Stop cell towers from killing everything!

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, concerned member of the public, or other].

Hello,

My name is Salvatore, and I am writing to ask you to take action to stop the increasingly widespread deployment of 4G and 5G mobile phone antennas.

For several years now, since these antennas have become so widespread, my quality of life has drastically deteriorated. I suffer from MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) and EHS (Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity).

Whenever I am near these antennas, I experience intense head pain, as if my head were being squeezed in a vise. The only way for me to feel better is to move away from these antennas.

There are now many studies that indicate the potential harmful effects of electromagnetic fields. For example:

Belpomme D, Carlo GL, Irigaray P, et al. The Critical Importance of Molecular Biomarkers and Imaging in the Study of Electrohypersensitivity.

Despite all this scientific evidence, nothing and no one seems able to stop the spread of these harmful antennas.

We live in Tom’s River NJ and have an autistic child. There are several towers in the area. We are very concerned about EMF exposure.

I do not believe most are considering the cumulative effects of emf radiation. You cannot escape it. I have personally been involved in fighting against cel towers placed in 1st a residential neighborhood back yard! & 2ndly in a small neighborhood park in a picnic area that both Verizon & the City of San Diego felt was just fine to have a picnic with a cel tower overhead! Honestly we should be able to use health issues to fight these towers or 5g on street lights in our neighborhoods in our parks and schools. It is getting out of hand and from my personal experience the powers that be will erect and or place these towers and or cells without regard to human safety. Thank you

I have knowingly understood I have been put into this illegal program since June 2016 due to how much my life has changed so fast and become strange before I started doing research on what I have been experiencing.

I moved to NC 3 years ago in 2023 and just moved back to now Stratford CT in September 2026 and not that this ever stopped but I have been getting beemed in the face everyday and suffer from radiation bumps on my forehead and cheeks(jaws). Where I can literally feel the heat buring my face by touch....unfortunately a picture cant prove what this feels like. I also have been living with the sound wave (woo woo woo sound) in my left ear for as long as I have been in this program again nothing pictures can prove. I also get the periodic Havana Syndrome as well. I can describe my experiences and symptoms very well at this point and would love to have a conversation so there is something concrete documented as I have never been able to do that unfortunately because of the Government Criminals(Police, Courthouse,etc.) My cases get thrown out immediately as allegedly "no proof of my life being interrupted".

I am female, just turned 38 this year and was born in the Caribbean before living in Stamford CT before what I mentioned earlier since 2006.

When I was young, my father working in the broadcasting industry, gave our family the love of technology. He believed, like everyone was told, that nnEMF were safe. Having seen a housing opportunity, our whole family moved to a house near huge electric pylons. I lived there for about 10 years. However, I started having health problems on the 5th years. Unfortunately, my father passed away on the 13th year and my mother a bit later, after moving away from this house. A few years later, I started having a permanent headache that wouldn’t go away. I would go to sleep with a headache, then wake up with a headache. I went for a CT Scan and they told me everything was "fine". But it wasn’t fine. Fortunately, I started to have some clues: - My permanent headache went away only when going in the forest, and came back gradually while reentering the city. It occured a few time, but couldn’t understand the link between my headache and the forest. - A long lasting power outage of 5 days, which affected the whole block: no headaches during that time. Headaches came back as soon as the power went back on. This is the moment I understood my headache was linked to electricity, somehow. I wasn’t sure, though, having been told again and again that non-ionizing EMFs were totally harmless. Anyhow, having a better idea of the problem, I tried to get help from professionnals. I thought they would know better than me. After getting next to no help from my doctor and about 7-8 health specialists, that is when I tried to find answers by myself. This led me to a long and enduring path of discovery toward the truth, both for personal and professional reasons. Being a product designer, I use a scientific, neutral and intuitive approach on almost all subjects. So, I did what I normally do when doing research: checking both sides of the argument and trying to spot inconsistencies and biases. Mine and my daughter's lives have been basically destroyed by EMF. We lived in the Minneapolis area when they were a test city for 5G. We didn't know that at the time that we became ill. Once we figured out what was making us sick and we looked back to see what day they installed it, it was the day that we got sick. We became so bad we had to move. I lost my family and my friends and my job. Now I have to do it all over again and move again because of too much 5G/5G advanced. It gives my daughter and I headaches, nausea diarrhea, vomiting. Sometimes I feel like I was kicked in the back of the head repeatedly. It causes great fatigue, dizziness, difficulty thinking, difficulty breathing, difficulty walking/moving. We do not use Wi-Fi in our home and we have very few electronics in our home. It is not our home that is the problem. It is the environment that we live in. I cannot go into stores. I cannot go to big cities. I have difficulty even being in a small town. It has absolutely destroyed our lives. We are not the only ones suffering like this. There are those of us who feel it more than others, but I see increasing numbers of people who are complaining of having issues with 5G/EMF. As we raise the amount in our environment, there are more people getting sick. You need to look at the large body of research that exists on this topic and we need to get rid of 5G and go back to 4G. Whether people like it or not, this push for AI is going to kill us all. I want to stress at the end here, that my daughter and I didn't know 5G was taking place when we became ill. This is not something in our head and we do not have anxiety or depression. Things happen to us and we look for what might be bothering us and then we find it. It is not something That we worry about on a daily basis or consumes our thoughts. We try to live our life the best way that we can, which is not much left of it. This is not a case of people thinking it bothers them when it doesn't. And this is not a case of someone's anxiety driving the condition.I do not know how to attach some of the research that is available, but there are more than 11,000 pages as of 2022 and there is more research in the last few years as well. You need to make use of reading this information!

