Our comment is related to SMART METERS and our own personal experience. We purchased a house in Lake Arrowhead CA. and the SMART METER was located just outside the window of our master bedroom. Within a few weeks my wife experienced sleepless nights, rapid heartbeat and hair loss. We were aware of EMF and 5G and decided to look at the SMART METER. I purchased an EMF meter and went outside to see what the SMART METER was putting out. I stood about two feet from the SMART METER and every 4 seconds it would "SYNC" and overload the EMF meter. According to SCE they only "SYNC" a few times an hour. We were able to "OPT OUT" of the SMART METER and went back to the old Analog meter. This fixed the problem.

We now live in Big Bear CA. at our retirement home and have found we can't go to our town area because of a large 5G tower in the middle of it. My wife will get dizzy, eye twitches and loss of balance after a few minutes.

I have hard wired our retirement home so there is no WIFI in the house. We do not sleep with our cell phone in the bedrooms.

I am concerned about the large tower located off Friendship Rd. (approximately 4400 block) in Elmore County AL. Zip code will be 36078. I have epilepsy and wonder if the EMF, RF and wireless exposure contributes to my seizures or other negative health issues to anyone nearby the tower. The tower is approximately 1/2 mile from my house and is visible from my yard.

I am a retired scientific researcher and strategy adviser having worked mainly in telecom R&D, industry and academia, living in Norway. Only late in my career, around 2010, I became aware of the abounding scientific research indicating health issues from cell phones and other RF-EMFs, as well as of tricks used to build a boolwark against such results. Since then, I have full time studied the scientific results and conveyed them to others, as I find the evidence overwhelming. On the way, I wrote books reviewing the science, translated books, and collected 150 selfreported descriptions of unhealth reactions experienced by electrohypersentive persons mainly from smartmeters, and from some other transmitting equipment. The stories include several in practice blind folded tests, and a wide range of so called "diffuse" acute symptoms, which vanish when away from the transmitting source. The 150 stories are included. (Publication consented.). However, listings of symptoms such as requested here and found in the 150 stories, do only register acute reactions, not long term effects from well documented impact on biosystems, e.g. DNA breaks or opening of the blood-brain-barrier. As unhealth from such effects is stochastic, multifactor and spread on a wide range of possible diagnoses, no valid conclusions can be drawn from registering acute symptoms. One must rely on huge epidemiological studies, realistic lab studies on basic mechanisms, and a precautionary approach. Therefore, as to relevant standards, the present standards from ICES/IIEEE and ICNIRP are irrelevant, as they only accept acute heat effects as proven, and set the recommended exposure maxima accordingly, only to protect against heat effects and demand presize measurements relevant for heat as causation. Such standards are unsuitable for protecting against (athermal) long term effects, and not precaucionary and have no predication value and therefore unusable for public radiation protection. Federal health agencies should in stead consider exposure standards based on experience cum science, and base standards on a precautionary approach. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Please investigate the relationship between electromagnetic radiation and health effects! As a medical professional this relates to a lot of illnesses.

HHS, I would like to comment on non-ionizing man-made radiation that the citizens of the U.S. are daily exposed to, which negatively impacts our health though they may not be aware of it. I am personally negative impacted with adverse health effects when exposed to man-made radiofrequency (RF) made radiation as I am more sensitive to it than others. As a result of being significantly affected by the non-ionizing radiation produced man-made devices, I found a physician to address to issue and was subsequently diagnosed as having electromagnetic hypersensitivity. (EHS). We are exposed daily by devices such as cell phones, cell towers, Wi-Fis, Wireless Access Points (WAPS), Bluetooth and AirPod devices, etc. In addition, there are low frequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs) produced by wiring and equipment in homes and businesses. Animals and plants are also negatively affected by man-made EMFs and radiation. A huge problem is that the FCC is NOT adequately protecting the citizens of the U.S. based on their old outdated man-made EMF standards based on the heating effect and not the biological effect. The FCC is obviously an industry captured agency and they have so far refused to update their standards even though on August 13, 2021, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled in the historic case EHT et al. v. the FCC that the December 2019 decision by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to retain its 1996 safety limits for human exposure to wireless radiation was “arbitrary and capricious." On the Children's Health Defense (CHD) website, it says, "In a motion filed today [August 6, 2025] with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), CHD urged the agency to collaborate with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to set wireless radiation exposure limits that protect public health." This is an excellent move by the CHD. The HHS should set the man-made radiation standard, not the FCC. Asking the FCC to do it is like having the fox guard the hen house. I am aware of no action yet taken by the FCC to revisit the old EMF radiation standards or that the FCC is collaborating with the HHS to update the EMF…

Hi, I live in Québec in Canada.

