I am a 52 year old female. I had lived in West Michigan for most of my life and had dealt with ocular migraines but never had the painful headaches.

I was living in a suburb of Dallas Texas for a about 5 years, and started getting painful migraines and severe brain fog. We had a camper in rural East Texas and I started noticing that when we stayed out there away from the powerful wifi and high voltage lines I felt better. When we had to drive home, I started getting a headache about 30 minutes from our house. I was then diagnosed with papildema and IIH. My husband and I decided to move to east texas full time. It took us months to find a home as I had to stay at the house and wait about 30 minutes to see if a headache started or if ringing in my ears became louder. We were blessed to find a place surrounded by trees and pond on 6 acres in Crockett Texas where there was minimal cell and wifi service as well as the high voltage lines.

Now when we need to go to Dallas for appointments, when we are getting to closer to town, i can feel a headache coming on. if we have to stay for a few days i wake up in tears because of the migraine.

we recently travelled to the panhandle of Texas and there was a patch of highway that was lined with with high voltage lines, not knowing we were coming up on them, i noticed a headache coming on, then a while later, i saw the lines. when we drove out of the area, the headache subsided.

I also want to mention when the campground is full and everyone is using their wifi and cell phones, I usually get a headache within 24 hrs of my stay.

I do wear a baseball cap to help minimize the exposure. it has a copper lining. and it helps tremendously.

The brain fog and headaches are the major symptoms.

As Martin Blank, PhD reports in Overpowered: since 1990, Lai has been tracking the studies of the health effects of RF radiation on humans published around the world. He has hundreds of studies in his data base. Approximately 30% of the studies were funded by the wireless industry and 70% are funded by other sources that are presumably more independent.

Of the industry-funded studies, 27% demonstrated a biological effect in human resulting from RF exposure vs. 68% for the independents. Lai explains that “a lot of the studies being done right now are purely as PR tools for the industry.”

The US & Canada FCC limit for RF radiation is 61.4 Volts/meter. The next closest is Belgium (21), Russia, China, Italy, Luxembourg, & Switzerland (6), and Austria (.02).

Sleep disturbances resulting in fatigue can occur from as low as .047 V/m. REM sleep is affected at 13.72 V/m.

Male fertility is affected as low as .036 V/m with testosterone being negatively affected at 43.42 V/m.

Brain function is affected at .14 V/m (headaches, behavioral problems), .55 V/m (memory), 1.94 V/m (blood-brain barrier leakage), 11.07 (oxidative stress on the cornea), and 13 V/m (oxidative stress on the brain).

Heart function is affected at .05 V/m (cardio vascular problems in general), 1.19 V/m (calcium metabolism in the heart), and 20 V/m (blood pressure, heart rate).

Children are affected starting at .11 V/m (headaches, inattention), .33 V/m (ADHD), .78 V/m (memory), .87 V/m (leukemia), 2.17 V/m (kidney development problems), and 25 V/m (bone growth problems).

This is going to be the fate of mankind wherever 5G is used. I wouldn’t want that on my conscience.

I am reporting significant physical and neurological symptoms that I associate with exposure to 5G and other electromagnetic fields (EMF's) I feel as though I can sense nearby cell towers before I actually see them. I experience what feels like electricity running through my body, severe headaches, nausea, and electrical sensations traveling down my arm and occurring in areas where I have metal hardware in my body.

I also can experience difficulty concentrating, brain fog, and profound exhaustion that interfere with my abililty to function normally. These experiences are distressing and affect my overall quality of life.

My medical history is complex and includes dysautonomia, MCAS, TBI, chronic inflammation and I do believe this has made it much worse, severe osteoporosis with multiple vertebral fractures, and persistently low iron stores. I have also experienced significant environmental sensitivities and have a history of mold exposure including stachybotrys.

I am particularly concerned about the relationship between my environmental exposures, neurological symptoms, and overall health. Given my persistently low iron levels and exhaustion, I am concerned that environmental factors may be contributing to my declining health. I recognize that I cannot establish EMFs as the cause of my iron deficiency without scientific evidence, but I believe these concerns deserve further investigation.

