I am submitting this comment as a consumer concerned about long-term exposure to wireless radiation from phones, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and other connected devices.

I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent review of whether current exposure limits adequately protect public health. This review needs to consider those most heavily exposed and should examine potential effects beyond tissue heating, including evidence concerning cancer, reproductive health, and children’s development.

Please prioritize research that reflects how people actually encounter wireless radiation: repeated exposure over many years, often from multiple sources and devices used close to the body. Assessments should consider signal strength, pulse patterns, duration, and combined exposure.

Please consider Melnick and Moskowitz’s 2026 analysis of animal data, which argues that existing exposure limits may inadequately protect against cancer and reproductive harm (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12940-026-01288-6). I also ask HHS to evaluate Lai and Levitt’s review of exposure intensity, duration, and signal modulation (https://doi.org/10.1080/15368378.2022.2065683), and Scarato’s review of US regulatory gaps and proposed reforms (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpubh.2025.1677583). These papers warrant careful consideration alongside the broader evidence, including studies that have not found adverse effects.

I ask HHS to:

•Assess whether additional protections are needed for children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable groups.

•Support long-term research with safeguards against industry conflicts of interest.

•Provide clear information about exposure and practical ways to reduce it, including wired alternatives in homes and schools.

•Recommend updated standards wherever the evidence shows that existing limits are insufficient.

Consumers should not have to navigate these questions alone. Please use this inquiry to advance transparent science, meaningful oversight, and public health protection.

EMFs have dramatically impacted my mom, and by extension my whole family’s, life. She started feeling really ill when I was mid way through college. She shielded me from a lot of it, not wanting to burden me, but I could tell it was getting worse and worse. At one point she could barely walk from room to room in our home, as the physical symptoms were so severe. My parents tried everything. Shielding helped, but eventually she had to stay in a windowless shielded room 24/7, which is no way to live. We eventually heard about Green Bank, WV - a safe haven for people who are sick because of EMFs due to the 10 mile cell tower free zone. My parents visited twice and on the second visit, my mom stayed and never came home. My parents have lived there for 10 years now and she is thriving. She feels much better, has formed a community there, and isn’t confined to one dark room in a house. It’s sad that she’s had to miss things like my graduation and that she can’t visit me where I live, but I’m glad there’s at least one safe place in the country. EMFs affect everyone - some more than others. We need to listen to those who are impacted, learn more, and protect others before it’s too late.

Thank you for opening up this forum to listen to our concerns. As you will read, I am not exclusive to pain and suffering derived from lethal exposures to EMF/RF from the use of FCC regulated products, networks, and services, along with their public and private partnerships. I am an American-born Non-Investigative Subject (NIS) commonly known as a “Targeted Individual” or “TI” since 2021. American NIS’ are subject to non-consensual psychological and physical torture and experimentation. I have been tortured by many different means over five years, but was never physically harmed. This has recently changed. Starting July of 2026, I began to experience overt physical attacks which are made possible through FCC regulated products, networks, and services. The direct firing of EMF/RF into my body are predominantly experienced at my home - making my home a torture chamber. The timing of the attacks vary, but are usually deployed in the evenings into early mornings. The greatest effect of these daily exposures has been disruption to my sleep. I either sleep 2-3 hours a day or sleep all day to recover. This has impacted my overall health, my personal life, finances, and productivity in society. Other side effects that I experience vary in combinations depending on the day: increased heart rate, high blood pressure, heart palpitations, chest pain, dizziness, brain fog, headaches, sinus pressure, eye pain, systematic swelling and water retention, directional tinnitus, vision loss and visual blurring, excruciating joint pain, profuse bouts of sweat, memory loss and lack of focus, burning sensations all over my body, debilitating fatigue, hair loss, changes in appearance of skin and nails, unprecedented body odor, premature aging, weight gain, nausea, kidney pain, skin lesions, vicious teeth grinding that has chipped my teeth, intense pain that radiates from my skull through my spine ending in my sacrum. Pressure and pain in my joints, head, and spine, brain fog, kidney pain, sleep deprivation as well as “tinnitus” which sounds like waves of electricity penetrating through my ears, are now part of my daily baseline. I have gotten accustomed to this “new normal”, but it is…

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding as a concerned member of the public.

I have been taken aback by the number of accounts I have heard of people affected--including severely--by wireless radiation. As we experience ever-rising amounts of exposure (as the push to expand and "upgrade" the technology that produces wireless radiation blazes on, seemingly unchecked) those numbers can only trend upward as well. That is not progress. It is something to be avoided. If there are safe levels for humans and the rest of the ecosystem, then those levels must not be exceeded.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the existing and potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation in particular. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health. The experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I would also urge HHS to use its findings to weigh in on wireless radiation policies on behalf of the American people.

Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Please repeal section 704 immediately! All of this EMF, RF is affecting all of mother earth, animals, environment and creating more health issues. Losing sleep, there is more insommina than ever, more digestive issues, anger, chaos, mental issues, people are not grounded at all. I don't know about you but I CARE about all of these issues & you should too! I can go on & on ~ the list is endless. Please do your part in protecting mother earth, she is getting sicker & sicker, which overlaps in affecting everything, everyone! Can't you see the weather patterns? Mother Earth is pissed, she's crying for healing ~ as a matter of fact, I believe everyone is crying for healing.
