I am submitting this comment in respuuonse to HHS's Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent and community member.

Many types of radiation exposyure have not been fully tested so that we know how safe or harmful they are. Many scientists believe some are incompatible with life. Instead of experimenting on the whole community and watching as reports of increased disease and cancer come in, we need to know what studies show us about their safety. It's not OK to expose people to dangerous environments so wthat big corporations can make a ton of money. Corporations need to become more resyponsible.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research pbriorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Severe reaction during the COVID era only months after shots were distributed which proves the spike of issue was in the shots not prior. Jabbed got theirs and spread partial parts of the targeted shot called shedding. I went for months severe headaches post covid type illness and had never had headaches before let alone radiating outward in whole body from head. Faraday canopy and grounded bed helped but once outside it, it started again. Faraday head covering helped during the day and always got worse if I even drove past cell data towers. WiFi seemed one level but the data cell towers were worse. Only thing that worked was Invermectin 12mg daily for 3 days and 5 days off until I reached 30 days off with no symptoms 6+ months later. Then kept treating once a month until about a year past and relief held so no more Invermectin needed.

  • Children & vulnerable groups: I think the explosion on mold-related issues and the explosion we're seeing in children's health issues could be connected to EMFs and wireless radiation.
  • Research & federal duties: These issues at least warrant further consideration as any studies that were relied upon from a few decades ago, are not possibly comparable with the significant increase in EMFs and wireless (cell phone) exposure, etc.
  • Exposure limits & oversight: information (either showing that this isn't an issue, or that there are legitimate concerns) and if there are legitimate concerns provide enforceable regulations and best practices to help our children and their children's health (as well as our own).

I am responding from the perspective of a parent, and a concerned member of the public.

A good friend of the family is a famous osteopath, Dr. Carlisle Holland, who started his college career in electrical engineering and then become more interested in medicine -- so he has an excellent perspective on electronics and their potential impact on health. From what I understand, when FCC was issuing licenses, originally they held the bands 4G and above outside of licensing because they were considered too dangerous to human health. Now we are looking at 6G, which is extremely concerning. When will we draw the line firmly? It is highly concerning that as the signal gets stronger (e.g., from 4G to 5G), it drops off more quickly during transmission, requiring the spacing between stations to be closer. With each bump up in power, there will be more construction needed and each station emitting more powerfully. This is great for construction and/or cell service providers, but not good for the general citizenry. Anecdotally, California is known to have a significant drop in hummingbirds (some places to zero from historically large populations), which may be related to the increase in EMFs. I personally want the choice to limit exposure to EMFs, to avoid documented negative health impacts from high EMF exposure.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned parent. We used to live in a remote area of England where the nearest 5G cell tower was 6 miles away. Then about three years ago we moved back to the US within 1/2 mile of several towers located by a middle school and children’s sport park. We began experiencing noticeable mystery symptoms we had not encountered before. Our sleep became disrupted, our children started gaining unexplained weight and there is now a constant irritability that plagues our home for no discernible reason. Two of our children are now medicated for mood disorders. I have been doing a lot of research and began to wonder if that the towers might be causing us problems, as most of our other lifestyle choices remain the same. The limited studies I have been able to find do cause me concern and we need to have better information on what is happening to humans as a result of the reckless and rapid expansion of cell towers. It boggles the mind to think cell towers can be put so close to our homes, and without us even knowing about it. All without any proof this is safe. Please do not let cell companies get away with endangering Americans without first examining the health effects on humans, animals and the environment.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Please remove 4G and 5G antennae from public and private spaces. We care for dozens of people who have literally nowhere to live, nowhere to go. These frequencies make them so ill that they cannot function, cannot live in society. They give me arrhythmia and tinnitus and insomnia, but that is nothing to the dastardly effects upon the quality of life of so many of our neighbors and friends. Cancer clusters are endemic around these fields. We cannot afford to lose more good patriotic Americans to biological weaponry. Thank you for taking protective action on the behalf of the People.

I’m a 46 year old mother of 2. Grew up in the 80s. Times have certainly changed. No one talks anymore - no one looks up anymore. They are constantly neck down staring drooling fixating on blue screen - zombie like circadian rhythm disruption so obvious almost as it was meant to provide harm. Cell phone towers next to schools and parks - dumbing the masses down. I have seen the decline of our children our young adults and ourselves slowly. No one is living in real life anymore just in the bubble of wireless nothingness. Radiation is very real - please make these signals harmonious- like the hertz that heal. Make America Wired again!

