Radiofrequency radiation is biologically active, and not harmonious with the biology of plants, animals, birds, bees or humans.

Policy-wise, it should be made safer, and safe zones for all kinds of emfs should be available to those who reasonably request a mellower more healing environment in homes in particular.

For example, only about 2% of the population requests an analog meter so they can sleep or heal at home, or at night, requesting reasonable accomodation in their most private domain. These monopolies should allow this without contest, for it affects the power companies minutely, yet saves lives. This should not be a controversy.

Power companies should consider grounding, isolating and filtering all powerful frequencies, as these have effects on all of life, including yours.

Choice should be available in any free nation. Privacy is not a luxury.

RF increases mold, inflammation, and diabetes. Beyond the biological effects which are openly studied in the goverments own Naval report (1971, or 1972), emfs bring out inflammatory conditions, and even ghosts!

Hope there's a chuckle there.

For me, the issue causes ocular migraines, cataract with surgery at a young age, the loss of my occupation, and a profound impact on my potential in all areas of life. It causes anxiety and many symptoms in others.

Analog should be a choice, and the 1996 Telecommunications act is a form of Treason, imho.

Thank you. We can and must do better, safer tech is possible.

Thank you.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. This is an issue that I am deeply passionate about. There is great news for our public voice to be heard as we stand powerless at state and local levels while corporate and federal agendas steamroll over everyday citizens. I have donated money time and resources and stood at county board meetings with hundreds of locals opposing cell towers within feet of our homes only to be voted against or dragged into federal court lawsuits we cannot afford trying to protect our bodies, our families, our property values, and our environment from obvious harm. I have stood shoulder to shoulder with neighbors suffering from cell tower radiation health issues only to be reminded by the teams of lawyers and the elected local board members that we as citizens are legally gagged at any level to discuss health issues as an argument against placement of these towers too close to residential and school properties!! THAT IS JUST WRONG. The federal regulations that cite outdated studies claiming no harmful effects of cellular radiation at detectable levels as a reason to gag citizens rights is just wrong. My personal experience is interesting and quickly dismissed by health care professionals: I have developed tnitus out of no where many years ago. I live primarily in a 5 mile radius of many new and pre existing 5g cell towers (not just antennas). It effects my daily health and nightly sleep. Recently we purchased a property that has NO Cellular signal at all and our Internet and cell function is cabled in.(I want my fiber optic cable I was promised and have paid for for years! Dupped again by corporate agendas.) As soon as I get to the property my tinitus is gone immediately and for the duration of the trip. As soon as I get home I get hit immediately by a random crackeling loud wave of sound. I have been to multiple specialists and final results ...I was told by the specialist that it is all in my head and to look into cognitive behavior therapy. No one can or will listen to my feeling that this is signal…

I am submitting this comment as a consumer concerned about long-term exposure to wireless radiation from phones, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and other connected devices.

I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent review of whether current exposure limits adequately protect public health. This review needs to consider those most heavily exposed and should examine potential effects beyond tissue heating, including evidence concerning cancer, reproductive health, and children’s development.

Please prioritize research that reflects how people actually encounter wireless radiation: repeated exposure over many years, often from multiple sources and devices used close to the body. Assessments should consider signal strength, pulse patterns, duration, and combined exposure.

Please consider Melnick and Moskowitz’s 2026 analysis of animal data, which argues that existing exposure limits may inadequately protect against cancer and reproductive harm (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12940-026-01288-6). I also ask HHS to evaluate Lai and Levitt’s review of exposure intensity, duration, and signal modulation (https://doi.org/10.1080/15368378.2022.2065683), and Scarato’s review of US regulatory gaps and proposed reforms (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpubh.2025.1677583). These papers warrant careful consideration alongside the broader evidence, including studies that have not found adverse effects.

I ask HHS to:

•Assess whether additional protections are needed for children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable groups.

•Support long-term research with safeguards against industry conflicts of interest.

•Provide clear information about exposure and practical ways to reduce it, including wired alternatives in homes and schools.

•Recommend updated standards wherever the evidence shows that existing limits are insufficient.

Consumers should not have to navigate these questions alone. Please use this inquiry to advance transparent science, meaningful oversight, and public health protection.

