I am very sensitive to EMFs. The smart meter of my home was right outside of my bedroom and caused huge flares in fatigue, joint pain, ringing in my ears. and more. I am so concerned about our world and our children. Most people don't have the awareness, knowledge, or resources to make changes, or are stuck living or working near towers, smart meters, etc. There are changes that can be made! Fortunately I could opt out of the smart meter program in my area (and pay more monthly). I have my home hard wired. But I have to take great care traveling, visiting friends and family, even when selecting a church or school for my children.

I am an extremely concerned citizen who has done the research to educate myself on the topic of 5G. I know numerous women and children who have been affected by the radiation coming from small cell towars placed within their neighborhoods, school yards, and offices. I actively avoid businesses with 5G small towers on the building. I do become dizzy, nauseous, and irritable near 5G small cell and cell towers. I am concerned for my future children as 5G is scientifically proven to impact male gametes. 5G towers were constructed without the public's knowledge, approval, or consideration. The negative health effects are proving detrimental. It is time to remove 5G cells from our homes, jobs, and community.

I am responding from the perspective of a parent, and a human being. People's testimony regarding their negative effects from wireless radiation goes mostly ignored. This needs to stop.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Hello, my name is Lisa. I am a mother of 3 living in a Chicago suburb in IL. We live in a house next to a water tower with 5G and everyday I consider moving to protect my children from radiation. I think it’s unlawful to be exposed to 5G and other EMF without consent — knowing that it causes cellular harm/damage. Please help us by regulating where 5G can go and regulation of emf “safe” thresholds.

It is imperative we, as humans, take care to put an immediate halt to the frenzied build-out of the current wireless and EMF related infrastructure. Updated information has not been provided to the public by the FCC since 1996. This is beyond absurd. People barely had dial-up internet at the time the last information was released by the FCC. It’s been 30 years and the technology has exponentially advanced and infiltrated our everyday lives, publicly and privately with little regard for the harm it presents to all life big and small. Please do what is right and not what the industry, that lines your pockets, tells you.

Hi - I live right next to a newly built 5g tower. Although we were aware of some health effects, that it may cause, we did not know the full extent until after the tower was built. My mother who has not had a headache in over 35 years is experiencing them almost every day. I have started experiencing headaches, the worse I’ve had in my life and I never used to get them. Both of my parents are older and live with us on our property and they seem to feel more disoriented than they should. All of our sleeping patterns, including mine my husband’s my parents and my daughters have shifted. My biggest concern is the fact that I have to take an ibuprofen every single day to get rid of this full head headache that i get.

I’ve noticed how pervasive EMF has become, and how it interacts with my CIRS. Living in a moldy environment has made everything roughly ten times worse, contributing to the development of autoimmune conditions, years of being unable to work, and long stretches of being bed-bound. The symptoms include migraines, dizziness, cognitive difficulties, vision changes, and more besides the CIRS symptoms I already suffer with.

I also experience these same symptoms in my car—something I hadn’t expected, especially since I was trying to be more environmentally conscious and avoid adding to pollution. The good news is that the symptoms ease once I get out of the car, spend time outdoors in nature, or use an EMF-blocking beanie and blanket. Those measures have brought real improvement.

The ongoing challenge is that mold is nearly everywhere. EMF makes the mold more aggressive, causing it to release higher levels of mycotoxins that further harm my health. When I removed EMF-emitting devices or simply put my phone on airplane mode, I felt immediate relief from some of the symptoms.

