Dear Mr Kennedy. I am Mark Leen from Ireland. I suffer tinnitus or ringing in my ears when wifi is on, watching youtube over wifi puts me to sleep even if ive just got up in the morn. Wifi has triggered Epileptic seizures in me, i was in a bar with very strong wifi and i got an attack that changed my life. My hands burn if i'm too long on a phone and my eyes are going blinder and i'm only 55. Long distance getting blurred and this was never the case. I can hear a high pitched ringing when todays smart tvs are runnimg around me. Everything seems to be wireless. If i were in your shoes, i would investigate how Animals react to wifi and radiation also. I do not get level 4 sleep which os vital for epilepsy if i leave the wifi switched on. I awake at 3 am with ringing in my ears. My seizure near a wifi terminal caused me broken nose and busted up face. May God bless you Sec Kennedy always. I will take your call anytime. All stores are dangerous to anybody with a pacemaker. The wifi shuts off my pacemaker which makes me miserable. It takes 3 days to overcome the nausea in my brain. Sams club i just walked past the freezer section i lost my eyes 6 feet from the freezer doors ran outside the doors i got my eyes back but very weak in strength. Most grocery stores i have about 15 minutes to get outside or i have to ask someone to help me find the exit. I cannot have anything electronic in my house

I can't sleep with a burning feeling in my head. Therefore most places need a sign on the door enter at your own risk with a pacemaker. People's lives are at risk just walking in a store. Most small restaurants are mostly safe for me. A electric car is very dangerous for a person with a heart saving device. EMPs are very dangerous with any high current loads without a shield to stop the leakage from any microwave towers.

In Tucson our family is spread into 4 separate homes. All 8 of us feel surges of anxiety and unwellness. Some of us notice when we are sprayed heavily from above and when it turns into waves of bubble pattern, we feel worse. How does the frequency affect the garbage sprayed into the sky? Why do we seem to have no rights? Forced injection are inhumane, but these abuses are worse as we cannot escape them.

My family is impacted by emf in our household in addition to that of neighbors whose routers send emf signals through our household. There should be technology that replaces our current dangerous frequencies, this outlawing this huge risk to our health

I have been battling EMF sensitivities for over 10 years. I get headaches, dizziness, irregular heartbeats, wiredness, insomnia,etc when exposed to cell phones, computers, wifi, cell towers, etc. This limits my ability to be in public places where there are cell towers nearby, wifi, bluetooth, and numerous cell phones that are inherent in crowds. But the biggest and most devastating are the cell towers. Even radio towers affect me. It is like being in a prison, my freedom limited as the government continues to push more and more radiation and EMF into our environments. Please bring some kind of real information by unbiased reaearchers and citizens experiences to the forefront. This is not in our heads. It is real!!!

My life and health have been ruined from the elevated, man-made EMFs in which we are living. I have moved 20+ times and attempted expensive house ‘remediation’ to block EMFs, to no avail. Severe heath problems have evolved—connective tissue disorder, mast cell activation, 2 heart arrhythmias, and a neurological condition and more. My body is so tuned in to the EMFs (all types—radio frequency, magnetic, electric, and dirty electricity being the worst for me), that I really don’t need expensive equipment to detect (yet, I have to confirm). There is no question that it is these pervasive, man-made EMFs that are driving my rapid health decline.

I wish others were sensitive like me and could so clearly feel how destructive these are to us, humans, as well as all biology.

Tinnitus arrived the day the neighboors had the AMF-antennas installed in their houses, which I did not know untill the day after. 8 years later, I still have tinnitus, but after 5G coverage started, I started having an additional, darker tone, so now I have 2 different ones.

I really could not believe this had to do with EMF exposure, but experiencing like a spear through my brain when one of the neighboors plugged in their electric car charger and hearing a car-charger-park like thousends of screams (I did not manage to have a conversation because of how it affected my brain) I finally had to admit this was a cause to my health problems.

I experience pains in my head and in my body, brain fog, difficulties finding words, fatigue, anxiety and heart pulpifications after exposures to wifi, Bluetooth, 4G, 4G+, 5G. We now have had wifi 6 at work installed, along smart heating owens, the latter 50 cm from my desk. I teach middle school, and sometimes there are 28 active computers in the room, along a smart TV or a projector using Bluetooth and an access point placed on top of the entrance door. About 50 meters from our school is a cluster of at least 3 5G antennas.

