EMF POTENTIAL HARMS NEED IMMEDIATE STUDY I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure\. I am responding from the perspective of a parent of three children who have grown up immersed in an increasingly wireless environment, with exposure to 5G and other sources of radiofrequency radiation becoming a routine part of daily life\. As a parent, I am concerned about what this continuous and expanding exposure may mean for my children and for future generations\. Unlike previous generations, children today are growing up surrounded by wireless devices, Wi\-Fi networks, cellular infrastructure, and increasingly widespread 5G technology from an early age\. This makes it especially important to understand the potential health implications of long\-term, cumulative exposure during childhood and adolescence\. My concerns are not based on a desire to draw conclusions beyond what the scientific evidence supports\. Rather, they come from the responsibility I feel as a parent to understand the potential risks associated with an environmental exposure that my children encounter every day and that is becoming increasingly difficult to avoid\. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation\. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health\. The affects of EMF/RF Radiation has ruined not only my permanently injured my health but has also robbed my home from me! Five years ago, I purchased my dream home in Rockwall, Texas, which is loaded with towers and began feeling sick within weeks after purchasing it! Dizziness, major, heart, palpitations, headaches! I began to lose my eyesight and developed severe hip and lower back pain. My naturopathic Doctor Who owns the Health food store here asked where my smart meter was and much to my horror. It was on the other side of the wall from my head where I was sleeping. It just about gave me endometrial cancer!!! Two years later they moved up to 5G and blasted us and I lost that house and haven’t been able to pack it up because every time I go back there it makes me sick. I’ve had two realtors quit because they get sick being on that corner and around that part of the neighborhood.. as it turns out that Location is within 1 mile from up to 70 cell towers and antennas! Everyone talks about how they feel sick in our town. It’s beyond terrible and on top of that I feel a detachment from my life and deep depression that I’ve never felt before until they blasted us with 5G!!! Every day at 5 o’clock many of us have heart, palpitations, headaches, a feeling of haziness and blurred vision! Imagine what this will do to us long-term! I am now having hormone problems connected to breast health that I’ve never had before. This is causing my health to fail for sure, and it has ruined the quality of my life! Thank you so much for launching this investigation!!! Please stop these terrible towers or we are in trouble! Cellular radiation has absolutely ruined my life! I have never been sensitive to it until they moved up to 5G and started placing all of these towers everywhere and now I’m just dealing with a depression from it all because it just seems hopeless at this point! Because of the level of radiation that we are dealing with here, I am not able to live in my beautiful home and have to power through the health symptoms while I’m there packing it up! Needless to say it’s taking us forever to do so!!

I am responding from the perspective of an individual concerned about my health and the health of others being threatened and impacted by EMF's.

The constant bombardment of EMF's has severely impacted my health and the health of many, and I hope that you will take steps to initially restrict and ultimately eliminate them.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an individual who is highly sensitive to high levels of EMF. I lived in NYC beginning in 1995-2010, and during that time our society went from pay phones to cell phones and hardwired computers to WiFi. Around the increase of cell phones I began to develop migraines, and they only become worse as time went on. I tried to eliminate every possible trigger, but never considered EMF. In 2010 I then moved to North Africa where there was very little EMF around us - especially coming from the densely populated apartment and office buildings of NYC, and my migraines disappeared. I suddenly found myself sleeping better, no longer felt an ancy, irritated feeling within by body. I still did not attribute this to EMF. There were times that I then stepped back into high density EMF areas - airports, bigger cities, and I'd notice first the sense of agitation within my body and then migraines. It wasn't until 2017 when I moved back to the states and was once again surrounded by endless lists of possible WiFis to connect to just within my neighborhood that my migraines flared up with a vengeance. My body felt like it was in total overwhelm. We then moved out to a rural area where the EMF was minimal, and once again the migraines subsided. We turn our WiFi off each night, and nights that I forget my sleep is restless. I'm unable to visit my aunt and uncle in the 30 floor condo in FL because each time I go my body literally shuts down, as the density of EMF is too much. On a side note I've also noticed that on the rarest of occasions when I've put my phone near my ear to talk, I get a tingling sensation in my brain that lasts long after the call. Is there a chance that my symptoms are completely unrrelated to EMF? Absolutely. But we also don't know if they are not. we need more studies, we need to understand. My surgeon implanted a new pacemaker inside me in August 2025. Before the surgery, I had asked him if the pacer generated any radiation. He said no. Afterwards I learned that my new pacer contains a Bluetooth device that generates EMF throughout the day for warning signals. It also generates EMF for my pacer interrogations every 3 months. I was very concerned about this because I've read numerous medical articles that report a connection with EMF and cancer. I asked for the Bluetooth to be turned off. A representative from Medtronic, the manufacturer, said he could turn off all the Bluetooth warning signals but not the Bluetooth EMF emissions for the periodic interrogations. In addition, the EMF would last for 30 minutes AFTER each interrogation, or for 2 hours every year. I've read that EMF changes DNA in a cumulative way, so that suggests that the EMF, embedded in my tissue and above my left breast, could be increasing my risk for breast cancer. As a result, I have stopped my pacer interrogations as well as the warning signals. The surgeon told me that no research is intended for the Bluetooth device in new pacemakers. I thought this intention might suggest that the manufacturer was concerned that there could be a cancer link with the Bluetooth in its pacemakers.

