The neural system runs on a tiny amount of electricity. RF produces a charge in electromagnetic material- and we are full of metal particulates.

I lost myeyesight, most of my teeth, have suffered 'vertigo', 'tinnitus', going pain and am covered in painful lesions from RF being directed at me.

I can tell when I am near a mast or an area saturated with RF because I can feel it.

This is a joke, right? We are wasting time on conspiracy theories that have no basis for anyone to entertain that has a basic grasp of physics? There are many, many real health issues in our modern society, and this is not one of them.

I would like the HHS to spend their time and money on things that address actual health problems, not RFK Jr.'s tinfoil hat, pseudoscientific pet projects.

Earlier this year, I was hospitalized for life-threatening anemia. I realize there are many causes for anemia but I read that it is increasing among both genders and all age groups.

I live less than half a mile away from a 5g tower and am surrounded by 3 of them at work. Is there research available regarding the effects of EMF on the blood? As you probably know, anemia can become a serious health issue and a difficult one to treat. Is there research available regarding the effects of EMF on the blood and cans it contribute to anemia? I feel strongly that more research is needed in this area. Thank you.

My name is Dr. Michael Halliday. After 45 years in chiropractic practice, I recently retired from clinical work, but not from what has been a major focus of my life: developing natural approaches and technologies intended to protect and improve human health.

I have followed your decision to examine the potential health effects of electromagnetic fields with great interest.

For more than 20 years, I have been working on this very problem — but particularly on the part of the discussion that I believe receives too little attention:

What can we actually do about it?

My work began with water and frequency-based technologies and later developed into mineral-based materials designed to mitigate the biological effects associated with EMF, Wi-Fi and, more recently, 5G exposure.

Rather than attempting to block electromagnetic signals, our approach is designed to modify their interaction with the biological environment. We have developed applications for plastics, paints, textiles, mobile phones and other products, and have conducted blood-based testing that I would be pleased to share with your scientific team.

I have also spent years investigating what I describe as “electrosmog,” including the possibility that electromagnetic environments may influence water and, consequently, biological systems.

I am not writing simply to identify another potential problem. I am writing because I believe we have practical solutions worth investigating.

The technology exists. We have developed it, tested it, and can demonstrate it.

I would greatly appreciate the opportunity for a brief conversation with you or the appropriate members of your HHS team. Rather than trying to explain decades of work in a letter, I would prefer to present the technology, the observations behind it, the testing performed to date, and allow your experts to evaluate it independently.

Remote neurology (especially since being secret from the people for decades) should be classified as an illegal domestic torture program (or non domestic if it’s from Isreal) As far as the useful utility from wireless transmissions, there are safer ways than 5G (which used to be a weapon and now recycled for the people to use for utility)

The Invisible Rainbow: A History of Electricity and Life by Arthur Firstenberg is a book that traces the history of electricity and its impact on health - nearly always detrimental, especially to mitochondrial function, which causes a variety of serious diseases, including heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, among others. YOU ARE KILLING AMERICANS with this onslaught of electricity everywhere without consent from those harmed. Turn back from this wrongdoing. WE OBJECT!

The fact that the person in charge of HHS isn't a doctor or a scientist means that this question is not done with an honest interest in the science. Perhaps RFK should, who is the poster child for the Dunning-Kruger effect should understand that he's unqualified to speak on any topic of merit.

5g turned my son gay

I am a practicing Internal Medicine physician with roughly 10 years' experience treating adult patients using "Integrative" strategies, ie, specific biologically precise strategies which fundamentally address the root causes of chronic illness. I also personally suffer from chronic illness, thus providing the opportunity to experience the results of many, if not all, of the strategies I employ. Roughly 10 years ago, I became aware of the possibility that I was personally being affected by wireless (ie, RF/EMF) radiation exposure in my own household. Specifically, it was suggested to me by my health coach that my difficulty sleeping (for the previous 5-6 years) might be due to RF/EMF exposure, at that time cell phones not powered off at night plus WiFi router exposure, both at my office as well as at night in my home. I somewhat skeptically agreed to a trial of powering off cell phones and WiFi router at night, and my sleep immediately improved dramatically enough for me to conclude clinically that the improvement was very likely due to this removal of RF/EMF exposure. We eventually permanently eliminated the WiFi router and hard-wired our house with internet cabling, along with powering off our cell phones at night. I also keep my personal cell phone on airplane mode continuously during the day, establishing connectivity only to receive and read texts. I don’t use my cell phone for calls at all. This has resulted in our home becoming a relatively “safe haven” for me from an RF/EMF perspective. In fact, I use only a landline in my home office to make calls, doing most of my clinical work from home, and go to my medical office only to see patients, maybe an hour or two a day. My medical office, even though also hard-wired to minimize RF/EMF, has EMF levels (ie, density) from 700 to 1500 microwatts per meter squared, presumably from wireless devices in adjoining tenants’ offices and perhaps from nearby cell towers and I typically experience difficulty sleeping if I’ve spent three or more hours in my office. I have done extensive RF/EMF measurements throughout various parts of my city, most of which have EMF density levels of at least 500, and often up to 2500…

