I'm being stalked and tortured by my community in Tracy,ca. Everyone has synthetic telepathy and can read my brain and see through my eyes. They are constantly echoing into my mind, so I have to keep headphones on. It's been 6 years now. My joints and intestines hurt more than ever. I feel my freedom's raped.

The US government should adopt the IEEE C95 group of standards ( .1 through .7), as their limits are harmonized with those of ICNIRP and therefore the basis of regulations employed in most of the world's countries. OSHA 1910.97 is unenforceable and 60 years out of date. FCC (47 1.130) is also dated and not useful for regulation consideration. IEEE standards have a long history of employing the best science available, as evidenced by their international participation and agreement with those used around the world. Peer-reviewed science is what regulations should be based on.

I am submitting this comment as a member of the public who is concerned not only about the scientific questions surrounding radiofrequency and electromagnetic field exposure, but also about the increasingly involuntary nature of that exposure. For many years, I made a deliberate personal choice to minimize unnecessary wireless radiation in my home. That choice became increasingly difficult to exercise as communications providers and other systems shifted away from wired infrastructure and toward wireless technologies. In my case, Cox Communications previously provided service over fiber-optic infrastructure extending directly to our home. That option was later discontinued, leaving wireless-based service as the practical alternative presented to us. I had avoided relying on that technology because of concerns about RF exposure, but eventually found myself in a position where accepting greater wireless exposure was effectively a condition of maintaining ordinary modern communications service. This raises a broader public-health concern that I hope HHS will consider carefully. When the long-term biological effects of a form of environmental exposure remain the subject of scientific investigation, individuals should not be placed in a position where meaningful avoidance is progressively designed out of everyday life. Yet wireless transmitters are now embedded not only in phones and routers, but throughout homes, vehicles, appliances, utility systems, schools, workplaces, public spaces, and communications infrastructure. For people who would prefer to exercise precaution, the practical ability to do so is disappearing. I am not asking HHS to presume a conclusion that the scientific evidence has not yet established. I am asking the Department to recognize the ethical and public-health significance of involuntary exposure itself. A population should not effectively become the subject of a decades-long, uncontrolled exposure experiment simply because wireless deployment has outpaced our ability to establish complete answers about cumulative, chronic, and multi-source exposure. Sayer Ji, geoengineering.org Arianna Masters and the geo fight have A LOT of scientific evidence that EMFs, radio frequencies .. are harming us. In many ways. Please include the mold piece when studying. I am very sensitive to it as was my son. EMFs can and do cause heart attacks. The small cells now everywhere have done nothing to help the internet.. they cause fires, they are an absolute eyesore and they are doing nothing but keeping us going to the doctor. Please investigate for our health. Stop the fcc from putting this crap up everywhere. Stop chemical spraying from planes, stop weather control haarp and trying to control what God already has control of. Please.

The small cells are an eyesore and they do nothing but keep us going to the doctors. I would check into the amount of heart attacks that occur due to dirty electricity and EMFs. I have sensitivity to them, I can feel them, especially in conjunction with mold. Please study the mold and EMFs, my son also had sensitivity and I believe heavy metals and EMFs and dirty electricity caused his death. If you have ever learned about EM radiation then you would know what poses a danger and what doesn’t. Cell phones, WiFi, etc do not pose a risk because that type of EM radiation is non-ionizing radiation. Please spend 10 minutes reading up on ionizing vs non-ionizing radiation.

It is far past time for you to be looking into this issue. The FCC has shamefully been avoiding this issue for 30 years. EMF radiation has exploded over that time period with no further research or regulations coming from any federal agency. At the same time 90% of non-industry funded research shows some level of harm from almost all levels and frequencies of EMF, and many below what people are currently exposed to. I thank Mr. Kennedy for getting involved in this but it is way past due.

I am especially concerned about smart meters for residential electric metering, as they are getting ready to implement them in my area. I don't believe these should be forced on people and they really don't perform as advertised. They do however emit extreme levels of EMFs constantly while sending everyone's personal info all over the place where it can easily be intercepted. But the health effects are my primary concern.

Anyway, we are all inundated daily with 1,000 times more EMF than we were just 20 years ago. It is way past due for the federal government to seriously and unbiasedly (uninfluenced by the industry) look into the health effects of EMF. I believe the main reason it hasn't been done is because it's already known what they will find, and it's not good. It's shameful that they continue to allow continued implementation of greater and greater amounts of this radiation without any concern for human health. I know this is officially the FCC's jurisdiction, but that agency has been captured by the communications industry almost since it's inception. HHS's reputation is not much better as you seem unable to remove your self from Big Pharma's influence. Maybe you can do some honest and meaningful work in this area as Pharma is not directly involved. I'm sure if you classify it as a disease they will come up with a vaccine or medicine to try to alleviate the symptoms but not cure it.