I live in Germany and in France. I have been a victim of Havana Syndrome since 2016. The so-called Havana Syndrome is generated by mobile technology (3G,4G,5G,6G) which is used as a weapon against the civilian population worldwide.

Mobile radio transmission masts worldwide are used to send different frequencies in different intensities directly to people and their bodies. I speak here from my personal experience.

My body works like a kind of antenna and receiver for the radiation sent, similar to a mobile phone. A two-way communication is established between a human body and a third person or an artificial intelligence. This is possible with the help of nanotechnology.

My brain and my whole body have been hacked with this technology, against my will and without my consent!

I am bombarded 24/7 with electromagnetic radiation and suffer the most extreme torture and incredible torments. My youngest son and my mother and many loved ones around me were tortured to death using this technology.

Most of the patents for these Directed Energy Weapons are U.S. Patents. Technology to read and manipulate the human brain and mind and the human central nervous system (for example Voice-to-Skull-Technology).

I ask you to inform the world public about the existence of directed energy weapons and the abuse of mobile technology as a weapon against people.

I beg you to stop this unimaginable suffering, this illegal torture, the cruel murders and terrible human experiments.

Good morning,

I would like to know the EMF effect on humans (I know birds and animals are hurt too) especially Cancer.

I am very grateful that this is being addressed. Thank you for paying attention. This is extremely important my daughter has felt direct physical effect of living in very close proximity to a cell tower. We need to reduce exposure to environment and animals and humans.

Please investigate proximity to power lines. Regulatory guidelines say 200 feet from living dwellings is considered “safe”. It’s not. EMF and radiation emissions from lines need to be much farther away. Compounded exposure from other devices in addition to these are dangerous and impact human health and interfere with natural biorhythmic well being. Impact to bodily processes can cause everything from cancer to sleeplessness, headaches, tinnitus, nausea, inability to concentrate and many other diseases and symptoms. Children, immunocompromised people, and the elderly are likely even more detrimentally affected.

Thank you for investigating and please take action on these measures.

There is a 5g tower right outside by the driveway. I never noticed this until recently. I always thought the FCC put these further out, but maybe they needed to place it here for a reason.

1. When will the FCC take responsibility for clear communication of risk?

2.When will the FCC educate the public on how to avoid potential harm?

3.Why is the precautionary principle not being included within FCC policies regarding all wireless technologies, including 5G?

4. The 5G narrative leads to several issues and related questions, why has the FCC still not answered them?

5. Why does the FCC authorize criminal trespassing for wireless installations to pulse into my home that make me sick to the point of disabling me?