Most ceiling lights have also been changed info LED, they give me immidiate headaches.

At home I have no wifi, I am now using my cell phone through a cable. The blue light is turned down as much as possible, and I have a protective shield across the screen. I also turn on the flightmode when I have the phone in my hands. I never use it to my ear.

A few hours after coming home from work, the health issues weakens. In the beginning, before I turned off the wifi, and while others were living with me in the house (using their own phones), I also had major sleeping disturbances.

If I ever take an electric taxi, my joints and muscles start hurting after a few minutes.

I have been hit with directed energy weapons going on for three years now. I have recordings of 5000mw per meter sq of radio frequencies and over 1200v/m of electric frequency hitting my body causing me to vibrate, nose bleeds, bleeding from the rectum, head trauma organ issues and burns to the skin and knots on my head and temples. I have severe ringing in the ears and I have vertigo, nausea and vomiting and this happens on a daily basis. I have noticed drones and low orbiting satellites hovering near and above wherever I try to go. My heart races and I have had memory loss. The attacks are very severe and I have called all agencies and have had no luck getting help. I feel like this is killing me. I need help

My name is Alexis Butler. I live in Phoenix AZ. I am concerned about the lack of studies proving EMF's safe. Specifically regarding, wearables, wireless devices on the laps, in the ears and in the pockets of my kids. Is this going to affect their fertility? Is this just a myth? There is no science saying it is safe. In the meantime many companies spout EMF free blankets, mats, headphones, cell phone cases etc. BUT where is the research? Money is a limited resource. The anecdotal stories are compelling. If there is reason to limit, avoid, and protect, then why is there a 5G tower at my church, at the school, EMF emitting electric panel on my house? WIFI routers that boast strong signal who is accountable to make sure these are safe?

Up until 9 months ago, I lived at 41 Merritts rd, Farmingdale, NY 11735. There are 6 hi-spectrum cell sites nearby. When living there, I experienced severe depression, fatigue, binge eating, and drug abuse/addiction, which started as soon as I moved to that location. My mother in law, as soon as she moved there also, began to experience significant weight gain, joint aches and depression. Neither of us ever experienced this prior to moving there. 9 months ago, we moved to 6 Averly Pl, Smithtown, NY 11787. As soon as we moved, the symptoms and hurtful experiences stopped and our health improved fairly rapidly. As per cell site locators online, 41 Merritts rd is heavily inundated with cell sites, and 6 Averly Pl hardly any. I have 99% certain these harmful cell tower EMF effects, causing me a 5 year bout of depression and drug addiction and rehab stints, were the cause. And as soon as I moved out, the depression and drug cravings stopped. I am a lawyer and highly educated. I will testify to any and all of this. Please stop the over proliferation of this EMF radiation sites. We deserve better.

I have personally noticed significant brain fog, fatigue, headaches, and general cognitive effects around EMFs, RF, and Wireless Radiation. As a practicing Nurse Practitoner, I also have countless patients who report the same thing.

The LED headlights are so bright that they are a danger to the drivers of the opposing cars. The lights are blinding and create a situation where you may not even see a pedestrian crossing the street. Many times I have to avert my eyes from the road because of the intensity of the lights which creates a dangerous driving environment. There needs to be a regulation that reduces the lumens coming from the headlights.

Additionally the police cars, ambulances and firetrucks also have blinding lights when activated. This is insane because you could easily look away and hit another car or drive off the road. Even the lights in some parking lots are so bright that they hurt my eyes.

The government needs to take action and protect the citizens from this light tsunami!

Thank you for taking the first steps in acknowledging EMF as a potential health threat. The limits currently seem to have no bounds and it feels as if we are running forward full speed with blind folds on. Thank you for taking a step back and considering what humans actually want first, lifespan and healthspan; 5G entertainment can take a back seat to the aforementioned.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a parent, grandparent and concerned member of the public.

