My comment is to address the RF transmitting from my home's electricity meter. The meter was switched without my approval or knowledge, the meter is located outside my bedroom about 3 meters from my bed and where I rest my head. I have had headaches ever sine it was installed and when I contact Pennsylvania PPL to return to a standard meter I was told I would need to pay an additional fee. This is unacceptable in many ways, primarily my health; next is my consent and next is my privacy. This violates many of my constitutional rights moreover. Thank you for allowing me to comment.

We already know that sound waves can cause mood altering conditions. How many radio waves, broadband waves, Bluetooth waves, etc. are there? Mix all that with mood and mind altering drugs, hormone drugs, etc. and Wallah, Mental illness. MKULTRA comes to mind.

I am submitting this comment as a consumer concerned about long-term exposure to wireless radiation from phones, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and other connected devices.

I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent review of whether current exposure limits adequately protect public health. This review needs to consider those most heavily exposed and should examine potential effects beyond tissue heating, including evidence concerning cancer, reproductive health, and children’s development.

Please prioritize research that reflects how people actually encounter wireless radiation: repeated exposure over many years, often from multiple sources and devices used close to the body. Assessments should consider signal strength, pulse patterns, duration, and combined exposure.

Please consider Melnick and Moskowitz’s 2026 analysis of animal data, which argues that existing exposure limits may inadequately protect against cancer and reproductive harm (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12940-026-01288-6). I also ask HHS to evaluate Lai and Levitt’s review of exposure intensity, duration, and signal modulation (https://doi.org/10.1080/15368378.2022.2065683), and Scarato’s review of US regulatory gaps and proposed reforms (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpubh.2025.1677583). These papers warrant careful consideration alongside the broader evidence, including studies that have not found adverse effects.

I ask HHS to:

•Assess whether additional protections are needed for children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable groups.

•Support long-term research with safeguards against industry conflicts of interest.

•Provide clear information about exposure and practical ways to reduce it, including wired alternatives in homes and schools.

•Recommend updated standards wherever the evidence shows that existing limits are insufficient.

Consumers should not have to navigate these questions alone. Please use this inquiry to advance transparent science, meaningful oversight, and public health protection.

We live right next to a cell tower. Both me and my husband have developed tinnitus…..which makes me feel like I’m going crazy at times. My dad lives next to us and also has tinnitus.

Who are we kidding. It doesn't matter what we write here or how bad this will be for humanity. You will certainly do whatever the wrong thing is.

not enough testing was done on all these cell towers and radiation causing EMFs. they are everywhere, near schools, daycares, homes ! people spends their entire day right next to them and even sleep near them ! do we really need all these cell towers? what about the link to cancer ? and other health issues? stop prioritizing corporations over health !

There are quite a few opinions and wild conspiracy theories about wireless radiation, but not many factual independent studies on the health effects. The technology is going to keep getting better, so I think there needs to be independent studies. If the studies focus on distance (considering the inverse square) to devices, and how RF is similar to light, it might reduce some of the opinions and put the public at ease with the technology. Most devices are quite far away from people, so the theories are likely way off base. Conversely, many devices that are installed are close to occupants and are high power (with no check or sometimes even regulations), so they are most likely causing health danger - (smart meters next to beds, 5G cylinder street towers next to apartment windows, etc...); so a study done on proximity effects would be helpful. Ideally, with the exception of public health danger, education versus regulation would be preferred.

Like most Americans, I trusted our government to protect its citizens in rollouts involving wireless tech. Those days are over. Americans are being bombarded with damaging frequencies every single day and even in our own homes. No doctors recommend iodine supplementation to protect against the radiation of some of these frequencies. The cell towers are also speculated to generate some ELF causing neurological damage in some of the population. There needs to be safer alternatives. And the American public en masses needs to be made aware of what their current exposure is. There is no informed consent. Thank you.

It should be safe & not harmful to people, animals, the environment, etc. or have any negative effects. Technology should be tested to have neutral or positive effects.

