Elite-academia-education does not teach, use in any research, or allow in any education, 'suppressed' in 1858 (influenced by Christianity-Religion), continuing to the present day, although used by all wildlife daily for survival and by NASA in zero-gravity to keep astronauts alive. A mistake was made from the very beginning Nikola Tesla was aware, that science suppressed, where Winfried Otto Schumann got wrong, although proving essential to human-health, hence using in the International Space Station, (ISS) for over 50 years. Why? Every natural 'invisible' phenomenon has a negative and positive reaction, Schumann-Resonance is no different where NASA use the 'positive' Schumann-Resonance in zero-gravity and wildlife use the 'negative' for survival, specifically domesticated honey-bees that swarm to get away from human interaction to be 'attracted-to' negative Schumann-Resonance every time they swarm. Since new wireless communication boxes were installed on the powerlines in our neighborhood, trees are dying, garden and landscaping plants struggle more, and we no longer have any bats to eat up the bugs at night. Some of my neighbors have noticed this as well. It's worse for the vegetation at the homes located closest to the pole with the new box.

I have tinnitus, it directly coincided with a 5G mast erected very near me.

After 3 years of feeling ill when I entered various buildings - I tracked down the cause - i was the frequencies emitting from wireless devices. This was over 20 years ago. I could remove myself from said building and immediately recover from the symptoms of dizziness; nose-bleeding; vertigo; flushed face; breathing changed; palpitations/Arrhythmyia; disorientation - to name some, not all. 20 years on, It takes me 1 - 2 days to recover when I have been exposed to the radiation from a single wireless device. Needless to say, all my internet access is wired. The severe limitations to where I can work, and now live, create enormous difficulties in every single day. The effects on a fit, healthy, populus is staggering. Being radiated daily is clearly killing us slowly but surely. It can be changed by making the frequencies bio-compatible rather than damaging human ( and animal) cells so that they cannot function and disease is created. In the meantime - ALL internet access needs to be hardwired and the public made aware of the dangers of using wireless to power their devices - as they are radiating themselves and others in their vicinity. The choice to be radiated or not should be with each person. There needs to be 'zones' in the meantime ie a place where wireless power source can be accessed without radiating everyone else around the user. Education needs to be widespread about the effects on the human cells and therefore health from use of wireless devices.

I am responding from the perspective of a patient and concerned member of the public.

Wireless radiation has affected me with tinnitus and insomnia, and likely other ailments that I have not yet attributed to wireless radiation exposure.

5G cell towers are everywhere and do they improve your cellular connectivity? No, they don't. Then why are they there? They are not good, very dangerous and toxic, they all need to be taken down.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

I am a 65 year old woman. I developed electro-sensitivity 5 years ago, shortly after moving to live near a powerful regional TV mast.

My symptoms include: fatigue, hair loss, dry flaky skin, poor concentration and memory, diarrhoea, IBS, nose bleeds and sensitivity to noise.

I then moved house to an area of lower wireless radiation. I also shielded my home and started wearing shielding clothing. I have stopped using a mobile phone and my internet router is wired. I have managed to reduce the radiation in my home to below measurable levels.

My symptoms have improved a lot, but I still suffer from all the symptoms listed above, at a mild level.

Electromagnetic Radiation is continuing to increase with devices and 5G on Street Lights, Phone Towers, 5G Masts, Traffic Control Phased Arrays, Facial recognition Towers on Main Roads and in Supermarkets.

We must now start to eliminate these Health Hazards. Myself, my Husband and 8 Neighbours were made ill by a Telensa Street Light Base Station, to switch the Street Lights on and off. Parish Council and County Council gave us the run around and eventually when I threatened the Lighting Department that I would hold the Individuals personally responsible if My Husband's Cancer came back they moved it half a mile away. Unfortunately it is still in our village and there is another one close to the school.

Many of the Phased Array devices and Electromagnetic Radiation Patents class them as Biological Weapons and yet we are still subjected to them whenever we go to Town.

I live in the UK and the situation here is just as bad as in the USA. The National Health Service has to pick up the bill for all the Heart Attacks, Strokes and Cancers these Devices cause.

I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public.

Signals from LTE – 4G and 5G transmitters are the same frequency as from a home microwave. People are 24/7 exposed to those signals, it’s like living inside a microwave. I know when I was younger a family in the Netherlands who were living under high voltage transmission lines, the effect was that all their new born children had birth defects. And this is only a frequency of 50/60 Hertz but a huge EMF due to the high voltage and current passing through those power lines.

I'm Norwegian living in a state where the EMF exposure limits are equal to the USA. I've developed EHS (electrohypersensitivity) and have been working volunteering for regularly measures to the the health risks since 2016.

I have experienced economic dismay, adverse health effects and a lower life quality. There are approximately 1 to 2 people committing suicide in norway each year because of thise extremes.

there are estimated between 3% -9% experiencing disability because of exposure.

This is my second comment but an important one.

Very Important: Please look into laws that would make every smart device that emits a wireless signal to have a button to turn it off, for people who want to opt out. It is increasingly hard to find appliances anymore that do not put out a signal. This should be the case for cars as well.

Also, no one should have to pay much extra to opt out of smart meters (from power company), and perhaps it should even be outlawed, being that they put out substantial pulses of energy. The digital ones also put out 'dirty electricity'; people should be able to request analog meters (not just non-emitting). Please don't leave out 'dirty electricity' from your studies, which can come from that, as well as LED light bulbs (cannot even find halogen bulbs in stores anymore), fiberoptic cable, or adapter boxes on things plugged into walls like chargers. There should be standards to reduce 'dirty electricity'.

Thank you so much for doing this. I'm concerned about the amount of radiation allowed to come from cell phone towers, especially rural ones. This needs to be reduced; existing science is already clear that cancer rates increase for people living closer to towers.