I am submitting this comment as someone concerned about the health effects of wireless radiation as well as the effects on the environment. Please review the current state of biological science and create protective standards

I have been personally affected by wireless radiation, as I have now had Breast cancer twice and was looking for all avenues to improve my health upon recovery from surgery. I would not sleep well with the wireless on in the house, and turned off all the cells and was looking for other things to do to elimate as much as I can, since I want to continue to live a long life. I contacted an electrician and he installed a switch in my bedroom to turn all the internet systems off right by the bed. Since then I am sleeping much more soundly and feeling more rejuvinated from it.

I hope that HHS will use this opportunity to create a comprehensive report on the current medical, biological, and public health knowledge regarding these effects and take action on that. Please consider what I have experienced and review the current state of affairs of the system. I know there can be improvements.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you all, that there are people being targeted by these EMF technologies. I am an upper middle class 58 yr old female American woman, who values my privacy, freedom, my right to speak and hear the truth, my right to not be poisoned or sickened by technologies or substances, that I am being exposed to unknowingly. For this, I have become a target and for over 15 years I have been targeted w EMF's by some unknown entity. I am assuming there is an FBI database, or DARPA list or some such, but clearly, some body somewhere is using these technologies to attempt to sicken me. My symptoms include Low frequency beam, that is hitting my head 24-7( sounds like a low pulsing droning machine sound in my right ear that vibrates my head), "The Frey effect" clicking in my left ear, which causes a heating effect in my head and body( when my grand nephew is in my presence, they heat him up, as well. He is 5), I get hit w directed energy weapons and they have tried to create cancer in my body w this weaponry( it feels like a burning sensation which ripples out in a throbbing pulsing pain). I get hit in my bed, or sitting in my chair; in my car they like to hit me high on my back, commonly. It seems there is no escaping it or them, whoever it is doing this. I am totally defenseless to these attacks. I dont want to live in a faraday cage. So if there is some faction within the US govt responsible for these attacks, on my person, can it be brought to light? Can it be stopped? I am assuming it is being done via satellite, or drone, so it must be some wider network, w access to this technology. I am more than interested in discussing this with a representative to give more details of these attacks and other types of attacks that Ive been subjected to. I am submitting this comment as a consumer concerned about long-term exposure to wireless radiation from phones, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and other connected devices.

I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent review of whether current exposure limits adequately protect public health. This review needs to consider those most heavily exposed and should examine potential effects beyond tissue heating, including evidence concerning cancer, reproductive health, and children’s development.

Please prioritize research that reflects how people actually encounter wireless radiation: repeated exposure over many years, often from multiple sources and devices used close to the body. Assessments should consider signal strength, pulse patterns, duration, and combined exposure.

Please consider Melnick and Moskowitz’s 2026 analysis of animal data, which argues that existing exposure limits may inadequately protect against cancer and reproductive harm (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12940-026-01288-6). I also ask HHS to evaluate Lai and Levitt’s review of exposure intensity, duration, and signal modulation (https://doi.org/10.1080/15368378.2022.2065683), and Scarato’s review of US regulatory gaps and proposed reforms (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpubh.2025.1677583). These papers warrant careful consideration alongside the broader evidence, including studies that have not found adverse effects.

I ask HHS to:

•Assess whether additional protections are needed for children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable groups.

•Support long-term research with safeguards against industry conflicts of interest.

•Provide clear information about exposure and practical ways to reduce it, including wired alternatives in homes and schools.

•Recommend updated standards wherever the evidence shows that existing limits are insufficient.

Consumers should not have to navigate these questions alone. Please use this inquiry to advance transparent science, meaningful oversight, and public health protection.

That's 1 year, 9 months and 12 days since I've left my house.

Why? Because there isn't a street around me without overhead transmission lines or a cell tower either on it or within line of sight.

Some people wonder how I remain sane, being such an active person. However, just driving five minutes to the beach — a beach with significant EMF exposure — can set my health back for days.

I hope the people reviewing this are at least half as knowledgeable as I am about EMF measurement and monitoring, and have some understanding of just how high our dynamic background magnetic fields can be due to the power grid, along with the microwave radiation exposure from cell towers.

The discomfort I experience outweighs any desire to live outside my house, which itself is far from perfect.

Our standards and regulations don't adequately consider people like me, who report being at the extreme end of sensitivity to these exposures.

Anecdotal evidence is not scientific and can simply be the result of chance rather than a distinct causal relationship. To support the need for updated, biology-based safety limits, this submission highlights the quantitative findings of multiple peer-reviewed meta-analyses spanning brain tumors, childhood leukemia, general carcinogenesis, reproductive health, and neurodegenerative decline. II. Summary of Evidence from Peer-Reviewed Meta-Analyses 1.