I urge HHS to support independent, rigorous research into radiofrequency radiation, 5G infrastructure, and other electromagnetic exposures. Research should examine neurological symptoms, headaches, nausea, sensory disturbances, concentration difficulties, fatigue, individual susceptibility, and potential effects in people with complex chronic illnesses.

I also encourage researchers to investigate whether reported symptoms correlate with objectively measured exposure levels and whether there are identifiable biological mechanisms that could explain the experiences.

My goal is to help advance research that provides clear answers about potential health effects and appropriate public health protections.

Hello, I am a surviving targeted individual. Emf is beamed at me no matter where I am located. I can be in a boat in the middle of a lake in South Dakota and my cornet ED88T Plus 5G meter set up building biology is in showing severe or extreme amount. Deer hunting where there is no phone connection is still severe to extreme. I can point the meter at the sky as the intensity changes I know it is coming from satellites and cell towers. I have video recordings that shows how obvious it is. The guilty evil party do this are trying to accelerate aging and create health issues. They are trying to eradicate my right to life.

I am just a retired plumber in South Dakota but I do have a right to life!

I certainly believe this should be looked into. It is all around us, even if we choose not to use it. I know it offers a lot, but it's not worth it if it adds to all the things that affect our health; especially the children. I know people that this has affected and I'm not well. I wonder if wifi and 5-G is my problem. Doctors can't find anything. Please look into it, and please help the people and not the companies. They will find another way, they always do!

We need to have strict guidlines and continuous oversight on EMF, RF and wireless radiation exposure.

Our cell phone towers have the capabilities of being weaponized to induce Havana Syndrome. At toxic levels this technolgy can destroy a persons mind and body. We are energy water beings and this technology deals with the very essence of who we are. Because this can be used on the American people for nefarious purposes (and has been used in this fashion, just do some research. My primary complaint has been a vibration- or frequency-like sensation throughout my body. For several years, these episodes occurred predominantly at night, sometimes with such regularity that I could practically set my watch by them. The sensations also followed me to different locations rather than appearing limited to one particular environment. During this period, I experienced difficulty walking straight, difficulty speaking correctly, and blurred vision. These symptoms resembled signs of a stroke, yet my evaluations did not identify a stroke or establish an explanation for what I was experiencing. I have continued to undergo medical monitoring and still experience frequency-like sensations and tinnitus in one ear. The tinnitus becomes louder when I experience the vibrations. I am asking HHS to recognize that persistent, unexplained symptoms deserve serious medical attention, objective investigation, and research. I respectfully request that HHS: 1. Encourage improved medical evaluation and documentation of persistent unexplained neurological and sensory symptoms, including appropriate investigation of potential medical and environmental contributing factors. 2. Identify research gaps in current diagnostic and environmental assessment methods that may limit the ability to investigate these symptoms without prematurely assuming or dismissing a cause. Hello,

I used to live in the Paris region. I worked with computers, and I lived in a lovely house with my husband and our two children. In 2013, I could no longer sleep. I was exhausted, I had tinnitus and severe headaches.

I searched the internet using these keywords and discovered that I was ElectroHyperSensitive.

I could no longer tolerate cell phone masts after the mast near my home was upgraded to 4G.

At home, I switched off the Wi-Fi, got rid of the DECT phones, the Bluetooth keyboards and mice, and turned off my mobile phone.

But my neighbors’ Wi-Fi was causing me pain, and as soon as I went outside, other people’s mobile phones became unbearable.

So I left my job and left Paris. I moved to the countryside with my children, living in a mobile home on a friend’s land. Then a mast one kilometer away was upgraded to 4G+, and I had to flee again. Eventually, I found a house deep in the forest... and I feel well there.

But as soon as I go outside, I suffer. So I have been confined to my house for 14 years because of EMR Syndrome.

I no longer have access to medical care, I can no longer attend choir practice, I can no longer go to my children’s end-of-year performances, or attend parent-teacher meetings.