Personal Testimony and Call for Research and Protection for People Reporting Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) Public Comment — HHS-OASH-2026-0397 To the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, I live in Israel and have practiced complementary and integrative healthcare for approximately 28 years. I write both as a practitioner and as someone whose life was profoundly changed by a severe health crisis that I attribute to prolonged, cumulative exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF). For years, my symptoms were mild and seemed insignificant. Then, within a few months, my health deteriorated rapidly. I experienced weakness, a choking sensation, elevated blood glucose, and other unexplained symptoms. As my condition worsened, I began noticing a recurring association between EMF exposure and my symptoms. I describe this through the “bucket theory”: drops accumulate unnoticed for years until the bucket overflows. For me, symptoms then appeared in an unbearable cascade, like a house of cards collapsing. During this crisis, I also developed severe multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS). About five years ago, the crisis affected multiple body systems. Alongside severe symptoms, I experienced measurable physiological changes: increased blood glucose, hemoglobin (Hb), blood pressure, and heart rate. My recovery continues today. My quality of life, daily functioning, and freedom of movement remain severely restricted. Ordinary activities require planning, environmental adjustments, and major sacrifices. From my own experience, the exposure–symptom connection is clear to me. I recognize that a causal relationship is not established scientific consensus. This gap between patients’ experiences and established knowledge makes rigorous, independent research open to new findings essential. People reporting EHS often describe similar experiences despite diverse symptoms. Reported responses may differ by frequency, exposure type, and over time. These patterns deserve investigation. My family and I moved into an old home with old wiring in close proximity to powerlines two years ago. Upon moving in we immediately began experiencing symptoms like extreme fatigue, trouble sleeping, joint pain, brain fog, iron regulation and hormonal issues. I also developed skin cancer one year in to living there. After doing extensive research and testing, we realize that we had high levels of EMFs in our house due to the old wiring and proximity to the powerlines. It has been devastating on our health and we eventually had to move.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of EMFs, RFs and wireless radiation. More research needs to be done in this area. It’s very difficult finding experts and practitioners who know how to help people experiencing symptoms from EMFs, RFs and wireless radiation. It’s frustrating and we are still looking for answers about how to heal from this. There is no doubt these frequencies are causing harm to our biology, and most people are completely unaware of it.

There is a teapot too small to be seen by telescopes orbiting our sun somewhere between Earth and Mars. Prove me wrong.

I am a telecommunication engineering graduate and my comments are to be considered as an independent individual contributor.

I experience ear buzzing, headaches and sometimes skin itch in the presence of EMF equipment such as WiFi routers and mobile phone base stations.

To create exposure standards and risk assessment (questions 5. o. and 5.p) methods, several aspects need to be considered:

- EMF intensity, variety and duration of exposure;

- realistic testing use cases: a SAR measured in a lab might be different from an effective SAR of a phone placing a call from a driving car for example;

- environmental base levels of EMF radiations: being in an urban, EMF rich environment after a week of camping is completely different than being in such environment contantly;

- mental well being and psychological consequences related to the constant exposure to EMF and associated technologies; phenomena such as "fear of missing out", "feeling overwhelmed by work all the time"...

Hello. I am a Japanese woman reporting on the harm I have suffered involving electromagnetic waves.

Please help me escape this illegal torture. Since 2021—over five years ago—I have been subjected to assaults on my brain via electromagnetic waves. (This began a few months after I reported a hacking incident to the government.)

I know for certain that I am a victim because I am subjected to torture involving AI voices—known as "Voice to Skull" (V2K)—speaking inside my brain all day long; this is a phenomenon that cannot occur naturally. This constitutes clear torture, but because the voices cannot be heard by others, I am seriously misdiagnosed as having schizophrenia. This is the nature of the directed-energy weaponry used: it deliberately causes such misunderstandings. I have experienced the hacking of my entire body. My visual memory has been crushed into pitch-black darkness, robbing me of the human joy of imagination.

The perpetrators do not simply kill a billion people at once; instead, they torture victims, strip them of their lives, and slowly isolate them. I want to prove the truth to my family, friends, and acquaintances, so please release information confirming that these brain-control weapons actually exist. Please acknowledge me as a victim.misunderstand my condition, so please reveal the truth. Brain-control weapons are instruments of human rights violations that cause people who have lived normal lives to be misdiagnosed with schizophrenia. I do not believe I am the only victim of this weaponry. Please urgently help me and all other victims in Japan, the United States, China, and across the globe. Please negotiate with the nation responsible for these crimes and set us free.

I first learned about EMFs after moving into an apartment building, where I shortly developed symptoms I never had before including disruption of sleep, heart palpitations and tinnitus. My daughter mentioned EMFs as a likely cause to me which opened up Pandora's box. I have since learned of the hidden dangers.
