I suffer from Electro Hypersensitivity, which has limited my life drastically, caused the end of my marriage, and caused me 3-4 decades of illnesses no one had any diagnosis for. I now know what it is caused by. After seeing ear specialists, due to the unrelenting tinnitus, and neurologist for the malignant insomnia and migraines, and no one could find anything wrong with me. I had to begin to look out of the box for other explanations. I found this is more common than I had any idea, and millions like me are suffering from this sensitivity and are simply canaries in the coal mine. We are showing how harmful this out of control ubiquitous RFR is. I live in a shielded home and use only wired communications. It took me over 10 yrs to learn how to remediate my environment to get as well as I seem to be able to get. I have lost my freedom to travel or even go to visit a friend at their home. I fear needing to go into a hospital with WIFI, as it makes me instantly very sick. I feel there needs to be a total new perspective on the well know adverse health effects of Manmade Radiofrequency Radiation or RFR, and a complete revamping of our safety standards. Our old standards set in 1996 are BEYOND outdate and totally wrong. The declassified Naval Military Research documents easily available on the internet, on the subject of how man made radiation affect the human body, are from the 50's and again in the 1970's clearly showing evidence of damage to every system of our bodies from this radiation. Also the study done a few years ago by the National Toxicology Institute shows clear evidence of RFR causing cancer in rats. There are thousands of studies showing this is harmful, and most other first world countries have much more rigid standards. The toxic nature of these emissions and devices needs to be told to the population so they can make informed decision about wiring their homes and using wired communications, if we want to see cancer and a host of thousands of other illness on the rise start to decline. The adverse effects I began experiencing was trouble sleeping and headaches. So, I decided to remove the cell phone from my bedroom and the problems with sleeping and waking up with headaches stopped. As an IT professional, I asked the question why and started doing some research. Distance is key to reducing exposure and learning simple convenience changes. I began studying and researching the biological effects that man-made EMF exposures have on humans and other living organisms for years. My studies and research with health care professionals, scientists, researchers, journalists , EMF Mitigation professionals and Building biologists. We are bioelectrical systems and environmental exposure to artificial EMFs interact with fundamental biological processes in the human body and all life on this planet for example the BEEs. My next major challenge was in 2011, I could no longer work in electronic environments, because of my sensitivity to all of the electro-pollution that has now filled our environments. I cannot take airplane trips, be in large crowds, and going into to town is overwhelming on my nervous system. I live in Rural area in Nature where this is little exposure to the EMF toxins. I can feel the difference when I am in a Natural harmonic environment vs the city full of electro-pollution. I am living with Electro-hypersensitivity. When I am overwhelmed, it takes days for me to recover. Approximately 10% of my patients have a bad reaction to strong electromagnetic radiation fields. These patients have an allergic-type reaction and/or a sensitivity to high frequency radiation, as found in cell antennas, cell phones, "smart" meters, and wi-fi. A smaller percentage even react to lower frequency radiation as found in home wiring that was not properly installed and therefore gives off strong fields. There should be much stricter limits on what people can be exposed to. For instance, in schools and multi-tenant buildings, but even near single-family homes and businesses.

When Xcel threatened us I was desperate to learn how to protect our live bodies. Constant research about radiation frequencies, including dirty electricity that's inherent in our power grid from 42% wind and solar power delivered to our house... I purchased SaticShield and Aulterra products to shield, filter and "retune" the POWERFUL man-made smart meter radiation and technology frequencies constituting interference with our natural live electrical bodies; including the wifi router, cell phones, laptop, desktop and big screen tv. We applied individual products to the technology devices, a whole house filter to our electrical lines and each of our automobiles. We wear the protection on our bodies as well. Finally the buzzing in my head reduced some and sleep was improved some. We shielded the FORCED UPON US smart meter from pulsing extremely heavy loads of radiation into our kitchen where we stand to cook and walk past EVERY DAY. What do people do that can't afford to mitigate the harmful health effects? Or those that don't know a silent killer is frequenting them every day practically all day and all night? I am writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. The Court directed the FCC to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its guidelines adequately protect humans against harmful effects of RF radiation unrelated to cancer. Specifically, the court required the FCC to address the impacts of RF radiation on children, the health implications of long-term exposure, the ubiquity of wireless devices and technological developments, impacts on the environment, and the adequacy of the FCC’s testing procedures for cell phones and other portable devices. I hope the FCC will fully consider evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment. The FCC is not a health agency and does not have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This issue matters to me personally because I experience intense physical symptoms when I am in areas with a lot of wi-fi signals and cellular phones. I get very dizzy, have intense ringing in my ears, headaches, nausea, and experience visual problems when I go into an airport, a large discount box store like Costco, or into a a building that has over 10 wi-fi signals from multiple apartments or offices. I've also had friends and co-workers who have ended up with cancerous tumors where they kept their cell phone on their body or against their ear i.e. a brain tumor behind the ear used with phone and cancer in the hip bone where a friend kept their phone hooked to their belt all the time. I urge the FCC to give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence before it and to fully address each of the issues identified by the court.

The following research is helpful to understand the serious issues of over exposure to EMF that is well below the current threshold, and these thresholds need to be revised based on all relevant research. Research includes: The Bio Initiative Report, The CRC Handbook on the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields written by Charles Polk, University of Rhode Island, The NIEHS EMF Rapid Program. More current research includes materials from the research by Magda Havas, PhD. Trent University All the authors within the Bio Initiative Report are relevant. Some of those being; Henry Lai, PhD, "Evidence for Genotoxic Effects (RFR and ELF Genotoxicity)", Martin Blank, PhD. Columbia University, "Evidence for Stress Response Health Risk of EMF", Olle Johansson, PhD Karolinska Institute Stockholm, Sweden. These are just a few of the researchers/ materials that I have studied based on my own severe health issues that were caused from over exposure to EMF from a wiring error of the Madison Gas and Electric Company near my home in Madison, Wisconsin. My comments are simple The FCC is in breech of trust to do its work ensuring the safety of the technology you allow in our homes. The courts have ordered you do something, like how about doing some reviews of all the peer reviewed studies already existing since your last review WAY BACK in 1996? That is 30 years ago here are some studies : Levitt, Lai & Manville (2021) Panagopoulos et al. (2021) BioInitiative Report (2012, with Subsequent Research Updates) I think it pretty obvious that very measurable harms will found from exposure to cell phones, smart appliaances, wifi, and most of the other RF waves that are bouncing around. Please do the dillegence expected of a Federal Agency and do a proper review and make some serious changes to the technology you are allowing into our lives. There are better ways, better frequencies etc to use than what is being used today. Thank you

I feel that exposure levels do not reflect what we now know about biological effects of EMF, that they are too high and need to be lowered and regulated. I experience heart rate increases near WiFi and bluetooth, but I am unable to avoid it while moving about my daily life. I have friends who get headaches, tinnitus, brain fog, fatigue and body pain around dense EMF sources, including newer vehicles. I know people who must avoid places, whether business or personal, because the EMF fields are dense and debilitating. Because so few people have been educated/warned about proper use of EMF emitting devices, and telecom companies have penetrated into our communities with poor oversight over their support infrastructure, many of us have symptoms without knowing why. Physicians are not trained to suspect EMF exposures as factors in many illnesses. Please consider the quality research that has been done over the decades on microwave exposures, radiofrequency exposures, electrical fields, magnetic fields, dirty electricity, and combinations. Please consider studies that have been performed on the effects of these high fields on all species, and especially humans and especially vulnerable people and children. Please downwardly adjust recommended exposure levels to reduce non-thermal effects to biolotical systems. Thank you.
