私は幼少期からの被害者です。

今年3月に入りテクノロジー犯罪被害に遭っています。親戚から届いた苺を食べたら、身体中にアレルギー反応が出て、救急車で緊急病院に運ばれました。その時は、アレルギーを緩和する注射を打ちました。次の日も体調が悪かった為、別の病院に行き点滴を打ちました。その時に、身体中が熱くなり、ドクターに何か変だと伝えましたが、普通の点滴だと言われしぶしぶ全て受けて帰宅しました。私はコロナワクチンを打っていませんでした。点滴でもとても不安でした。その後、今年の3月からTI被害者と理解しました。3年前に購入した建売住宅の配線全てが、テクノロジー犯罪をする為に、電線網全てが維持な本数が仕込まれていました。換気扇、インターフォン、天井、LED照明全てから高い電磁波を浴びて身体が振動し、上半身はは胃が焼けるようにジリジリと痛み、頭は1日中痛く、電磁波で怒りを誘発し、家の下からは振動が来ます。指や足をビクッと動かしたり、電磁波による蚊に刺されの痒みがある箇所もあります。家の屋根裏で見た、電線網の数は異常な線になっています。家の何処にいても、キーンと鳴る、高周波、Wi-Fiによる盗撮、盗聴、電子音がサイレンの音がします。外部から操作されている為、家での拷問が今日も実際に行われています。

私の様に、MKウルトラ、TI被害者はWi-Fiや電磁波を使い、攻撃を毎日されています。夜寝ると、朝には内臓が痛み、起き上がり、数時間しないと痛みが取れません。電磁波を使い、病気にさせるのだと思います。この様な拷問は、人権侵害であり、とても許されるものではありません。このメッセージを送っている今も、携帯をハッキングされているので、攻撃を開始してきます。被害が強く、文章がめちゃくちゃですが、許してください。私は3年前から、家の電磁波で頭痛はあり、気づいた時には、頭頂部が凹んでいました。頭から電磁波を当て続けられたので、頭蓋骨が凹んだと考えられます。電磁波は、肩を痛くしたり、腰も痛くさせられます。腰は椎間板ヘルニアにされてしまいました。とにかく、この犯罪はあってはならないものです。どうか、このメッセージが届きますように。調査に使ってください。よろしくお願いします。

Cell phones and cell towers broadcast at frequencies that release non-ionizing radiation, which mean the photons have energies too low to cause damage to tissue, cells, or DNA. However, bananas do release ionizing radiation because of radioactive potassium-40, which can be jokingly measured in a dose known as the Banana Equivalent Dose (the potassium in bananas does not accumulate in the body over time, and exposure is minimal compared to background levels of radiation, and so is not actually dangerous). But this does mean that the only phones that release ionizing radiation are banana phones. Please see the attached image from the website xkcd.

My submission addresses biological and ecological research, natural bioelectrical processes, cumulative and involuntary exposure, children and vulnerable populations, emerging satellite-to-cellular technologies, relevant patents, and the need for independent long-term safety investigations.

