I am very concerned regarding all emf’s. I became very interested in researching this topic several years ago. (10yrs) when I purchased an iPhone. My fingers are very sensitive to the screen. Then in 2017, we installed solar panels on our home and I started to feel the pulsating pulse in my ear as I would park my car in our garage. Between the smart meter that was installed in Feb 2017 and the solar panels in 2017, I immediately felt the pulsating in the ear. Luckily I found a faraday cover for my smart meter and the pulsation was reduced, but that doesn’t help the tinnitis I feel as well. Then over the years, the installation of 5g towers have worried me as well. These towers put out signal for 5 miles. There is literally no safe place to be. Within our homes with the WiFi or outside. I really wish there was a better way to mitigate these signals. This topic needs to be studied from the effects of cell phone exposure to 5g towers. The last studies origiante from 1970. Please look at the EGW studies they have been doing the studies. Thank you.

I can feel the 5G phone signal shooting through me and did not feel previous cell signals. It is alarming and exhausting. I can tell a difference with the phone farther away it is less alarming. I use wired internet and no wi-fi or blue tooth because these also affect me negativelly.

Thank you for soliciting public comments on this issue. I have no concerns regarding RF/EMF exposures based on my understanding as a lay person of the current state of scientific evidence on RF/EMF exposures and health outcomes. I do rely upon RF/EMF-emitting devices every day for my professional success and personal safety, so would urge caution implementing any new guidelines or regulations that may hamper the effectiveness of these devices.

Since around July of this year, I have been experiencing vibrations in my head every night while sleeping. It is a faint vibration that seems to travel from the pillow to the back of my head. My wife, who sleeps next to me, has also experienced this.

I think it is pretty simple. Design some experiments to test for negative long term effects from radio Frequency radiation. Start collecting data and analyze it carefully with standard statistics. I don't suspect any short term problems with immediate reactions since so far society hasn't seen huge problems with Radio Frequency radiation but there could be long term effects and data should be gathered for study.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I'm responding from the perspective of a concerned citizen who has experienced firsthand the effects of cell tower radiation. In 2015 I worked for 6 weeks in a building with a cell tower on the back. I had worked there previously, and noticed nothing for the first 4 weeks. But then I began to notice strange things. My feet would tingle as soon as I entered the building. I experienced extreme muscle weakness in my eyes, and would have to close my eyes despite not actually being sleepy. On several such occasions I felt electric shocks pass through me (dirty electricity from the equipment?). On one occasion I had the bizarre sensation that my chair dropped away from under me, then came back up and slammed me in the butt! I developed a hand tremor I'd never had before. For several months afterward I'd get sudden tremors racking my body, out of nowhere. I had frequent dizzy spells, felt weak and was afraid to drive long trips for fear of blacking out in my car. My swallowing reflex was slow on one side and I was afraid of choking. I developed weakness in my hip muscles and lower back (worst when the barometric pressure was low), and would feel like I was going to collapse. I also developed restless leg syndrome which has not completely gone away. This was a day job and just for 6 weeks. What happens to people who live near a cell tower 24/7? (Truly horrific things from what I've read -- one woman suffered 51 strokes, and for others it's a-fib, heart palpitations, chest tightness or outright heart attacks, not to mention headaches, dizziness, nausea, sleep disturbance, nosebleeds, and cancer.) Smart meter radiation (same type of radiation) has been shown to rip and slash the red blood cells of anyone standing near one for just 2 minutes, whether the person felt anything (e.g. tingling) or not. I've opted out of a smart meter, but have had bad experiences in homes with smart meters -- violently increased heart rate, or sudden exhaustion and hunger ("hangry" doesn't begin to describe it). I am directing this comment to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) about my personal experiences with EMF and the biological impacts my child experienced.

My daughter was 7 months of age when our family moved into a newly built house. Over the course of 9 months we began to see our daughter stop babbling, develop neurological problems, and behaviors that resembled autism. However there were still behaviors that our standard pediatrician nor a developmental pediatrician could make sense of. I set out to find what was causing this and learned what EMF was and identified that our daughter’s crib was located directly next to the home WiFi router that was built into the wall of the laundry room by the home building company. We relocated the WiFi router and within two weeks our daughter started to make eye contact again and some of her symptoms improved. After working with other practitioners we learned that our daughter has had significant neurological damage and had significant inflammation to her central nervous system. Over the last year we have been doing what we can to best help her get better but we’re not sure she will ever fully regain what she lost due to this experience. Our daughter is also very sensitive to EMF and we have to limit being in public places near cell towers as this causes her to start showing neurological behaviors. As a result our family lives extremely carefully due to our daughter’s condition but in this country where EMF is not regulated we are finding this extremely difficult. As a parent my heart aches that this happened to my child, but more than that I’m enraged that EMF is not regulated, our government isn’t educating medical professionals or technical industries on this and that this is causing harm to so many Americans who aren’t even aware of it. In addition to my public comment I would like express our willingness to share details of daughters medical case if this helps provide supporting evidence/research of the health implications of EMF specifically to children. As a mother my heart is heavy that this happened to my child and that it is something that will impact her the rest of her life but my hope is that sharing her experience will help bring about change in this country.