Between 2019-2020 I would lay down with my twins while they took a nap on my bed. I would rest my phone on my right breast and play games while they napped for approximately 1-1.5 hours per day. In 2022 I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer at 34 years old. My tumor was in the exact same spot I would rest my phone while using 5g. I firmly believe that EMF caused cell damage which developed into cancer.

Electromagnetic interference and damage at the residence. As early as March 4, 2013, I submitted a formal complaint to local authorities against unknown parties regarding electromagnetic disturbances occurring at irregular intervals in my home—apparently within my own living space. Along with the complaint, I provided two medical certificates attesting to my good physical and mental health. Following this, on March 14, 2013, ARPA Reggio Emilia conducted an environmental site inspection— to which, incidentally, my parents initially objected (though not to the plants that withered rapidly in conjunction with anomalous ticking sounds) —an inspection that was utterly inadequate, lasting only 20 minutes (and not even continuously) and covering only specific types of fields. Given that the phenomena occur at extremely irregular intervals and vary in duration and intensity (especially at night), and because the results showed nothing amiss, the case was closed, leaving me with the same unresolved problems for years to come! In the meantime, I have also encountered various malfunctions: among others—in addition to the electrical system in the rooms surrounding my bedroom (which has since been repaired)—there have been frequent issues such as internet connection problems and interference affecting television, radio, and both landline and mobile phone services. My former cat (who was also mentioned in the 2013 formal complaint) also suffered health problems—beyond just vomiting—particularly during periods spent in specific areas of the house; these included rather unusual symptoms, such as the frequent loss of whiskers (she subsequently passed away on February 6, 2019, from a very aggressive, rare form of connective tissue tumor, the kind typically associated with certain types of radiation). P.S.: My previous electromagnetic field meter (which has since disappeared) would often shut down; evidently, the ambient levels in my living space would at times exceed the device's maximum measurement range—a situation that had been occurring for years. + Problems with my internet connection and desktop PC, as well as unauthorized access to my Facebook account, continue to occur…

I live in a very quiet neighborhood that I moved to to escape city congestion! I moved here in 1992 A Neighbourhood with very little crime or typical problems now I found myself surrounded by 5G towers flock cameras! Additionally, my house has a smart meter which a new one which was just installed inside the area where I watch enjoy TV. They installed a fiber optic cable at the where the ceiling meets the wall. I also have a EMF Wi-Fi router so basically I am completely immersed and radiation my sleep has been seriously interrupted. I have to rely on different sources to help with sleep and generally feel like this radiation is affecting my overall health.

In my opinion, we do not need any of these 5G cell towers and the technology because of the Radiation that just dumbs downs the population, causes so much harm to children and it is dangerous to the environment. Even I get headaches, tiredness because of the EMF's from doing work using WIFI, screen time. God did not create us to be exposed to this harmful entity. That needs to be address. We do not need to be radiated.