I can’t stay in Big cities and buildings too long.

I live in country now but for 4-5 years daily challenges in contact with wifi radiation and 5 G antenna, and even my cellphone.

It’s difficult to find professonnaly and in homes , coffee … confortable environments.

I recognize easily wifi presence in a place.

it fills the Space and create sudden pain and Big disconfort physically, shift of state (to stress, panic, nervosity, lack of focus, clarity, negative and depressive thoughts, states and emotions. )

I lose totally my balance and need to go in nature, Forest to feel well.

I have a Tower in front of my home pretty close si ce 1 year. I am not able to fall sleep in the bedroom.

I started using it a medical alert pendant that uses 5G a few weeks ago. On the second day, I started feeling pain in my upper stomach/center chest. Several days later I thought maybe it might be the 5G pendant I’m wearing so I took it off for the day. I just kept it nearby on the seat next to me. Within 24 hours my chest pain subsided and I no longer feel it now. It’s absolutely Positive that damn pendant and it’s 5G radiation. I know that because after being a weak pain-free, I tried depending on again for a few hours and within two hours of pain again I was feeling.

THIS CONSTANT BARRAGE OF CHEMICALS SPRAYED ON OUR EARTH IS RIDICULOUS. WE KNOW IT IS AN ENCLOSED SYSTEM AND THAT MEANS THIS SPRAY STAYS HERE AND CONTINUES TO DAMAGE US.

I have been experiencing this since 2020 being sick from what I feel is misuse of surveillance technologies and directed energy attacks

The current technology in LED headlights in automobiles and trucks affect my life profoundly. Due to a lifelong astigmatism in my eyes, these headlights create a white out effect when they are pointed toward me from oncoming traffic at night. It wasn't such a big issue until almost two years ago when they seemed to reach a sort of critical mass on newer vehicles.

I have seconds where I'm blinded and I can't see anything but white glare. This is happening while I'm driving a moving vehicle. I'm terrified I'll hurt someone else by not seeing a pedestrian, or having no clue where any curbs or road markings are and crashing into another vehicle. Of course, that would likely be the end of me, too. I can only drive after dark if I can plan nearly all of a route on familiar roadways with no oncoming traffic, like service roads or freeways.

The older halogen headlights never did this, and I mostly don't drive after dark now. My life is so much more restricted now. It's limiting and depressing. I know there are a lot of people with astigmatism who must be similarly affected.

As I understand it, 21 U.S.C. 360ii requires the FDA to establish and maintain a liaison with NHTSA to test and evaluate LED headlights for their impacts on human health. Isolation, depression, and possibly crashing and loosing our lives are certainly impacts on our health.

There has to be some solution, some way to modify the existing headlights, such as a coating or applied film, that mitigates the effects of what are like a multitude of tiny reflecting mirrors. I propose that this is an urgent matter worthy of research and efforts toward a way to make LED headlights safer.

I believe my family has been severely affected by 5G. And I hate that our US government has no regulations and refuses to look at research concerning this. I have read research done by our defense department that shows the classic symptoms of radiation sickness and it seems to me that many people during Covid had radiation sickness, not Covid.

Since I assume you have access to the same studies that I’ve read, I don’t find the need to recap them here. The evidence is clear 5G is clearly much more dangerous than 4G and we are running towards 6G which is a globalist terrible awful idea. No one needs 6G and I do not need the government in my body.

I am so tired of the idea of all of the censorship that the globalist and our government because our government is full of globalist want to unleash on the free people of America.

