-2026-0397 Motion/surveillance equipment on an adjacent building by a stairway causes high-pitched ear pressure/noise and internal body heat within ~5 minutes when people walk by. I believe this involves illegal brain scanning or related technology in real time with Facebook, Amazon Fire TV, and X timelines, plus ads and malware we have removed from our devices and network. I believe it harmed my dog. A deer cam installed during the bird flu scare overheated the same day from sunlight. After my dog crossed its path she never walked again and was overheated consistent with energy-weapon complaints. Infrared or other signals appear supercharged by solar energy and, with motion detection, triangulate to harm humans and pets. This has caused severe mental and psychological distress to already challenged conditions for our family and pets. It has also impaired short-term memory for hours after prolonged exposure. We fear it contributed to multiple pet deaths last year through loss of mobility and organ function. I fear links to local crime, war-related intimidation, and political pressure including around voting and speech about Trump or Musk. Lesser similar effects occurred under the prior administration, possibly tied to the pandemic and war. It may relate to Ukraine/Russia; we live in a heavily Democratic, contract-dependent area. I first noticed this in 2015 at a residence I believe was politically targeted (though supposedly protected). The owner led an HHS division with ties to former presidents and State leaders. It repeatedly knocked me down near a window and elsewhere, causing severe disturbances to my mind and mobility for weeks or months, though without the temperature effects seen now. I know it was electronic. My roommates then were Ukrainian and Russian professionals in a university city. It resumed in 2020 and increased with war and pandemic speech interference. I conclude it is likely EMF/RF. Radiation can rise around charging mobile devices; solar light and batteries appear to supercharge signals that crest with motion control. The exposure to nnEMFs is outrageous. 5G towers at children’s schools and playgrounds, multiple smart meters connected to every home, WiFi grids, and an inability to live without extreme exposure. The push for the quick rollout of 6G is also devastating. Young friends are suffering from vertigo, many are suffering from tinnitus, people everywhere are ill from radio sickness. Enough is enough. Americans deserve a chance to live without so much poison and disruption to our physiology. The children deserve to go to school without 5G towers in their playgrounds! The research on nnEMFs and their effects on the body have been done - they were never promising and nothing has changed.