This is no life.

Recent decades have experienced an unparalleled development in wireless communication technologies from mobile telephony, and Wi-Fi. The introduction of 5G and 6G technology across the US is expected to bring new opportunities for citizens and businesses, through faster internet browsing, streaming and downloading, as well as through better connectivity. However, 6G and 5G, along with 3G and 4G, with which it will operate in parallel for several years, also pose threats to human health. We need a better understanding of health effects of this technology such as what European countries have been doing for years!

I first want to say, thank you for opening the floor for us to speak on our experiences with EMF. I want to preface with I had never thought of myself as sensitive to EMFs. When people spoke of the dangers of EMF’s, my general attitude was that we just needed to build resilience to be able to handle the world. That was, until my body was no longer able to buffer its effects. It started with small things. My hands would ache when I’d hold my phone for too long — this often remedied when I’d get an EMF sticker for my phone. And then in 2021 I moved to an apartment complex in Arizona. For 4 years, I had increasingly concerning symptoms — but it took me almost 4 years to understand what it was. Extremely high EMF exposure — later confirmed on an EMF meter. After moving into this apartment, suddenly my tolerance for airports & travel went to zero. I soon after had my first panic attack on an airplane (I had been an avid traveler my entire life), and panic began to be the baseline from which my body lived. But I wasn’t mentally anxious, it was purely physiological. This led to extreme blood sugar swings, low blood pressure, muscle and bone pain, and debilitating neurological symptoms that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. When I’d go to hotels, I wouldn’t sleep and would be in a state of panic the whole night. I’d get in a Tesla and get dizzy and it felt like my whole body was being suffocated from the inside out. I would go to city centers and feel an immense sense of panic and have to immediately leave, I couldn’t make sense of what was happening. It was then, that I finally realized the common denominator — EMF exposure. And I’d finally concluded that the levels I was being exposed to in my home, took away any ability to buffer the outside world. Once I realized this, I sought out a low EMF home to test this theory. Overnight my symptoms went away. My blood sugar stabilized. My reactions calmed. I no longer struggle with airplanes and hotels. My body has slowly made its way back to normal. But I want to note, this was almost impossible to find. I searched every rental home in my city and almost every home had EMF levels equal to or greater than my original…

Of course artificial frequencies can have a negative impact on our health. When you break it down we are just energy. Atoms are 99% empty space. So we will feel sluggish and tired in a city but alive, youthful and healthy in nature. In order to be in balance and harmony so we can thrive and not just survive we must become one with nature again. Where to even begin... 30 years ago cancer was listed as number 10 on the list of mortality causes and today in 2026 it is listed in the number one spot as the top way someone will likely die. One in three people in our country today have cancer. Why is this? It only seems logical that the only thing that has changed within the last 30 years is the introduction of electromagnetic fields of radiation into our lives 24/7 365 via cell phone cell phone towers and Wi-Fi. Shortly after my son was born I had crippling pains in my GI tract that took years to finally realize it was from using my computer with Wi-Fi. After hardwiring my computer to ethernet I no longer have these GI issues at all and can comfortably use the computer. I did an experiment of keeping my cell phone turned off for several weeks not using it at all and just from doing that for the first time ever I had absolutely no PMS symptoms at all and absolutely no issues with my ovulation. Upon turning the cell phone back on immediately I started getting a headache and having chest pains. Just getting away to smaller towns where there is still LTE towers I feel so much better lighter happier more energetic and then immediately when I return to the city where all the 5G towers are I get tired fatigued irritable headache heart palpitations... The ONLY thing that has provided me with relief (besides avoidance) are BluShield devices. Without BluShield devices I could not function and would be bedridden. I long for the days when I could go to dinner be out and about in public go to the ballet go to the city to the art galleries etc and be able to live a normal life without being in so much pain and discomfort because of all of the cell phone towers Wi-Fi and cell phones being used. I'm seriously looking into moving to the national radio quiet zone near the green Bank observatory to get some relief. Sadly, though, it appears that school there is starting to use Wi-Fi now so it will be curious to study the results of that for example if the kids are now absent many more days due to illnesses as they were not sick before the introduction of wi-fi.. to look into the numbers of that in some kind of study and to…

I am submitting this comment in response to the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Request for Information regarding Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I write to you as a concerned parent and as an individual whose own childhood health was severely impacted by wireless radiation exposure.

