I wouldnt call the below "autistic", but I do see that maybe it influences attention and what the attention is used for and in what ways. I think some amount of TV and radio can help improve speech, but the content matters a lot. As does time exposed to it. And parent interaction outside it.

"Results showed that children who spent viewing ≤ 3 hours per day had language delay and short attention span, while children who spent viewing ≥ 3 hours per day had language delay, short attention span, and hyperactivity. While, we found that more than a half of children (66.6%) had no parents-child interaction during the exposure, speech delayed and short attention had been reported in all cases, and hyperactivity was found in 66.6% children."

"The role of cellular phone usage by parents in the increase in ASD occurrence: A hypothetical framework"

"Over the last few decades there has been a significant worldwide increase in the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), the causes of which are unknown. The biggest environmental change over this decade has been the massive introduction of cellphones. Eye contact is fundamental for infants' development, and parent-infant eye contact is impaired when parents are pre occupied by cellphones. We speculate that children with a pre-existing vulnerability to autism may be adversely affected by this pattern of parental behavior. As a first step toward exploring our hypothesis, we wished to document the extent of cellular phone usage by parents during their child's diagnostic developmental assessment. We speculated that, if under these stressful circumstances of awaiting their child's crucial assessment the parent is not fully engaged with his/her child, then in real daily activities this phenomenon is likely much more pronounced. Of 111 developmental sessions, 73 parents (66%) engaged their phone during the assessment, between 1 and 20 times. Of 62 observations in the waiting room, 52 (83.9%) parents used their phone, 1-19 times. Nine parents (17.3%) used their phone for 10-50% of the time and 16 (30.8%) for more than 50% of the time in the waiting room. In our analysis, the rate of language/motor delays was twice more common among children of cell phone users than among non users (p = 0.04) as an initial support of our hypothesis. Parents' focus and full attention toward their cellphones can adversely affect the development of joint attention in infants and may contribute to the development of autistic features among a vulnerable subgroup of infants. While more research is needed to prove causation, it would be reasonable to advise parents to decrease to minimum the usage of cellphones when interacting with their young children"

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless. I moved back into my parents home in April of 2010. About 18 months later, I started to notice a small round growth on the middle of my my chest and a smaller one on the back of my head under my hair. Over the next 18 months these growths continue to get larger. By spring time of 2013 the chest growth grew to the size of a marble and I then accidental tore it open, it bleed and noticed in had reduced in size.

Over the next couple months the growth regain its size and I decided to see a dermatologist and was diagnosed with Basil cancer for both growths on my chest and back of my head. I had surgery to remove the chest growth and Mohs surgery for the growth on the back of my head for a total cost of $5K.

I asked the dermatologist what might be the causes and he answered to use sun screen lotion and I was stunned by the answer sine I don't sun bath topless.

I began my own investigation in the summer of 2013 and started researching toxins in the home since the cancer began about 18 months after I moved into the back unused bedroom in my parents home. My research came across the EMF threat and I then purchased 2 EMF meters: one for testing wireless EMF and the other to test electricity flowing through wire using a Tri-Field meter.

When I tested my bedroom, it showed a high level of EMF both from wireless transmissions: a Wifi router always on and within 6 feet of my sleeping bed and from a Utility box Smart Meter on the outside of a the bedroom wall within 8 feet of my bed. In addition, the house power come off an outside pole and routes through the Utility box to the main power cable that routes in the ceiling above my sleeping bed. As soon as I moved out of that back bedroom, I noticed I slept better and did not experience any further cancer growths.

I'm a target from Nigeria. Proving that EMF's & RF are been used to perpetuate these horrific crimes against humanity from this part of the world is almost impossible due to..well..it been Nigeria, in the African continent, an all round horrible place to be in. Imagine been targeted in it. Horrific.

But at this point, it's obvious something's up worldwide & the wrongs been done cannot be denied, underplayed & overlooked.

Been targeted is, as you can tell from the testimonies worldwide, a horrific, painful & sad experience.

Technology & development is for the betterment of humankind. The blunt hijack by malicious forces is unacceptable.

From this part of the world, a different causal narrative may prevail but when compared with & against other victims of the world, it's obvious that, you, doing something about the gangstalking/targeted individual phenomenon is a step in the right direction for all victims, past, present, future.

We, targets, victims & the world as a creation are at an important time in creation.

Thank you for your service.