5G causes anxiety. It causes sleeplessness. It causes a host of other issues. It is awful that this has been unleashed on us during the pandemic and I figure you will have to start a new pandemic for 6G to hide the radiation damage that that will do. Am I right or will it be a different psyop?

We all know someone that lives out in the country because they could not be exposed to 4G. With 5G and all these satellites, there is no escaping these issues. I have had a brother die from brain cancer, and I recently had a brain tumor removed. What does the data say? Can we publish it? Let's use the H in HHS to include PUBLIC HEALTH and stop the push to see who dies first.

I want to know why I was burned out of nowhere with mmWave while I was in my bathroom. I want to know why I have moderately fast developing cataracts and why I hear those stupid AI voices. I don’t like feeling fatigued all the time and heart palpitations that have no physical explanation other than microwaves. I don’t appreciate my tax dollars going towards abuse and “research.”

My family is among many other families that are involuntarily involved in the secret inhumane experiments conducted by some federal agencies.

DEW devices - drones size of baseball, covered with material that makes them invisible, light goes through it, are used on my family for about 10 years.There is an Official case on my family in US Federal agency.

This all started in Perth Amboy ,NJ in 2015. Couple families with small children, including us , were unknowingly involuntarily involved (and still) in this experiment. The Gov agency installed/used in the houses/apartments a hidden equipment that is shooting high frequency RF, neighbor is spraying toxic gas into vent system, someone sneaking into houses at night and injecting children with some substance into legs right in their beds - all organized and conducted by Gov agencies. Some children didn’t survive!!! In 2021 a Whistleblower, a high ranking official - an Honest Person, who knows my family personally, discovered and reported “the program” - Crime against my children, but no agency started investigation.

Our community management and Jamesburg PD refuse to check our neighbor upstairs, that apartment is under FB protection! The neighbor is spraying toxic gas into our vent system. My air quality monitor goes off almost every night around 10pm. Someone supplying our neighbor with the gas/substance that he is spraying into our vent system, someone pays him to do that.

We can not be about 1 km from 5G towers, headache, hart palpations, ear ring, pain in the heart. We can not live anywhere. This is a big crime against humanity.

I am very grateful that HHS is giving Americans an opportunity to share our personal experiences and concerns about RF radiation and electromagnetic fields. I appreciate the willingness to listen to the public and investigate questions that may have been overlooked or insufficiently studied. I am 29 years old, and until the past few years, I had always been an exceptionally healthy, active person. I have been athletic my entire life and loved exercising, being outdoors, traveling, and challenging my body. I have also always eaten a very clean, healthy diet and have been extremely proactive about taking care of myself. I was able to live a very active and full life. I was not someone who had a history of chronic illness. That is why the change in my health has been so shocking. After I had COVID, my health changed dramatically. It felt as though my Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), which had previously been dormant, suddenly "turned on." I was diagnosed with EBV a little over two years ago, and since then I have experienced debilitating chronic fatigue, brain fog, depression, anxiety, significant neck and body pain, and what I can only describe as a constantly frazzled nervous system. I went from being a very healthy and athletic young woman to struggling to work normal hours and participate in many of the things that once made me feel like myself. I do not claim that COVID caused my EBV to reactivate or that EMF caused my illness. I understand that my experience does not establish causation. However, I believe the dramatic change in someone who was previously so healthy deserves to be investigated, especially when multiple environmental factors may be involved. One thing I have personally noticed is that I seem to be sensitive to electromagnetic and wireless exposure. I have experimented with reducing my exposure in my home, and the difference has been significant enough that I feel compelled to share it. At night, I use a kill switch to turn off wireless and Bluetooth devices, including my Alexa and television. Please, make the FCC take on the health challenges that are before us. We've already experienced many deaths and illnesses from over exposures to wireless radiation. Our children and our futures are at stake. If the FCC cannot follow court orders than the HHS could take up this cause. We are sitting in massive amounts of RF radiation due to the grid/satellites/cell infrastructure/cell phones/baby monitors/ wireless health devices/ Wi-fi and many others. The manufacturers are completely out of control and setting more and more dangerous standards. The most vulnerable in our society are in harms way. Our medical system is not addressing this issue and many are suffering without the cause. This will not only destroy our medical system with tremendous amounts predictable cancers.
