I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. I support people affected by wireless radiation and that's why I believe HHS should address this issue. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. For decades, a silent plague has been woven into the fabric of our lives, eminating from the cell phones in our pockets, to the Wi-Fi in our homes and the cell towers that dot our horizons. The NIH spent ten years and thirty million dollars researching how Electro-Magnetic Radiation affects our bodies and finding DNA Damage, Heart Damage and other serious health risks. The NIH quietly ended the study even though we are exposed to six hundred per cent more EMR's in our homes today than we were ten years ago. No more follow ups, updates or answers from NIH after thirty million taxpayer dollars were simply wasted. If you lost a loved one to a needless automobile or truck crash.due to a distracted driver using a smart phone, you would be very upset. Now the public must push the door wide open and demand more than studies. We must demand a fundemental re-evaulation of our relationship with this technology. Thereby prioritizing human biology over corporate convenience and wireless profits. The invisible assualt must end with truly protective limits. Cellphone use was cited as the distraction in 14% of all distraction-affected fatal traffic crashes in 2024. In these crashes, police reports stated that at least one of the involved drivers was talking on, listening to, or engaged in some other cellphone activity at the time of the crash. I hope and pray that this is taking seriously because I have personally seen the negative effects all of this has had on a good friend of mine. I have known him for over 30 years. He went from being an extremely hard worker for many years, owning his own construction business, being president of a motorcycle abate club that did several fundraisers for wonderful causes and a father who always took his kids everywhere they needed to go for school functions etc.To a man that can barely work on a farm. Has to run to get away from precision ag equipment when they are near him because of the 5G, Lives by himself without electricity, has had to live in his vehicle for years covering the windows to protect himself from cell towers, anything wireless-windmills, smart meter, people’s smart vehicles that drive by his farm you name it he is effected by it. He has planted so many trees around his farm to try and protect himself in a natural environment. I have personally seen how newer vehicles cause him so much pain when they drive by, Even planes when they fly over head. The GPS tracking everything it has been insane! I care about this man deeply and pray that something is done about this soon. He can no longer live a normal life like he used to. It’s extremely disheartening. He has a daughter that has type 1 diabetes and is hooked up to a Bluetooth device that he can’t be around her when she has it on. He has seen the effects of this on his children as well. When everything is shut off, him and his kids function some what normally around each other and can have normal conversations. He is in constant fight mode when barely any relief. The main things that help him is how he eats-everything organic, exercising-taking supplements-Grounding with Nature-Shielding himself from cell towers and being alone most of the time. He wants to live a normal life so he can be around the people he cares about again. Please make this happen not only for him but for everyone that is affected by it.

Human-made EMF is a novel exposure to which neither human beings nor other life forms are adapted on the basis of biological natural selection. The radiation levels currently present in our environments represent one of the, if not the, most serious cases of evolutionary mismatch. This basic fact urges caution and should inform practical guidelines and regulations.

Last time I travelled by train (in 2022) I felt as if I was having a stroke. I could’t walk normal, everything was tipping over. When I go in to big cities, it feels the same plus that I get this burning feeling in my face.

My face get all red. This is also what happens if I stand close to a router with antenna.

If I sit in a electric car or even in a hybrid car I get a headache and I feel dizzy.

Ever since they put up the smartmeter outside our bedroom I have wake upp every morning with body aches.

We turn off our router every night, we try as match as we can to minimize to be exposed for RM/EMF.

I can forget to visit my friends who lives in big cities, I can forget to travel by train or by flights.

It have becomes a real handicap.

I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, concerned member of the public, or other].

I have walked and biked my dog through many areas for years. Lately, as many more of these wireless devices have been installed on area poles or buildings I payed little attention until my dog started refusing to go near these areas once the devices were activated. I suspect EMF waves so I bought a detector and, sure enough, it pegged out in areas near these devices where my dog freaks out and pulls hard to get away from them. I notice my own body has reactions too. If we are off in the woods, away from frequency emitters everything is fine. However, even in remote areas some of these devices exist.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

My health issues began when I lived about 1/4 mile from a cell tower and began using a cell phone. I now have multiple chemical sensitivity and electrosensitivity. I have had to make drastic changes in order to continue working and try to be well. It is increasingly difficult to do so with most utilities using smart meters and increasing numbers of satellites beaming EMF to the earth. Those who are more sensitive are the canaries in the coal mine, predicting the health issues to come for those less sensitive. Please put restrictions on EMF exposure in neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, etc. to protect us and future generations.

We stopped at a fast food restaurant in Boone, NC about 4-5 years ago. The restaurant was full and most were on their cell phones.

I developed a bad headache and got dizzy. I was unable to order my meal. I assumed it was from all the radiation from everyone using their cell phones.