Exposure to wireless radiation has increased my nervous system dysregulation and I see its effects on my grandchildren where they cannot settle but are constantly wired (I understand wireless radiation is not the only contributor). My husband can no longer tolerate his cell phone in his pocket as the heat generated now is to such a degree it's uncomfortable. When we turn our Wifi off at night or have a power outage, we all sleep more peacefully.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I also support HHS examining carefully those individuals chosen to take an active role in these endeavors that they have no conflicts of interest and receive no kickbacks nor have financial ties to the wireless industry. I support the exclusion of these individuals from participating in any measure.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

I have several anecdotal stories to share. The first dates back to summer of 1993. I was a healthy college grad working for minimum wage on a farm in Newburg, MD. Farm laborers stayed in a little cabin directly under high tension power lines. This was just at the inception of the internet. No 3G or 4G or 5G radiation yet vibrating. For the 4 months I stayed on the farm, I continued to be generally healthy, but my menstrual cycle changed from 27-28 days to 23-24. That's about 3 weeks to do 4 weeks worth of hormonal work. After I left the farm (end of harvest season), the very first month I was away from those power lines, my cycle bounced back to 28 days. I thank God that I was under that influence for only a few months. And for what it may be worth, the farmer's wife had stayed in that same cabin while pregnant and her child was born 8 weeks premature. Of course there are many reasons babies are born early, but it's hard for me not to think the constant exposure to EMF's so close to her developing fetus could have influenced the pregnancy.

From what I've read and listened to from those who actually investigate the scientific studies into health effects of EMF's, these kinds of changes are quite common with nearby exposure. Please trust scientists who are calling out the potential and known health effects based on unbiased rigorous scientific research. Much of this literature is decades old, but still valid. Unfortunately, much more is being done as our collective exposures have only increased without government regulations and without morality based corporate self-restraint.

My background in the Air Force, cyber technology and security, the commercial business sector, and my experience as a university instructor shaped my perspective, but I was still caught completely off guard by my own struggle with EMF poisoning over the last year. I had no idea that someone could suffer from EMF poisoning caused by light bulbs, even though I had an LED desk lamp sitting just a foot and a half in front of my face for almost three years. I had only turned the bulb on once when I first got it, but I left it turned off because I really did not need it. What I did not realize at the time was that a smart LED continues to radiate radiofrequency (RF) energy even when the bulb is switched off and feels cold. Because my lamp had a metal hood, it acted like a reflector, beaming that RF radiation directly into the right side of my head and body. Over time, I developed severe physical symptoms, including constant dizziness, blurred vision, a strange soapiness in front of my eyes, and blackouts in my right eye. I went to twelve different doctors searching for answers, but not one of them could explain what was happening. My breakthrough finally came by accident when I watched a video on YouTube about EMF poisoning. The speaker explained that smart LEDs are rarely labeled clearly for consumers the way traditional incandescent bulbs used to be. He offered a simple test: reach up and touch a bulb that has been turned off for a couple of hours, and if it is still warm, it is a smart LED broadcasting RF energy. In my case, that metal hood was directing all of that energy straight into the right side of my head. I reached over and unscrewed the light bulb right away. The exact moment it came free from the socket, I felt an immediate, physical sense of release in my brain. Our story: smart meters were being deployed in my residential area. Option given for installation and acceptance on a notification flyer.

1. Date of Installation

2. If resident refuses they will be held accountable for reading their own meters monthly, providing their data to Pud AND will be charged $15 or $25 for submitting their requested information in one format vs another. Must be done monthly.

So for us I must be home ( im not only spend 6mos there) each moth. Service wil be cut off if information/payment not received.

2. The utility company is using us as an unpaid employee and dictating the days of the month I must be home to participate in their new Smart Meter policy.

Reasons I do not want

A threatened by requiring my time and Pay $'s to provide requested data

B. Additional EMF into home/access to other device data .... Bluetooth

C this is yet another example of technology/EMF coming to our homes without our agreement and No benefits yet we are paying for it.

The impact is more financial in this example yet is a clear display how a residence is given a choice "to comply" orelse! Same approach with the larger devices, cameras, cell towers, satellite, now Data Centers. My gosh, even out electric toothbrush has EMF remittance. The cell phones just upped the wall plug in unit to 20 Watts, up from 5. Who is adding up all these EMF fields in a home to know if safe and then do the same outdoors. Its the total compared to what each human is able to "respond" to levels remain unknown