Personal Perspective and Health Experience I am submitting this comment as an individual consumer sharing my experience with potential health effects that I believe have been associated with radiofrequency (RF) exposure from wireless technology. I am also a Certified Building Biologist with specialized training as an Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist through the building biology platform. In 2012, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and spent years pursuing n endless variety of treatments. Despite making progress, I continued to experience daily headaches, difficulty sleeping, fatigue, and brain fog. In 2020, a friend suggested having my home assessed by a building biologist. The findings were shocking. Although our electric and magnetic field readings were acceptable, RF readings were extremely high in several areas. Despite having no nearby cell towers, readings reached approximately 100,000 µW/m² at our stove and 19,000 µW/m² at our kitchen sink and island, attributed in the assessment report to an Orbi Wi-Fi extender. Our office readings reached 50,000–70,000 µW/m² near my computer, and testing my cell phone revealed intermittent spikes reaching approximately 1,000,000 µW/m². I had never imagined that everyday wireless devices could produce such high readings in the spaces where we cooked, worked, and spent time with our family. I became particularly concerned about cell phones and children's exposure, especially when phones are carried on their bodies. Reducing Exposure and Changes in My Health Following the assessment, we hardwired our home, eliminated wireless devices, discontinued Wi-Fi, replaced wireless computer peripherals and our printer with wired alternatives, and made our bedroom a sanctuary free of electronic devices. I also use airplane mode when appropriate to reduce wireless transmissions. My health improvements were gradual, not immediate. Over the following months, I noticed meaningful improvements in my sleep, headaches, fatigue, and mental clarity. This is my second comment. If you'd like an intelligent and extremely knowledgeable witness to EMF exposure over the past 11 years, I'm the one. My experience with EMF et al, is part of the FBI's Terror Screening Database as a Code 3 or 4. It involves the US Air Force, Airline Transport Professionals out of Jax Beach, FL, every single peace officer in Texas that I've run across in the last 11 years, and multiple FBI contractors including one named Tim. It involves Infragard and the secrecy surrounding the Terror Screening Database (TSDB), which right now I'm looking for an attorney for to prosecute a civil case against the FBI et al. Simple question to a Federal Court, did the FBI's creation of the TSBM in about 2007 cause it to step into a problem in about 2021 when SCOTUS in a 9-0 Precedent, with Targeted Individuals like myself who simply want to know if they are a Code 3 or 4 in the TSDB. Because if so, I'd say the FBI etal have created a massive liability against the Federal budget. Most Codes 3 and 4 on TSDB are victims since a Federal IG has stated that 97% of the people under Codes 3 and 4 have no association with terrorism at all. Maybe I should tell you about the 121 head axis deer herd Federal contractors killed between 2018 and 2021. They killed all of them, in circumstances that clearly prove human involvement in their deaths. The deaths were by EMF from celltowers, and possibly satellites. By the 2021 freeze in Texas I should have had more than 400 axis deer. I had none, and in the prior 2 years I had one axis baby that lived. My axis does should have produced at least 4 babies in that more than 3 years period. In July, 2021, a respresentative of the local exotic deer et al auction, called me an offered me $800 each for every axis deer I owned. She'd transported 30 or 40 axis deer to my property. Or maybe the 1/8" hole drilled in the timing chain cover of one of my trucks that cost $5,300 to fix. Or the fact that the Kerr County, TX Sheriff is right now stalking me daily, along with the police chiefs of Ingram and Kerrville, TX. Pulse magnetic energy, microwave radiation, directed energy, EMF and RF - all related. The extent of damage to the body has yet to be fully documented but exposure often produces non-kinetic traumatic brain injuries as shown in attached QEEG.

I started experiencing the debilitating effects of Frequencies after I was tricked into getting an EEG by a family member after a seizure in 2017. The EEG was not ordered by a doctor but I trusted my family member who has a PHD. After the EEG there was no follow up appointment. In 2020 I started hearing weird sounds that nobody else could hear- tapping, clicking, digging sounds, plastic bags rustling together, and whispers. I also kept feeling what felt like cigarette burns on my skin. Then I woke up one day hearing voices having full on conversations and responding to my thoughts. I told the family member that took me to the EEG that I was sure it was related, and they denied ever taking me for the EEG and said I imagined it. The voices haven’t stopped at all. Every second that im awake, I hear people talking about me, my family members, my life, and they respond to and mock my thoughts. They speak as if they are watching me but are lying about what they see and what I’m thinking about, as if they are trying to convince other people that they are justified in stalking me. My eyesight is seriously affected- the walls move forward and backwards sometimes, and my sight is getting blurry. When I close my eyes, I see dark shadows that make very deliberate movement. I have severe stomach pain and nausea a couple times per week. They target my sexual organs which feels like sexual assault. I have what looks like burns and blisters that appear out of nowhere on my legs and they itch severely. I have the most intense anxiety a lot of the time and have lost my ability to work because of the constant mental torment I’m experiencing. This is purely torture. I think EEG/Sleep study clinics are using EEG for nefarious reasons. I have included screenshots which show the findings that MindNexus has on the scan they did of a Targeted Individual. They found which entities are using the frequencies that the target was being hit with which they then posted to Twitter.