Please put some real effort into this, the world's health is at risk.

I worked in IT for a cable company for eight years, working in VERY buzzy cable head ends (full of servers), and before that I worked as a computer tech for several years, always in front of a computer and always on a cell phone. The more time I spent in server rooms and on the computer, the more it interfered with my sleep. Also I'm right handed so this affected the hearing in my right ear, and then I started to develop tinnitus before I finally quit. It got a bit better after that, but then when I moved to a new house and I had to sleep in a room where the bed was against a wall that had a Smart Meter outside, it got way worse. I experienced several years of terrible loud tinnitus roars and whistles before I understood that I might be affected by electro magnetic... something, anyway. I made the power company come swap it out for an analog meter and my tinnitus has gotten a little better since then, but now I've lost hearing in one ear.

The more we learn about frequencies and how they affect our health, it becomes apparent that the frequencies of 5G and other WiFi frequencies and the waves emitted from LED lights and cell phone magnetism are disruptive to the human physiology. It has been proven through a study at U of Washington that magnetic fields disrupt the dna in the brains of mice and yet, we have been allowed to be burdened by the electronic devices which have become Omni present and almost unavoidable in order to maintain communication with our loved ones. The old copper phone lines were far better for the protection of the family and society as a whole. The suitor wanted to reach our children- they called, the phone rang in the kitchen, everyone knew who had called and the family was able to protect the child. Today all of the communications are on mobile devices and our children are able to be privately courted on the internet by strangers who seek to use them and exploit them. This must change.

I am commenting both as a health care professional and as a former employee exposed in an occupational setting.

1) Patient experiences: I have had several patients who believed they were being ill effected by EMF exposure, but one comes to mind. This patient had been previously healthy before fracturing her shoulder, which was repaired with a permanent Titanium plate implant. Since that time she has experienced headaches and frequent colds, flus, and respiratory infections which are worse when in proximity to various microwave emitting devices including various screens and satellite dishes etc. She keeps her phone wrapped in a piece of silver cloth and has hired a professional to evaluate and mitigate her home and it has helped.

2) My occupational experience: I worked at the Museum of Science and Industry in 1993-94 where I demonstrated different forms of electric waves in a show called "Electric Theater" that had been resurrected from the 1950s as part of the Hundred Year Anniversary of the museum. When I was not doing this show,I was in the Communications exhibit demonstrating the conversion of analogue sound to light, as part of an early AOL exhibit and cathode ray televisions from other exhibits. Over the course of about 6 months I became sicker and sicker with headaches, fatigue and general malaise, including frequent colds and flu.

Eventually a research scientist from PA, who was attending an R & D Banquet at the museum visited me in the Communications exhibit and as we conversed and I relayed that I didn't feel well, mentioned EMF toxicity. She walked me outside to a high tension wire strung overhead and asked me if I could feel the EMFs coming from the wire and I could. I would also mention that the museum has a copper roof. I left this job soon after, but found that I became ill when sitting in front of a computer for too long. This was remedied when liquid silver screens were introduced, but I am still very sensitive to phones and certain batteries, such as those in the early electric cars. Certain ones are better than others.

The conclusion that I have come to, based on the patient discussed and other patients, is that people with metal implants in their bones and teeth are more prone than others to EMF harms, and that extreme exposure creates a sensitivity from which it can take many years to recover.

Executives that knew about the exposure should be held liable. As a customer, I trusted that proper research had been done as to the health liabilities related to this technology. It’s time we start holding companies and executives accountable for damages. Once serious consequences are given, others will do their homework before soliciting products. I’m very concerned about EMF and RF radiation exposure and the long term effects on the human body and it’s negative effects on health

I am sincerely asking you to study the long term effects of cell phone use in the house, school or even in a car. We just do not know enough about it at the present time. So many conflicting ideas, I just want truth and comfort in knowing we are not causing harm.

Please accept my testimony reference cell phone RF emissions and breast cancer. In or around January 2011 I was diagnosed with Invasive Lobular Carcinoma of the left breast. I have been battling metastatic cancer since that time. Over the course of 15 years of treatment, millions have been spent on my health care via insurance or personal pay. I am the definition of a profit center to the cancer industry.

Prior to the diagnosis, it had been my regular practise to carry my phone in my swimsuit or brassiere when I didn't have pockets. I am right handed so it always was placed over my left breast. Had I known the dangers of these RF emissions, I would not have done this. Subsequently after years of this practise, the cancer was found in the exact spot where the cellphone maintained skin contact.