Hi,

Upon my prompt, Grok the AI has made this website with 16883 studies related to EMF and health.

https://emfstudysearch.grok.me/

You may download the list from the download spreadsheet button on the website. You can also just use the website as it is to search. If you wish anything changed in the website search system let me know.

I also used Grok to build this website with 6101 studies on molds influence on health. In case that is beneficial for you.

https://moldstudies.grok.me/

As with the EMF website, on the mold website you can download a list of the studies or you can search the website as it is.

I did not look through every single link in these lists, but the lists can act as "short lists" to comb through.

Thanks for your great work.

Thank you for your consideration in this very serious matter as ai and Wi-Fi are expanding throughout the world. As a microscopist in the health industry, we can plainly see how the red blood cells are directly affected by the invisible frequencies that all cell towers and modems emit. We can plainly see how the red blood cells are unable to carry the oxygen that is necessary for optimum health. We can actively see the structure of the red blood cells changing and how this significantly reduces the life of each individual red blood cell. This affects the person in many different ways, including but not limited to, headaches, brain fog, nervous system irregularity, and respiratory issues of great concern. It has not been proven and hardly tested exactly what these frequencies are doing to the human population and all living things.

Please pass legislation that will immediately and indefinitely limit the frequencies from the Wi-Fi/ai ability to affect the human population and all living things on the planet. Please allow unbiased research to be done extensively not just on the human being but all living things including animals and our Flora.

Thank you for your time and consideration!

My whole family has been affected by EMF. My mother had to stop wearing a smart watch as the EMF created wrist and joint pain while wearing the watch. Additionally, my mother developed a rash around that wrist regardless of the wrist strap. The wrist and joint pain and rash would go away when the watch was off. Therefore, she had to stop wearing it.

I have to place my phone and tablet in airplane mode as I will experience pain in whole body yet especially in my hands and wrist when using those electronics. Additionally, I have to turn off all electronics including the wifi to sleep. Otherwise, I have a hard time falling asleep, staying asleep and getting a restful night of sleep. When my wifi had to have the wires replaced and upgraded, I had the same issues even without the wifi on at night as there was still emf coming through.

I am writing as a person who is adversely affected to the point of being disabled by radio-frequency (RF) radiation. I am a 54-year-old woman from the UK. I was diagnosed with electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) in 2009 after suffering unexplained and debilitating symptoms over several years. My symptoms suddenly became extremely severe when Wi-Fi was installed in my university workplace in 2008. (I discovered that Wi-Fi was present only after the onset of far worse symptoms, and it transpired that I had been working immediately above Wi-Fi routers recently fixed to the ceiling of the room below me; thus, an informal and unintended ‘blind’ test took place.) My symptoms include: headaches and head pressure, facial burning and redness, chest pains and chest oppression, palpitations, feelings of ‘fight-or-flight’, digestive problems, stomach pains, nausea, vertigo, ear pain and ringing ears, urinary urgency, problems concentrating and focusing, memory loss, aphasia, exhaustion, insomnia. My symptoms fluctuate in severity depending on the duration and intensity of exposure. They resolve in an area with little or no RF pollution. I feel, however, that my cognition has been irreparably damaged to some degree. I am debilitated and disabled by all sources of wireless radiation: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, DECT cordless phones, smart meters and ‘smart’ devices, cellphones and cell towers, etc. I have paid a very high personal price because of my EHS and have lost my career as a university lecturer, my home, my ability to earn a living, the chance of a family, my social life – not to mention my basic human rights. Unless things change, the future looks very bleak indeed for me and for others who are similarly affected. Given the lack of recognition of EHS and its cause, I currently have no access to redress for the harm and loss inflicted on me by the proliferation and ubiquity of wireless technologies and the concomitant RF radiation. I welcome the Department of Health and Human Service’s call for evidence about health harms from RF radiation because recognition of these harms is well overdue. Rather than provide you with a long list of studies on EHS, I here refer to four…