"Radiofrequency radiation (RFR) emitted from wireless devices increases rapidly and the most sensitive groups are pregnant women and children. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate the fidgety movements (FMs) and motor repertoires of the infants of pregnant women with different durations of mobile phone usage (DOMFU) in the prenatal period by performing a general movement assessment (GMA) using the Prechtl method. Infants suitable for the study were divided into 4 groups according to their mothers’ duration of mobile phone usage during pregnancy, comprising those who did not talk on a mobile phone (Control Group, n: 31), those with mobile phone usage (MFU) of ∼20 min a day (Group 1, n: 33), those with MFU of ∼40 min a day (Group 2, n: 31), and those with MFU of ∼2 h a day (Group 3, n: 28). The analysis showed that the abnormal fidgety (AF) and absent fidgety (F–), suboptimal motor optimality score (MOS) and reduced motor repertoire were statistically higher in Group 3 compared to the other groups. Normal posture and the quality of other movements were statistically higher in the Control, and Groups 1 and 2 compared to Group 3. According to the findings, infants of mothers with different DOMFU during pregnancy differed with regard to the quality of FMs, MOS, repertoire, posture and other movements. In conclusion, the findings suggested that there may be a relationship between prenatal RFR exposure and motor development in infants. More long-term studies are needed to determine whether these changes are temporary or permanent"

I am Mrs. Wally Verboog, Dutch and age 69 years young. In 2013 we found out that my severe health complaints were only due to the overdose of high frequency EMF's, RF Radiation and wireless radiation. That was also acknowledged in 2015/2016 in the official Dutch research project GESOND by GGD and University of Utrecht and paid by the Dutch Government (ZonMw programm): 50 % of the 63 participants were able to feel the presence of radiation and immediately received (many of the) specific health complaints. As our Government was probably not amused by the results, the complete results were never published, only a summary in which was stated that the survey was not adequate, without any comment. Of course, every scientific research can be done better and that is even the reason why one should do a survey once again with better requirements! No doubt, our ministry of Health will be delighted to give HHS the complete results, which prove that even low levels of radiation affects directly the health of people. Another nice survey to mention is the large-scale study conducted by Kantar in 2019/2020 on behalf of the Dutch government. Main conclusion was that even 6 % of the Dutch population experienced health complaints due to radiation/wireless communication! My main health complaints due to RF radiation, HF EMF and wireless devices are: a) extreme high blood pressure and hearth rythm problems, b) muscle cramps, c) tinnitus, d) headache and sharp pains in the head, e) feelings of fear and disorientation and loss of focus/concentration, f) ongoing dizzyness and after 10 minutes of ongoing high exposure of radiation all my energy literally drains out of me, and I fall to the ground, not even knowing who I am and half-conscious. This all was also verified by medical specialists, who could not find another reason than over exposure to radiation. Yes, we have found an overload of evidence that the current idiot high levels of radiation affects negatively our health, see e.g. the list of the University of Achen Germany of surveys world wide (EMF Portal). No doubt a lot of organisations world wide will send you lots of surveys, so no use of mentioning them here as well (but…

"Methods—We used individual participant data from 83,884 mother-child pairs in the five cohorts

from Denmark (1996–2002), Korea (2006–2011), the Netherlands (2003–2004), Norway (2004–

2008), and Spain (2003–2008). We categorized cell phone use into none, low, medium, and high,

based on frequency of calls during pregnancy reported by the mothers. Child behavioral problems

(reported by mothers using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire or Child Behavior

Checklist) were classified in the borderline/clinical and clinical ranges using validated cut-offs in

children aged 5–7 years. Cohort specific risk estimates were meta-analyzed.

Results—Overall, 38.8% of mothers, mostly from the Danish cohort, reported no cell phone use

during pregnancy and these mothers were less likely to have a child with overall behavioral,

hyperactivity/inattention or emotional problems. Evidence for a trend of increasing risk of child

behavioral problems through the maternal cell phone use categories was observed for

hyperactivity/inattention problems (OR for problems in the clinical range: 1.11, 95%CI 1.01, 1.22;

1.28, 95%CI 1.12, 1.48, among children of medium and high users, respectively). This association

was fairly consistent across cohorts and between cohorts with retrospectively and prospectively

collected cell phone use data.

Conclusions—Maternal cell phone use during pregnancy may be associated with an increased

risk for behavioral problems, particularly hyperactivity/inattention problems, in the offspring. The

interpretation of these results is unclear as uncontrolled confounding may influence both maternal

cell phone use and child behavioral problems."

This is merely anecdotal and episodic phenomena that I have observed when I’m coming up on a 5G tower while driving (sometimes not even seeing it until I’m closer), but when within a half mile of a 5G tower, especially one that is situated lower to the ground, I begin to experience a lot of discomfort, a feeling like I’m about to jump out of my skin or need to get away from that location as soon as possible, sometimes accompanied by difficulty taking in a complete breath, and a feeling that my heart rate changes.