I am someone who is personally negatively affected by wireless radiation. When they built a cell tower too close to my home, we had to spent a great deal of money to hire people to evaluate how we could protect ourselves from it. Special paints. Special curtains. We are hard-wired to the internet. We do have a wifi router we can use but we cover it with special radiation reducing materials and we limit the times we use it. This personal. And many more suffer a lot more than me from it's effects. 5G is even worse.

Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

Hello: I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I submit this for myself, my children, my community, the environment, and the world. In approximately 2009/2010 I became sensitive to wireless radiation and thought at one point that I would become one of the people on the street living in my car to get away from it. I have watched my mother, my children, and many others react to this radiation. It is so difficult now to get away from it, there are few places left that are not contaminated with this radiation. For myself, my symptoms around the radiation are that I get red in the face, eye pain, dry eyes, prickly feelings on the top of my head, body aches and pains, then trouble breathing, feelings of panic, then short term memory loss, and at my worst, I began blacking out. I have used shielding paints, put metal sides on my home, hard wired computers, stayed away from coffee shops, and even moved to the country to get away from this radiation. When I live in it, I cannot sleep, cannot get comfortable, am irritable and sick. When I am shielded from it or have little of it, I am never ill. Since it is clear that this radiation is dangerous and makes people ill, it should be regulated. I have read scientific studies in the Bioinitiative Report. Also those on the website for the Environmental Health Trust. I have read the studies on the website powerwatch.org.uk as well as many other sites. I have had to hire Building Biologists to help me shield myself in my home. I have seen how this radiation affects the health and the emotional state of our children. Secretary Kennedy and HHS, please take an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. The Agencies like HHS should be looking at actual science including most importantly independent scientists. An Agency should use the precautionary principle in assessing harm to human health. It should be skeptical of what industry says, and what industry funds. Please use what I and others report in terms of health effects, as people across the world…

I also tried a 5g phone I returned it still using a 4g phone. I also have been sick from a power pole 10 from my window. Symptoms include migraines, nausea, burning feeling in my gut, sensitive to touch my phone, numbness tingling. This is inescapable. Once 6g is launched so many of us will be extremely ill. This is an addition to my previous report (pasted below as well) Copy of previous report below ID: HHS-OASH-2026-0397-0001 I am 100% certain, I could pass a double-blind experiment. If I hold an Apple phone for 5 minutes I start feeling sick. So, for the study, an Apple phone that is on could be rotated with one that is completely turned off. I'm certain about few things in life, but am certain here, that I would be 100% accurate in indicating which phone is on. I was an office administrator, sat next to servers and routers for years. I noticed if I spent the whole weekend in my bedroom (shared rental) I'd feel unwell. I retired in 2020 and got really sick like I was being poisoned. Doctors couldn't figure it out and I was having thoughts that I'd have to leave this world if it continued. An EMF expert came to my home and said my 2 cordless phones were putting out 60,000mw of RF each. I start feeling sick at 60mw. At night, the house router was on the other side of the wall, a few feet from my head and he said with the smart TV at my feet, it was like baking in a microwave oven. I got rid of cordless phones, hard-wired my devices and changed to ethernet and felt a lot better. However, I can't go to libraries, concerts, church, some restaurants and coffee shops with lots of RF or strong routers. I get dizzy, my energy goes down, then I feel nausea and like my whole body is being poisoned. I visited a friend in the hospital and was sick within 15 minutes and had to leave after 20 mins and I was weaving as I walked out, I was so sick. I went to a talk in a library and started feeling sick. Another woman told me she was feeling sick too. I looked up and saw there was a huge wi-fi router above our heads. After about 10 mins after we moved away, we started feeling better. There was a coffee shop about 20 of us met at, and 5 of us would get sick because the router was running such high wi-fi frequency. It's very sad and depressing for me to not be able to go to the senior center to play cards or hear talks and I often can't go to card games. I can't take a bus, train or airplane trip with everyone's cell phones and the RF on the vehicles. Can’t ride in friend’s EV…

I currently have chosen to remove the Smart Meter from my home. I do not use a wireless router. My home is pretty much wifi free. I sleep under an EMF tent/canopy. I do not use a microwave oven. I do not believe that wireless is good for my health. I do not have any specifics to report, but I have made these choices based on my research and to try to preserve my health.