My interest in this issue stems from lived experience. As a teenager, I suffered from severe, unexplained, and debilitating headaches. Unknown to us at the time, the home’s wireless router had been installed directly in my bedroom. Years later, after discovering research regarding the potential biological effects of RF/EMF exposure, I realized my childhood symptoms aligned with documented physical responses to radiofrequency exposure.

Once I significantly reduced my exposure—replacing wireless internet with grounded Ethernet and keeping my cell phone in airplane mode 95% of the time—my health improved dramatically. Today, when I am exposed to heavy RF environments, such as close proximity to 5G infrastructure or dense cellular usage, those same negative impacts return.

This personal journey highlights my single greatest concern: the unique and heightened vulnerability of children.

Children are not simply smaller adults; their developing nervous systems, thinner skulls, and higher tissue conductivity mean they absorb proportionally higher levels of radiofrequency energy than adults. Today, children are exposed to wireless radiation at unprecedented levels—in their bedrooms, classrooms, and everyday environments—from a very young age. Given that my own health suffered as a teenager from a single router, I am deeply concerned about the cumulative, lifelong impact today's constant exposure will have on our youth.

I am responding from the perspective of a parent, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, and a concerned member of the public.

I believe this issue should be addressed because our town is littered with cell towers at every school, flock cameras, and surrounded by solar fields on all sides. It definitely feels like a war in which the "people" are defenseless. The cell towers are on top of our stadium lights at the high-school. Every game we are forced to sit next to theses not knowing what harm may come. Headaches during the game are routine for me and I have began to wonder if the towers are having any effect.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

We the people do not consent to being experimented on! This radiation is causing cancer and DNA damage!!

I have many symptoms that have only increased over time as EMF exposure sources have increased. I suspected that EMF sources may be a possible cause of my symptoms due to the correlation between increases in EMF exposures and increases in symptoms. A surprise experiment made my suspicions stronger.

When the electricity at my house went out for three days due to storm damage, thereby removing EMF sources (the smart meter, wiring in the walls, Wi-Fi, cordless phones, digital clocks, power strips, etc), my symptoms were temporarily gone. The constant ringing and buzzing in my ears stopped. The tingling and zapping sensations in my body stopped. My seemingly permanent headache went away. I slept better than I had in the years since the installation of the smart meter (that I did not want on my house) and the loss of my ability to turn off the Wi-fi (due to technical problems). Then the storm damage was repaired and electrical service was restored to my house. With the return of the electricity came the return of the EMF sources and my symptoms.

Even without being in a house with no electricity, I can feel differences in EMF exposure in my body. Something as simple as having a digital alarm clock at different distances from my bed affects my sleep and other symptoms. The closer the clock is to me, the worse my symptoms are. The same is true for time spent close to other EMF sources.

I have sought help for various symptoms in the past few years as my symptoms have worsened, but doctors have dismissed my symptoms and concerns. The best I can do is reduce my exposure as much as possible, but there are many exposure sources that I cannot control.

I know many other people have also suffered and continue to suffer from negative health effects from EMF exposure. An evaluation of EMF health effects is long overdue.

I have been affected by Wi-Fi electric and gas meters that were installed a few years ago on the side of my residential unit. Several meters that belong to someone else are also there to make things worse. I feel tired, dizzy, brain fog all the time, perhaps other health issues as well. Could not understand why, but I believe I do now. There has to be a legislature passed that will allow consumers to opt out of these meters free of charge especially elderly. Please keep me posted if this very much needed legislature will pass.

I have tinnitus when exposed to EMF, especially 5g. It is repeatable and predictable. It affects where I can work and live.