My name is Tina Johnson, live in. Evanston Wyoming. In our small city, we have many cell phone towers surrounding our city. 1 next to our water plant, 1 next to our high school, 1 next to our river, and several others. It seems to me that some days the towers speak to each other and when this occurs, the clouds made from air planes seem to vibrate. It appears to mirror the wifi symbol. Many in our communities are sick. So many on a state waiver program. Tons of dementia, alzheimers, people on oxygen. Almost every adult is on at least 1 prescription drug. Recently I had to update my cell phone and when getting the new model, Samsung 26, I went into full fledged thyroid storm. I had my thyroid out due to goiter and suspected cancer 13 years ago. I have been on the same medication for 2 years. But all of a sudden, my TSH jumps to 30 and should be under 4. I was not perfect in taking 1 hour before coffee, but that hasn't been any different for the last 13 years. The phone and the 6g is the only new development.

CONCLUSION

Accordingly. I strongly urge the Commission to. under the weight of the scientific

evidence, find that the current RF exposure limits are insufficient to protect public health and the

environment. They should be lowered to reflect the science prerviously disregarded by the

Çommission.

The current human evidence does not establish that ordinary, limit-compliant exposure to 5G, Wi-Fi, cell towers, or smart meters causes cancer or other illness. This is not proof of zero risk. HHS should use reproducible evidence and measured exposure, not fear or anecdotes.

A 2024 WHO-commissioned systematic review examined 63 epidemiologic articles from 22 countries. Mobile phone use was not associated with increased glioma risk (pooled relative risk 1.01; 95% CI 0.89–1.13), meningioma risk (0.92; 0.82–1.02), or acoustic neuroma risk (1.03; 0.85–1.24). The review also found no association between modeled exposure from fixed-site transmitters and childhood leukemia or pediatric brain tumors.

A 2025 peer-reviewed UK field study measured RF emissions at 56 active 5G base stations across 30 publicly accessible locations. Worst-case estimates were at most 5% of ICNIRP 1998 public reference levels; 5G accounted for less than 10% of total measured RF exposure on average at those sites.

HHS should maintain science-based, enforceable exposure limits; independently verify compliance; publish understandable measurements of actual exposure; and continue research into long-term exposure, higher-frequency 5G, children, and other understudied groups.

Protect against established high-exposure hazards and study uncertainties. Do not portray compliant 5G, Wi-Fi, or smart meters as proven hazards without evidence.

Increased exposure to EMFs has increased my testosterone levels. I am now ready to join the Department of War and use my warrior ethos.

Why are we not using starlink and satellite cell service nationwide instead of harmful towers like we have now? We deserve better.

My husband and I have been living in San Mateo CA for over 26 years. I detected high elevated radio frequencies in 2022 after my long-time neighbor shared her swelling legs symptoms with me. My researches since 2022 and many recurring medical symptoms over the years have led me to believe that Havana syndromes and many unknow-cause medical issues and diseases as well as the symptoms shared by so-called “Targeted Individuals” on social medias are most likely induced by a common source which includes Directed Frequency Energy Neuro-weaponry Systems, Nano-sensors, Remote Drug Delivery and Monitoring and 5G/6G technologies, etc.

Per my observations, worldwide general public including doctors, local governments and law enforcement have almost zero knowledge about the existence of these invisible high-tech weaponry systems and the detailed medical symptoms they induced. I would like to recommend the following items for now to the officials of HHS.

a. Please extend the duration of this Request for Information on EMFs, RF Radiation and Wireless Radiation Exposure longer, instead of the one-month period.

b. Please officially inform all states and local public sectors, medical fields and their corresponding agencies and contractors etc. about this request.

c. Please extend the scope of this Request to worldwide and collaboratively collect inputs from other countries.

d. Please monitor and detect frequencies of all kinds, including ELF and solar lights, in the environment as soon as possible.

e. Please register all flying aircrafts and what they carry and spraying in the air, and make the information available to the general public.

f. Please make blood test of Graphene Oxide and other Nano-technologies related materials available for general public.

g. Please include the detection of body implants and nano-sensors in medical health plans for all levels of government employees, law-enforcement and military personnel, school teachers and professors, doctors and medical field personnel, and general public via other health insurance coverages, etc.