4 years struggling with emf exposure in over 16 countries and almost 1000 Ecco villages. Lack of protection for cells to regenerate. Healer and conductor of ecovillage development globally. Please remove as many towers as possible. Remove satellites above USA lands. Well globally better. Remove wifi everywhere. And utilize lower band frequencies for messaging.

Move towards working with light based technologies that are new and innovative to improve health and well being. Inhibit any spraying above skies including all commercial planes. Educate about heavy metal eradication. Micro machinery eradication. And completely remove any new developments in higher frequency band

Ringing in the ears has been non-stop with me and members of my family. My elderly mother says it keeps her up at night and she feels like she is going crazy. She sometimes hears voices in the middle of the night. This has to be connected to much of the mental health issues plaguing the world.

This is so stupid. Why are you seeking public input on conspiracy theory nonsense? What could this possibly achieve?

The scientific evidence has been looked at. It's fine, as one would expect from non-ionizing radiation! We are bombarded by non-ionizing radiation from the sun every day at mich higher intensities and frequencies! It's called visible light!

Mr. Kennedy, for those of us who were forced to get the Covid vaccination and the booster, or else we lose our jobs, should be eligible for a reparation. We had no choice! I feel that the implications to our health are worth a mention. Where is our help. For someone to have to choose between a vaccine or lose a career you’ve been in for 20+ years, is disheartening and just plain immoral. I personally have suffered side effects and wish I didn’t have to choose. And still today, we are forced to get the flu vaccination or same scenario, lose our jobs. It’s just not right.

Dear HHS,

I am writing to ask that the affects of wireless radiation are fully studied on how they affect the human body, wildlife and environment in general. This HAS to be done to ensure the human population is not more negatively affected by this technology. I know from personal experience how this has affected my family.

The use of computers, pads and phones has greatly impacted my husband. He no longer is able to sleep deeply or for long periods of time. At most he gets four to five hours of interrupted sleep and that also greatly affects me! His job mandates the use of all this technology unfortunately. It has basically ruined his sleep which is also impacting his health in general as many many studies have proven about lack of sleep.

The other impact this technology has had on our family is either my grandchildren. One parent works from home so there are more computers and screens and wireless boosters in their home than normal. I can see how it affects their behavior (they are much more agitated on days we have to play indoors!) and neither of them sleep well. It breaks my heart to see this is how they are growing up.

PLEASE do the independent research and do NOT be influenced by big these wireless companies and their profits. You were hired to work and protect us not them!

I highly recommend and ask that you all do research into the workers who are exposed to this RF on a daily basis. As someone who used to work on cell phone towers there would be days that equipment was pointed right at us from an adjacent tower and we could taste metal in our mouthes, sometimes get terrible headaches, sometimes even ringing in the ear. As to whether or not it’s harmful to the daily person not as close to the antennas, I’m not sure but research most certainly should be done into the workers who are around them all the time. I’m 25 and got out of the industry due to lack of RF and other safety regulations but hearing some of the stories from folks who have been in longer made me wonder and reconsider what I was doing for work. Ever since the installation of the smart meter on my house, I have severe insomnia! With all the 5g towers it has only gotten worse! Symptoms are headaches, brain fog, fatigue and heart palpitations! This is detrimental to our health and well being! Let’s get back to more basic concepts that improve health, nature and lifestyle instead! On our current trajectory we are destroying not advancing our planet and humanity! Let’s use our abilities for the good of all!

I work for a telecommunications company who does allow me to work near 5G antennas while they are powered on. In fact, I am giving a device that detect the 5G. I am told it’s for my safety and had to take a training on it.

When I grew up in England they started building houses under power lines. 10kvolts+ and then shortly after that when one community had a sudden rise in leukemia rates they did research and found the electromagnetic fields around the lines were causing the issue. They needs to be research done on frequency and its effects, then regulations to follow. I have tinnitus and white noise issues. I have no way of knowing where this is because of the new frequency’s that have been added. I have no option but to have 2g my car (there is no way to turn it off). Just because science moves on and we can, doesn’t mean we should. I think people with preexisting conditions like add and adhd are more sensitive to frequency’s and I think more research should be done on this.