I mentioned this to my doctor, but he told me “that is all internet conspiracy theory stuff” and that the waves emitted are not powerful enough to affect the human body.

Just thought I’d let someone else know! Maybe others have experienced the same thing.

I am sorry to not have seen this in time to review studies and attach relevant ones. Five years ago I delved into numerous studies since a cell tower was about to be installed within a few hundred feet of our residence, in the middle of a residential designated historic district. It was on the edge of a residence with a woman with a pacemaker who was fighting cancer (she died within a few months of the installation) and across the street from a family with an infant. It was demonstrated at a city council meeting that the public works officer responsible for working with the telecom company concerning placement had failed to fulfill requirements for approving cell tower placement, including the review required before placing a cell tower in a historic district (among others). When this was pointed out, and the city attorney was asked to look into this, the cell tower was immediately installed (several weeks before it was scheduled). In addition, no concerns or studies about the deleterious effects of RF's on human health or on the environment was allowed to be cited as a reason for delay or in order to regulate placement of the cell towers. There were numerous studies available then which pointed clearly to the need for a serious review of safety standards, and which also highlighted the negative effects on insects (including pollinators) and migrating birds with regard to navigation and orientation. The amount of money which telecom companies were offering municipalites (where not prohibited) and private individuals in order to install cell towers, and their disregard for property rights in some cases (I know of several) is disturbing. In our city, the first cell towers to be erected were close to the hospital, a public school, a college campus, and a historic residential neighborhood. The restrictions against a municipality considering health or environmental impacts regarding cell towers is itself disturbing. If there is in fact nothing to be concerned about, then why prohibit citing relevant studies. Shouldn't health and environmental safety be top priorities? What are the telecom companies afraid of? Since the FCC has not reviewed its safety standards…

https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamapediatrics/fullarticle/1107612 "Maternal Exposure to Magnetic Fields During Pregnancy in Relation to the Risk of Asthma in Offspring" "Results After adjustment for potential confounders, a statistically significant linear dose-response relationship was observed between increasing maternal median daily MF exposure level in pregnancy and an increased risk of asthma in offspring: every 1-mG increase of maternal MF level during pregnancy was associated with a 15% increased rate of asthma in offspring (adjusted hazard ratio [aHR], 1.15; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.04-1.27). Using the categorical MF level, the results showed a similar dose-response relationship: compared with the children whose mothers had a low MF level (median 24-hour MF level, ≤0.3 mG) during pregnancy, children whose mothers had a high MF level (>2.0 mG) had more than a 3.5-fold increased rate of asthma (aHR, 3.52; 95% CI, 1.68-7.35), while children whose mothers had a medium MF level (>0.3-2.0 mG) had a 74% increased rate of asthma (aHR, 1.74; 95% CI, 0.93-3.25). A statistically significant synergistic interaction was observed between the MF effect and a maternal history of asthma and birth order (firstborn). Conclusion Our findings provide new epidemiological evidence that high maternal MF levels in pregnancy may increase the risk of asthma in offspring. Asthma is the most common chronic condition among children. Approximately 13% of children younger than 18 years (9.4 million children in the United States) have asthma.1 Based on reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, asthma is a leading cause of hospitalization and emergency department visits for children younger than 18 years in the United States, with staggering annual costs of more than $30 billion (http://www.cdc.gov/HealthyYouth/asthma).1 The prevalence of asthma has been steadily rising during the last several decades, with an increase of about 74% from 1980 to 1996. While not ruling out genetic susceptibility, such a secular increase indicates the presence of important environmental risk factors that remain elusive. "Increased risk of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) by prenatal and postnatal exposure to high voltage power lines: a case control study in Isfahan, Iran"

"Childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is one of the most common hematologic malignancies, accounting for one fourth of all childhood cancer cases. Exposure to environmental factors around the time of conception or pregnancy can increase the risk of ALL in the offspring. This study aimed to evaluted the role of prenatal and postnatal exposure to high voltage power lines on the incidence of childhood ALL.This cross-sectional case control study was carried out on 22 cases and 100 controls who were born and lived in low socioeconomic families in Isfahan and hospitalized for therapeutic purposes in different hospitals from 2013-2014.With regard to the underlying risk factors, familial history and parental factors were noted but in this age, socioeonomic and zonal matched case control study, prenatal and childhood exposure to high voltage power lines was considered as the most important environmental risk factors of ALL (p=0.006, OR=3.651, CI 95%, 1.692-7.878). As the population was of low socioeconomic background, use of mobiles, computers and microwave was negligible. Moreover prenatal and postnatal exposure to indoor electrically charged objects was not determined to be a significant environmental factor. Thus, pre and post natal exposure to high voltage power lines and living in pollutant regions as well as familial influence could be described as risk factors of ALL for the first time in a low socioeconomic status Iranian population"