Obviously no one has ever connected my cancer to RF emissions because it cannot be "proven." However, it is a fact that the cancer grew in the exact area exposed to skin contact with the cellphone over the years.

Mainstream cancer organizations, including the National Breast Cancer Alliance, treat the bra-cancer link as unproven or "a myth." Yet here I am, in the company of many other "profit centers" being ravaged by this terrible disease that is possibly related to cellphones. Many of us are wondering if big industry decided the dangers of their product should remain hidden at the expense of our lives.

It is my hope that MAHA and Mr. Kennedy will get to the bottom of the carcinogenic nature of cellphone use as it relates to cancer of the brain, breasts, and testicles. We need national exposure of the risks, protocol to mitigate the risks, and studies to prove the correllation between RF emissions and cancer.

I think electromagnetic fields are a cause of anxiety and depression in this country. Record numbers of people don’t feel good. I am building a faraday cage in my basement. I would love to start a company making these for average people. We are constantly bombarded by electromagnetic waves.

Hello, Before I start, I want to say that I had my whole eardrum replaced in 87 as a doc flushed my ear out so hard, the whole side of my neck was killing me and had black stuff coming from ear and needed a new ear drum. Living on a farm in Gorham Maine yrs. ago, I was in our garden and someone was doing something on the 1 bedroom house I was renting and didn't think much of it till every 2 mins. I was getting stabbing sharp pain in my eardrum and didn't know why. My cat was looking around at nothing going on. This went on for a while till I found out the landlord allowed a smart meter on house. When I learned about Analog, I had it removed and problem was solved. Now I live in a town called Westbrook Maine, the week I moved in, I had meter changed to Digital, they claim they can't get parts for Analog which is another lie. They can put Satellite's in space but no parts for meters. The Public is beyond sick of being lied too. I have a neighbor downstairs who keeps Wifi on 24/7 and a neighbor to the left of me doing the same. I have no Wifi in my Apt and everything is hard wired, yet I have been losing my hair since moving in. I can feel a sensation on my head, gentle pull on that area and hair comes out. I can feel it coming from light sockets on my skin and I went from 1 old Lenovo laptop which was ok but it didn't support windows 11 so I had to get a Lenovo Yoga and I feel the strength of EMF coming from screen. My neighbor is also losing hair but she doesn't want to hear it. I am only 66 yrs. old and this has been going on for 3 yrs. The biggest problem I find with Tech is they create something without being MADE TO make sure it is safe 1st. An example is Halogen car lights or even other car lights, or LED lights, did anyone EVER consult with eye experts to see if any of these lights were safe to public? My answer is no. They are allowed to create anything without knowing safety 1st. I worked for 2 manufacturing Incandescent light bulbs, both factories moved to Mexico in the 80's and 90's. This is already incredibly well studied and settled science. What a remarkable waste of taxpayer resources.

I worry constantly about wireless radiation and its affects on the human body. I feel like my ears ring a lot more and I worry about the affects especially on children. I really wish there was more regulation on this as the trust in this kind of technology is not very high. I do not want this close to homes or schools.

As a professional Network Technician who has been in the IT Industry for well over 20 years, I find the DHHS regulations to be quite frankly absurd. I have been exposed to EMF, RF and Wireless Radiation since birth and have yet to experience any of the health related issues, you are expressing. Humans have been exposed to EMF and RF radiations including at the 5GHz frequency for centuries. Much of these RF and EMF exposures come from extraterrestrial sources. Yet, there has never been a documented case of increased illness or injury as a result.

In addition to extraterrestrial sources, I have been EMF and RF exposed to High Voltage Power Lines, Wireless Communication Devices, Satellite Communication Devices, Cell Phones, Florescent and Halogen light sources, CRT, Plasma, LCD, and LED Televisions and monitors, just to name a few. At no point did I ever feel my life was in danger with this level of exposure.

Admittedly, Exposure to RF radiation in extreme an extreme dosage can cause harm. But these situations are the exception, and not the rule. Scientific research on typical exposure shown no adverse affects. Any claims by a person asserting sensitivity to RF Radiation under normal operating conditions tend to see those claims fall apart under rigorous study, meaning the effects are normally a placebo effect than reality.

Such exercises are nothing but a waste of time and taxpayer money on pseudoscience. Instead, I believe it would benefit the nation to explore ways to make helthcare less expensive, hold insurance, pharmaceutical companies, and for-profit hospitals accountable for putting shareholder profits over patients, and research into health crisis. such as the measles we are currently facing.