Hello, my name is Deborah Olenev. I am highly sensitive to Wifi radiation or EMFs. If I am within one foot of a cell phone, I experience a deep pain in my left ear. I feel nauseous, and sick in the head when I am around my computer. I use an ethernet connection, but even with that I am effected by the electric magnetic fields. Myself, my family and many others I have spoken to have felt the negative effects of EMF. In particular we have experienced poor sleep from wifi and ringing in the ears when closer to cell towers, having no input or say in where cell towers are stationed is unfair and careless from those installing them. We have consciously observed how our sleep feels when wifi is in the home and when it is not and have noticed clear differences. Our environments are becoming increasingly toxic due to the amount of EMF exposure, this issue being openly ignored in the past can only be seen as nefarious or ignorant. The mounting evidence on this subject is obviously clear to everyone. The people of this earth deserve a healthy environment and we hope issues like this can finally be addressed and fixed.

After frontier demanded I changed my internet router to their new 5g version, I began suffering from massive uterine fibroids. Within 4 months I looked and felt 8 months pregnant. After 3 years and 2 surgeries, I finally look only a little pregnant.

My own children are very much affected by EMF's as far as inability to sleep, temper tantrums, and defiance against doing their schoolwork. The current saturation of EMF's everywhere makes it impossible to prevent completely, despite using airplane mode at night and turning some appliances off. All home appliances now emit EMF"s of at least 150 to 500 V/m, with the washer and dryer emitting the highest EMF count of 450-500 V/m.

Wireless radiation exposure has become an unavoidable part of daily life for my family and me. Cell phones, Wi‑Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, smart meters, and nearby cellular equipment all contribute to a constant background of radiofrequency exposure that previous generations did not experience at the same level.

The hardest part is the uncertainty. Even when devices are operating within regulatory limits, it is difficult to know what long-term, cumulative exposure means for people who use wireless technology all day, every day—especially children, whose developing bodies and habits may lead to many more years of exposure. That uncertainty has made us more cautious about keeping phones away from the body when possible, not sleeping with devices near the bed, turning off unneeded wireless functions, and using wired connections when practical.

I also have installed mitigative scalar technology called Blushield in my home to provide another level of protection within my home and from cell towers and neighborhood home nearby wifi radiofrequencies. But the sea of unseen radiofrequencies are ever expanding and a challenge to keep up with.

The push for the 5G and future 6G along with smart meters planned for my home and community will make mitigation efforts less effective.

This is not about rejecting technology. Wireless communication is useful and often necessary. But families deserve clear, independent research, honest risk communication, and sensible precautions that reduce unnecessary exposure without placing the entire burden on individuals.

The FCC RF safety guidelines should be updated to protect the public's health and safety as well as prevent the real potential for privacy infringement and sabotage of our nation's electricity and communications' grid. The current safety guidelines are based on inappropriate (thermal) data prior to 1996, before the explosion of wireless technology. It is unfathomable to me that our government has let slide these inaccurate/outdated guidelines from 1996, including the edict that communities could not use environmental or health harm to fight placement in our neighborhods. To me this is proof that the telecommunications industry knew back then of the harm this technology could cause. This law has been used to ignore information of harm, forcing neighborhoods to accept anytime/anywhere placement of increasingly powerful/harmful cell towers. We were promised wired fiber optic and, instead, were baited & then switched to wireless. My comment is very general in nature. Decisions, policies and laws made or administered by all three arms of government usually affect people on more than one level. Therefore more than one agency should have input. EG. Communications, justice, defense, energy, housing etc all affect health and so health experts need to be consulted not sidelined. Let's hope this leads to something positive and real and is not mere placation of those concerned, as I have seen happen many times before.

I am responding from the perspective of a parent and citizen. As with everything, the US tends to put a stamp of approval on anything without thoroughly vetting the potential risks and side effects. We wait for people to be harmed and allow special interest to persuade us with money to stay the course versus researching to ensure we aren't harming our society. Vaccines, processed food, corn syrup, all fed to us as fine when in reality side effects are life changing. It is time to put our nations health first and research and stop harmful EMF, RF, and wireless radiation exposure.