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of an individual with a chronic health conditions. I have Dysautonomia and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome among other health concerns. When I am exposed to EMF, RF and wireless radiation, my body has a hard time coping with this input. It creates a sort of agitation in the body that is unpleasant at best and very pronounced and troubling at other times. A general sense of feeling unwell. I am learning as best I can how to improve exposure in my home own home in order to create a safer space where I am less symptomatic. This has been helpful, but there are some aspects that are out of my control. I purchased a home recently and was very cognizant of where the closest cell phone tower was located. But there is open farmland near me and always the opportunity for another exposure depending on how that open land may be developed at a later time in a rapidly developing suburb. I find there are certain places I must avoid because it increases my symptoms. I worry about future developments in automobiles and in our communities that might make me more confined to my home. I am not working at this time due to my health, but wonder how I could function in the workplace due to EMF & RF exposure.

I am hopeful that HHS will take action on this issue as research, rules and regulation could only be effective coming from the highest levels of our government. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations such as the chronically ill and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Thank you.

This is a Swedish study, that mentions various other studies. Among others a swiss study on RF causing symptoms in children. And it refers to studies on other health effects.

"...A cohort study on Swiss adolescents showed that there was an association between whole body cumulative RF radiation dose from mobile phone talk, internet use and sent SMS and symptoms like headache and exhaustibility and also a decrease in figural memory (14,15).

Many research studies have shown effects from RF radiation exposure on animals below current safety levels with opened blood brain barrier and neuronal damage (16,17), oxidative stress with increased production of reactive oxygen species (18,19), DNA-damage especially in the memory center hippocampus in the brain and increase in pro-inflammatory cytokines (20).

Apart from animal studies research studies on people living near mobile phone base station show augmented indications on health risks. Adverse effects have been seen on neurotransmitters in the brain (21), on hormones like cortisol, ACTH and from the thyroid, decreased levels of testosterone in men and prolactin in young women and also increase in salivary cortisol (22,23). Other studies have shown lowered antioxidant levels and induced DNA damage in blood lymphocytes (10,24) as well as health complaints. Symptoms like sleep disturbances, headache, fatigue, dizziness, cardiovascular symptoms depression and difficulties with memory and concentration have been reported from people living near mobile phone base stations (25,26)."

Of note they also mentioned that the window surfaces may reflect some of the RF from the outside. I think this would mean indoor RF bounces off of windows too.

"...Lower levels were detected also in the vicinity of the windows. This indicates a notable screening effect by the contemporary heat-reflecting windows..."

I have been hyper electrosensitive since 2018, though symptoms started in 2014 with severe and frequent respiratory infections and finally ending with severe tinnitus and fatigue. Initially I thought it was stress related, but looking back I see that symptoms started when wi-fi was introduced at my work, as well as at home. I changed to a less demanding job, worked out, ate healthily (as I always have tried to), but still my immune system was playing up. When the smart-meter was installed on my bedroom wall, I started waking up with nausea, headaches and rashes, symptoms that tended to subside somewhat some hours later. These acute symptoms made me understand the connection to the RF exposure. I moved my bedroom a floor up, cabled my PC and thought I was safe. However, a few months later I got severe tinnitus, robbing me of my sleep and making it hard to concentrate. I took sick leave from my office job as an IT consultant and bought myself an RF-measuring tool so I could measure the RF exposure at work: I found that it was 100 times worse at work than at home. In the end I had to leave my job and profession. However I started educating myself as a naturopath in 2018, and have since been 'taking my own natural medicine', and have gotten better.

My family reacted in disbelief, telling me it was 'nocebo'; my fear of RF signals that was the cause. They still think so. My employer doubted my symptoms and fought with lawyers to give me notice in a legal way. Today I live partially on benefits, and have a small income as a (heavily taxated) naturopath.

I am a board member of "Folkets Strålevern" in Norway ("The People's Radiation Protection"), and we work to inform politicians and the community about the negative effects of RF exposure, backing it with the overwhelming amount of studies showing these. To us it is evident that the authorities are hiding behind the international group ICNIRP; their official limits and the cherry-picked studies they use to assure the people that there is no harm: Studies measuring heating injuries are approved but no studies showing other biological effects, such as those on the nervous system, blood and circulation, our cells and oxidative stress etc. We hope that this US initiative will also help people all over the world to protect our children and all citizens.