I am writing this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent, long time educator and concerned member of the public. Ever since my son was born twenty eight years ago, I have been concerned by the increasing exposure of children, as well as wildlife, to the electromagnetic radiation emitted by cell phones, particularly. As a biologist, I am aware that the effects of this radiation are subtle and chronic for most people though more acute for some. They can interfere with our bodies on a cellular level, impacting the electrostatic fields created by our bodies and cell functioning. Some studies have found that EMF radiation can interfere with the calcium channels in cells. These play an important role in nerve and muscle function (J Cell Mol Med. 2013 Jun 26;17(8):958–965. doi: 10.1111/jcmm.12088). Employing the precautionary principle would have necessitated HHS to shield children from the unknown and potentially harmful effects of EMFs until they were found to do no harm rather than unleash them and hope for the best. Anecdotally, as an educator, I can say that children today have neither the attention spans nor the physical fortitude that they did twenty years ago when I began teaching, but this is an amalgamation of all the toxins in the environment that we have placed there rather than just EMFs. Our environment suffers the effects of EMFs as well, notably our pollinators (Sci Adv. 2023 May 12;9(19):eadh1455. doi: 10.1126/sciadv.adh1455 ) who already suffer from pesticides and ravages of climate change. I support, indeed urge, HHS in taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. For far too long, citizens have been left on their own to research and question the effects of these radiation sources on human health, something which should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health. The experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside…

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a concerned parent and professional who is seeing the impact of this radiation with clients.

More and more people are becoming sensitive to this exposure and for those who aren’t sensitive and don’t feel it, their bodies do, which leads to unexplained health issues. As someone who does everything in her power to counteract it (as a profession) 5G is WAY too potent, leading to very expensive fixes that won’t work when 6G is thrown at us. All humans and animals are being affected. This needs to end. Kids are falling asleep with their devices in beds and the truth of EMF radiation needs to be discussed publicly.

A tower, a mile away, is not only affecting my fascia but my health. Which requires even more work on my part to get my body to somewhat neutral, while healing remains much further away because it’s everywhere.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

EMF creates a local mild inflammatory response that leads to histamine release by cells in the brain [Z]. Histamine, in turn, induces oxidative stress in the brain, which, upon second exposure to the EMF stressor, disturbs the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and creates an augmented inflammatory response responsible for the symptoms observed [7]. I can’t live in my home anymore because Madison Gas and electric won’t take the communicating chip out of the smart meter on the home. I’ve had to bounce around between two homes that are outside of the city and don’t have smart meters on their homes. I’m seriously worried about my future. I work hard, and I’d like to continue to work and pay for my living- however, the way I feel when I’m overwhelmed with EMFs is so intense, I’m worried I’ll end up in the hospital.

It’s debilitating for me. The most intense brain fog, fatigue, headaches, nausea, dizziness and my jaw, neck, ears are in pain like they’re on fire or something is being pulled from it I can’t explain it. When I stay away for abut a week, all symptoms go away and I feel great. I know it is the electromagnetic frequencies- please please help.

Please research 5g effects on health. EMF has effects on the biology of all living organisms.

For the first 61 years of my life, I was not exposed to EMF as I had not cell phone nor WIFI router and neither did my landlords. Then I moved into a senior housing building and am now exposed to EMF from WIFI routers from other apartments (I have no router in my apartment.). I have insomnia and what sleep I do get is non-restorative as I toss and turn like crazy. I have developed loud tinnitus, suffer from constant fatigue with muscle pain throughout my body, am annoyed by brain fog and have frequent frontal lobe headaches (I have never had headaches prior to this, even when ill.). When I leave my apartment for a few days to go out into the country, these symptoms lessen - so I know they are from all the exposure to EMFs my body has been forced to deal with for the past several years. I would move, but cannot afford a home in the country and there is no way I can avoid the exposure. Please codify into law strict regulations regarding cell towers and data centers, as well as satellite internet connection and WIFI routers. Thank you.

my son had braces on his teeth and slept in a room with a wifi. the teeth came out ok but the normal development of his face at age 17 began to atrophy. he now has huge deep lines going down both his cheeks bc the radiation from the device was picked up by the metal in this braces and it distorted his face for life. he was gorgeous and healthy and looks like an older man. i said he should have the braces taken off but no one listened to me. just like you and any corporation needing to protect their devices or serums or money. i also had something happen . i sat near to a modem for the internet thinking how bad could it be. 3 weeks later i was in the doctors office getting an EKG. I couldn't get my heart beat to beat normally. it had become very erratic. it was scary.