FIRST THE GREAT NEWS: We absolutely don't have have to claw at or fight against the trillion dollar telecom industry to remedy the harms EMFs have caused. As an inventor, it is easy to understand why questions regarding EMFs and our health sound incredibly complex and intractable. That's why I'm sharing a couple simple, yet wonderful stories about brain health and EMF. It should illustrate that simple solutions for EMF risks are quite possible in almost all cases. After the individual stories, I'll explain how EMFs have played a central role in improving BRAIN health in an astounding manner. My neighbors across the road had a habit of arguing loudly a great deal of the time. It was so frequent that I could hear them shouting half the time going out the door. We all understand that situations like that seldom improve, and if they do (fat chance!) it can take a long time and a lot of expensive effort. But in this case when a simple prototype of one of my community commons EMF inventions was activated, the fighting stopped. Immediately. And not just for a minute. In fact, from that very moment forward, they argued only twice over the next two years! I would submit to you that the reasons they argued so much is that they had felt irritated and didn't know why. But once the invisible EMF irritation was greatly lowered, they returned to their sweet loving selves. At the very same time, an 80-year-old friend at the other end of the block also changed her behavior. It's important to note that 'Mary' had previously suffered from two separate brain traumas, and was also quite sensitive to electromagnetic fields. She also uses a walker. She had become difficult to talk to on the phone in recent years after her brain bleed, Almost anything could trigger some sort of upset. This next part happened at the identical time. At the very same time as the transformations of the married couple, Mary became much easier to talk to. Her initial change for the better has remained ever since. A sudden improvement like that would appear to be impossible. Yet the shift was there in our very first phone call about a half-hour after the unit had been turned on. In fact, with an additional…

Since the implementation of 5G in 2020 I have suffered ringing in my ears CONSTANTLY. It doesn’t go away unless I drive out of town and away from any towers. The relief once I’m away from towers is instant, MARKED and dramatic. Then as soon as I drive back into town the ringing comes back. I’ve had headaches, ringing in my ears, dizziness, sleeplessness, nausea from the constant distress and pain in whatever part of my body my phone is touching. You can’t get away from it. This is intentional and criminal what they are doing. I keep praying for a black out because I’m so tired of these distorted frequencies disrupting our natural rhythms. Eventually they will fall…. This simply is not sustainable.

I am reaching out to HHS as an individual whose health was adversely affected following a smart meter activation to the water line in my home in January 2025. I had practiced as a professional in the health care field for 40yrs prior to leaving the profession. In January 2025, there was a notice on my house door that a smart meter was going to be activated to my city water line; I promptly phoned the city the next day and asked to sign a waiver to 'opt out'. My request was declined by two city affiliates with 'everyone is getting them' {previously, I had always had an option to 'opt out' of smart meters for water & electric}. Two days later, after I had made calls to 'opt out'. I experienced a spontaneous nose bleed (the first in my life of 69 yrs with no other contributing causes). I went on to experience a total of 3 spontaneous nose bleeds within 11 days; in the meantime, my health began to decline. I experienced brain 'fog', loss of hair, cough, shortness of breath (symptoms similar to pulmonary edema) I ordered a home nebulizer that I had used for my symptoms). I also noted that many of my symptoms were that of 'long' COVID - loss of smell/ taste, long lasting cough, sleep disorder, muscle weakness {I had never taken the COVID vaccine, nor had the COVID illness prior to the symptoms following the smart meter activation to my home}. As my symptoms progressed; I eventually left my home, after 6 weeks, in efforts to recover; as I continued to work with the city manager to have the smart meter removed from my home. After 2 1/2 more months, I returned to my home after the smart meter to my home had been replaced with the analog meter. I learned in the research that non-native emf's are square waveforms with 'spikes'. I have repeated asked different health care providers if the 'spikes' from the non-native emf waveforms may be causing persistent activation of the spike proteins within our body contributing to a constant source of inflammation? To date I have received no satisfactory response to this inquiry from a health care provider, only from an electrical engineer. I continue to recover, as it seems I have experienced a cascade of symptoms following--…