6. Highly experienced organizations, scientists and doctors have been speaking out for 30 years, now into the 5G narrative, claiming adequate evidence for risk of harm. They have organized into independent science-based advocacy groups, why has the FCC not recognized the evidence-based concerns?

7.Why is the FCC allowe to downplay the results of scientists who claim that harm exists including testimonies of countless people with symptoms consistent with microwave sickness from exposures to.

I have used ethernet cables for multiple years. I am not using cell phones or WiFi or any other RF-emitting devices at all and I explained that I still have what neurologists describe as Aura's, Abscences and Drop attacks at a tiny fraction of what WiFi Routers emit: only 3mW/m². I have to stay in an environment where power density is 1µW/m² or less to be symptom free.

Todays limits said to be save by ICNIRP and other Organizations base on the 'heating effect'. There are countless of other health effects, I have explained one.

Please agree that the limits are too high by a factor 200 or even (in my case 10 000 000). Reducing the RF-Power density to 100µW/m² must be the goal.

Over the past two years of my life, I have been subject to directed energy weapons attacks, voice to skull telepathy, and tethered to a U.S. military / DIA / DoD USAP involving the cloning and tethering of human minds. As such, anyone with the tools and technological know how can operate equipment on parts of the 5G band, and use it to "target" or harass via RF/EMF/ELF waves individuals that they don't like. Additionally, the FCC's ruling that mere possession of a signal jamming device is a felony makes it impossible for law abiding citizens to protect themselves from technology far more advanced than they themselves realize. The FCC ruling that owning or possession and use of a signal jammer should be a felony is absurd. It should be eliminated. There is so much to my personal story, and admittedly, I am not writing this at my best. A neighbor who was in contact with an AT&T representative alerted me that the cell tower, which was installed in late October 2020, had been activated. This cell tower consists of a shrouded metal cylinder installed on top of a utility pole, with an array of metal boxes and wires leading up to it. Almost immediately, my hands felt like they were on fire. A dermatologist has since diagnosed me as having developed Radiation Dermatitis. I quickly developed migraine headaches, which have been recurring regularly to this day. I began getting persistent ear aches, and I began hearing high pitched sounds in my ears, especially in my right ear. I began experiencing vertigo. Existing auto-immune diseases that I have long had -Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Epstein Barr, were made much worse since this cell tower was activated. I also began experiencing severe joint and muscle pain. As bad as all this was, all my symptoms got much worse in early 2022 when AT&T converted this cell tower 600 feet from my home to 5G. And all these symptoms have gotten worse over time, and have never gone away. In my experience and knowledge my symptoms and ailments are all from EMF, WIFI, Smart meters, RF, HAARP, 138hz low Frequency, radio waves and signal microwaves, DEW or Direct energy weapons that James Giordano himself says Americans are being hit By Direct Energy weapons and it's our own Govt and military doing it. I have really bad psoriasis all over my back arms and legs that I think are related to Microwaves, DEW, WIFI, smart meters, RF, EF, EMF, Ive aged in looks 10 years in just the last few years due to EMF WIFI and UHF, VHF, ELF, Low frequency. etc... I've been sick and in and out of the Hospital in the last decade just before and after we implemented 5g. I am constantly nauseous, dizzy loss of balance that also began not long after HAARP was launched in 1990. Most say it don't but HAARP Ionizes the atmosphere and makes EMF more deadly. I uploaded a file to Chatbot gpt a audio file or over the air recordings and it said YES it's real and it 's got a lot of Energy behind it. It also said it transmits at 138hz which is a low Frequency. that's why I say 138hz. UHF, VHF Ham, shortwave radio is also used I have forensic evidence of this as well.

But the thing is EMF in all it's forms EF, RF, EMF WIFI, Smart meters, nano bots and nano technology, is killing us. Hearing aids need to go back to analog tech too and not use AI and or Digital anything since my hearing aids don't hear sound like it's supposed to be but sounds like cartoons and AI chat bot and or Pokemon and Yougio script... Even the Chatbot gt thing I up loaded the audio file to said it can detect two different signals that aren't normal. There's the real signals then there is a overlaying signal that it detects in my audio files I uploaded to it.