These towers are being Weaponized people are being tortured. They are criminals or hacking into these devices and torturing innocent American citizens all day every day take these stupid things down not only that but keep it close and all that satellite activity because it’s using the satellites also.

I tried to use Xfinity routers and it made me physically ill. I could not get out of bed while the router was on. I have to use hotspots now. I can't use a proper router.

Taxpayers are being tortured for no good reason and without a warrant. Look up cognitive liberties YouTube channel.

I have experienced difficulty sleeping in homes with high EMF's, multiple wi-fi units and numerous cell phones. I have this same problem in hotels which has hampered my traveling.

In public venues where there are many cell phones active, I seem to get muscle twitches in my upper arms. This happens at concerts, church services, and public settings.

If in cars with multiple cell phones on and wi-fi in the car, I seem to get exhausted soon after the trip and feel washed out with no energy. It takes me usually a day to recover.

I also seem to feel dizzy around cordless phones. If possible I unplug them or move away from them.

I am responding from the perspective of how my family are affected. I have a son with special needs that I care for and when he is near wifi in someone's home he gets anxiety and feels wierd in his head. Also feels off balance. My husband also feels anxious when around cell phones and wifi and gets heart palpitations from these things. I myself get wierd feeling in my face when near wifi and cell phones. Because of this we feel stuck because everyone has wifi in there homes and at least 1 or more cell phones in there homes.

I am responding from the perspective of myself and as a concerned member of the public.

Wireless radiation has affected me and my family. When my phone is in either back pocket, it causes my buttock and hip joints to ache within minutes. My daughter has a similar effect. This has been ongoing for about 5 -6 years. Now notible quite instantly whereas previous did not notice this? Maybe with the increase from 3G to 4/5G? When removed from my pocket the pain lingers but reduces greatly. This has affected daily life simply due to increased pain. In today's world of everyone wanting a quick response, it's convenient to have the phone on you physically, however I often leave it in the house when going out now just due to the side effects it has given me.I believe HHS should address this issue.Im concerned with our youth as they are growing up with them with much exposure. Cancer rates are exploding. We are one sick nation and I feel this is a huge contributing factor. Thanks for listening!

I have 5 5G towers within 1 mile from me. I started getting vertigo since they have been installed.

I am responding as a parent and concerned member of the public. As a parent, I am increasingly concerned about the amount of wireless radiation exposure that my family and children experience in everyday life. Since the introduction and increased availability of 5G technology, I have personally experienced frequent heart palpitations and episodes of dizziness that have been concerning and disruptive to my daily life. I cannot say with certainty what is causing these symptoms, but the timing and the increasing prevalence of wireless technology have led me to have questions about whether environmental exposures, including wireless radiation, deserve further investigation. My greatest concern is for my child and for children more broadly. Children are exposed to wireless devices, Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and other sources of RF radiation from a very young age, often throughout the entire day. As a parent, it is difficult to know what the potential long-term implications may be when there are still unanswered questions about cumulative exposure and the effects of prolonged exposure over a lifetime. I believe families deserve clear, unbiased, evidence-based information about these exposures and any potential health implications. I also believe that people who report experiencing symptoms or other health concerns should not simply be dismissed. Their experiences should be considered alongside rigorous scientific research so that we can better understand what is known, what remains uncertain, and where additional research is needed. When 5G was introduces several years ago in Santa Barbara where I live I developed mild to moderate symptoms of tinnitus.

It took a couple months to realize this was happening, but at some point I distinctly remember noticing I was not hearing the background sounds I used to hear when it was really quiet outside; insect noises esp. at dusk and sunrise, far away train noises, high flying aircraft, quiet bird chirps, chipmunks, squirrels quarreling etc. All I was getting was a low background hum tone that was louder than the quiet sounds that were always there in the past and I discovered my personal tinnitus.

This alarmed me. I went for several years in this state resigned to the "progress" and savoring I still had hearing at all as some cases of tinnitus I read about were brutal by comparison to my symptoms.

Our house has used wifi for computers since before 5G came out without a noticeable effect on my hearing, but I thought to switch to Ethernet cabling and stopped using the wifi router to see if there was an improvement to my hearing and to validate my thought that I was sensitive to the EMF radiation.

Sure enough, in a couple of weeks, the tinnitus resolved a little and I started very occasionally hearing the faint sounds in the world again, esp. when I woke up in the early morning.

My tinnitus is still present 99.9%+ of the time in my ears, but I do occasionally get to experience some relief from tinnitus.

Increasing the amount of EMF in this high frequency area of spectrum is very likely to negatively affect me personally and is something I do not want the govt. to allow.