Please look into radars. Recently the radar in Duluth, MN tilted its beam down toward earth to capture lower clouds. They said it would not affect human health but it was based on the units of energy per period of time, disregarding the fact that when the beam goes through, it is very intense energy, which concerns me.

As a sidenote, though unrelated, please research MRI contrast! Many people have become very ill from it, including myself, and radiologists tell patients like myself there are no side effects. This must be investigated ASAP.

I believe I have experienced detrimental health issues related to EMF/RF wifi and wireless radiation. My ears ring and other issues relating to devices. In the process of reporting concerns and seeking physical health evaluations but would like to know more about what is the reason for these effects and how are being controlled or is there any particular oversight comittee relating to these technological issues. it would be helpful to receive information that I can inturn share with friends and family to help document and relay symptoms and concerns. Identifying the source of these issues will also help with finding out how i prevent future exposures and become familiar with what what possible treatment options are too. I would be willing to share more if you would like more specific details.

My name is Britton Brainard from San Diego, CA. I am a victim of EMF and Havana syndrome. It all started when I moved to San Diego 15 years ago . I am tortured daily and am a follower of Targeted Justice so I know how they do it. I am hoping someone will do something about this. Please let me know of any further information you might have. I have daily headaches and ear pain from high frequency noise. Or EMF. I am seen at the VA San Diego. My doctor is aware of my symptoms. They are documented but the VA hasn’t recognized this yet so they can’t officially call it Havana Syndrome.

I am not as sensitive as my friend. He lived on a corner that received radiation from 5G on a utility pole across the street from his house. He started getting headaches he had not had before; his dog had symptoms not had before; he checked with his neighbors within a block radius and some of them were having similar physical reactions. He finally had to move out of that house to get better. And he did.

SCIENCE SHOULD FOLLOW THE SIGNAL

We live in an electromagnetic universe. Every day, Earth receives signals from space, including radio waves from distant astronomical objects. We also use satellites, radar, telecommunications, Wi-Fi, and countless other technologies that rely on electromagnetic energy.

The answer to questions about electromagnetic fields (EMFs), radiofrequency (RF) radiation, and wireless exposure will not be found in fear, speculation, or political slogans. It will be found in good science.

As a healthcare professional, I strongly support HHS conducting a rigorous, independent, evidence-based review.

We should examine actual exposure levels, frequencies, power densities, duration, modulation, cumulative exposure, and potential biological effects. We should study long-term exposure, children, occupational risks, and emerging technologies. We should distinguish biological effects from demonstrated health hazards, correlation from causation, and plausible hypotheses from reproducible findings.

We should also acknowledge what remains uncertain.

Science does not dismiss legitimate questions. It investigates them. Science does not manufacture certainty. It measures, tests, replicates, and challenges.

We should not fear the signal. We should understand it.

I encourage researchers, physicians, engineers, and members of the public to submit credible evidence and clearly identified research gaps to HHS before the October 21, 2026, deadline.

The electromagnetic universe has been here far longer than we have. The least we can do is study it properly.

I suffer from Idiopathic Environmental Intolerance (IEI) and Multiple Chemicle Sensivity (MCS). I have many symptoms including Hi BP because I believe my 2022 heart attack was triggered by dental work, 5G, X-Rays, Wifi, and A/C unit. I had cancer removed from my lip in 2006 most likely caused by excessive dental x-rays and never getting any work done. I informed the hospital when I had my heart attack, I had Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS), we discussed non metallic stents and my inability to take medications due to severe side effects, they dismissed everything I told them, next thing I know there's a piece of metal in my chest I told them I did NOT want and a prescription for 7 medications, of which 6 gave me the side effects. I printed a folder with information about my condition because none of the doctors, I've explained my condition to since 2015 know anything about my condition. To date not a single doctor has looked at my folder including the doctor that prescribed the stent after a Methylene Blue Hypertension side effect in 2025 who asked me what I tell doctors that say I am crazy, I laughed, pulled out my folder and said, I offer them this folder with pier reviewed studies, Pub-Med articles and testimonial's from people like me, but to date no doctor has looked at it, he refused to look at it too, now that's crazy. My chest hurts all the time, either from the blood thinner medication side-effect, the conductive metal in my chest or a combination of the two and I suffered nerve damage in my back from his recommended stent surgery, I am now disabled. I have to explain the difference between Microwave Hearing and Tinnitus to medical professionals that could care less. I hear multiple pitches I can only describe as children with different whistles blasting them, all at once or just a few at a time, sometimes it stops altogether for a brief second only to start up again with a different pitch and the painful clicks and chirps. I'm at IT professional. I had used and loved technology for over 30 years. Although I had heard of people with sensitivity to EMFs and I knew to be somewhat wary of them (using wired headsets for example and not holding a phone to my ear and not using 5G) it wasn't until I was affected I realised how bad it was.

During the COVID lockdowns I moved from the city (Sydney) to a small town. At the time the small town did not have any 5G (Bowen Qld). I had bought a house close to the beach.

Unfortunately the house was 600m away from a mobile phone tower. But I didn't notice it. Until Telstra turned on 5G. I had headaches, urticaria and angioedema. I tried shielding my house but in the end sold and moved to a rural village with little mobile reception (Riverina area of NSW). Since then my health has reverted to a good baseline.

I still feel the effects when I visit the city or am in highly EMF locations.

Tesla cars also seem to be high in EMFs. I manage to do ok in an EV when I turn off Bluetooth and Qi charging and if the car doesn't have its own connections.

I noticed a significant increase in migraines since the start of 5g signals. I want to know what are the known symptoms and what we can do to protect ourselves or remediate the problem.

I have had tinnitus and anxiety since the roll out of 5g.