My name is KIaren Rose, living in oregon, and suffering badly with severe chemical and electrosensitivity. Have celltower owned by T Mobile, less than 3000 ft away from house. It has antennae levels on tower, and using mid and low band frequencies, told to me by T Mobile, I am suffering badly daily from tower. I have following symptoms and they are now permanent:: vision blurring, floaters, cataracts, light sensitivity, memory losses, nausea, dizziness, vertigo, damaged vestibular system, hair loss, stomach and digestive pain, weight loss muscle wasting, mystagmus, pressure in head, csf leaks with sinking brain, severe fatigue, tremors like parkinsons, severe sleepiness , labored breathing, painful neck and lower back, weak and frail, etc. I have asked T Mobile to please divert antennae away from my house as I have lived there for 7 yrs and from 2G to now 5G the tower is and is permanently damaged my health and I have nowhere else to live. The 4G that was there before one year ago when 5G came in, already ruined my health and now the 5G which the pressure in my head continually tells me is emanating from tower 24/7, prevents me from a life with no pain constantly. HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure is important. I am responding as a parent, neighbor, and college professor. Wireless devices affect human health, and we must understand how.

Wireless radiation has been associated with health problems, including cancer. HHS is responsible for protecting the health of every American and therefore must provide the resources needed for EMF, RF, and WRE research on their short- and long-term health impacts.

Dear Secretary Kennedy, I have been a targeted individual for at least 18 years. During that time I have almost nightly been exposed to microwave energy attacks to my body: ears, brain, eyes, heart, teeth, breasts, arms (there are burn scars on both forearms), genitals, kidneys, microwave rape (and physical rape), and lately the perps (FBI? Space Force? CIA?) seem hell bent on destroying some bones in my R foot and my L shin. Did you know that energy weapons can melt bones? and burn skin? and cause cancer? In addition they occasionally startle me with Voice to Skull - that is the use of energy weapons to attack my skull and cause me to hear startling loud sounds, or to make it sound like someone is moving about in my home. Last week, as part of a Targeted Justice event I spent 3 hours standing on the sidewalk in front of the employee entrance of the FBI headquarters in DC holding a banner I created peacefully protesting the placement of children and grandmothers onto the Terrorist Screening Data Base (now called the Terrorist Threat Center). These directed energy attacks only happen after a person is placed on this FBI watchlist. I would be extremely grateful if you would look into this. I am highly sensitive to EMFs. My central nervous system is in perpetual overdrive. My hands start to burn, tingle & become numb after holding my cell phone for more than 15 minutes. What bothers me most is the placement of towers on school property. What is this doing to the youth/students?

I lived under a a 5G tower and got extreme headaches. Also had cold sweat, got restless but had no energy.

When I moved away from there all the syptoms disapeared.

Out of concern for my own health I purchased my own Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum analyzer. I find that I can detect the cell phone tower about a hundred yards from my apartment, but the intensity of radiation is orders of magnitude lower than would concern me. The multiple antennas on the tower look like a phased array, which beam signals to cell phones, and reduce the RF radiation spilled in other directions. So as long as I don't have a cell phone, I am not worried. When testing cell phones, the power levels that they emit are usually a few times below the level that concerns me. However, they do rise to as much as ten times dangerous levels when the cell phone has a weak signal. I also don't want to be in the beam from the cell phone tower. I believe that the huge increase in cataracts is due to RF exposure from cell phones. RF exposure is also known to cause brain tumors and infertility.

RF towers handling high data rates, such as from data centers or military installations have well known hazards to those within a quarter mile.

Cell phones use the same RF frequencies as microwave ovens. Those frequencies are resonant with water: They heat water efficiently. About half of the microwave ovens that I test leak RF; and the directions of emission vary greatly. A crack as long as a centimeter is sufficient to be a dangerous leak. Therefore I recommend that people stand at least two meters (six feet) from an operating microwave oven, because at that distance the power usually drops to safe levels. Exceptions must be made for rooms which have conducting walls, where constructive interference can amplify the radiation in locations far from the oven.

I am submitting this comment to share my personal experience with symptoms that appeared to be strongly associated with electromagnetic-field and wireless exposure. A couple of years ago, I developed severe brain fog. It became so bad that I genuinely worried I was developing dementia. I occasionally teach classes and webinars, and I had to write out exactly what I planned to say because I could suddenly lose my train of thought, forget what I was discussing, and not know how to continue. Around the same time, my hair began falling out in clumps in the shower, with noticeable thinning around my hairline. I also developed severe low-back pain. It became so debilitating that I often needed help getting out of bed and getting dressed. I could walk after moving around for a while, but working became very difficult. I am self-employed and had to significantly reduce my schedule. I could no longer even walk my dogs normally. I tried many approaches and doctors to determine what was wrong. I used over-the-counter and prescription medications, physical therapy, bodywork, had an MRI, and underwent PRP treatment. My MRI did not show findings that seemed consistent with the severity of my pain, and nothing gave me any relief. Eventually, I came across information discussing EMF exposure and symptoms such as neurological problems, fatigue, and pain. I did not immediately assume EMFs were causing my symptoms, but I decided to investigate my environment. I hired a building biologist to measure my home and help reduce stronger exposures. One finding involved electrical interference in the wall directly behind the head of our bed. We turned off the breaker to that wall as we did not need electricity there while sleeping. I also turned off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on my phone and in my car. This was particularly important because I drive extensively for work. Before making these changes, I would often arrive at appointments with severe brain fog and fatigue and need approximately 30 minutes before I felt normal again.
