15 years ago I was diagnosed as having "wifi [or electronic] sensitivity" . My ears have frequency shifting white noise that is not diagnosed as tinnitus. Some days, especially when a storm is coming , it becomes unmanageable &relentless. Going to sleep is my only remedy.

I took a sailing course &went far out into the Gulf waters away from land , the noise for the first time in 25 years STOPPED , until we got close to land again when it immediately returned.

For the past 4 years I traveled the U.S. with a RV/ 17,000 miles. In the final year of travel, I would make way to drive AROUND major cities ... as it became apparent while approaching large hubs, and without visual of a tower approaching, my chest would tighten &I would have to pull off the interstate... when feeling "better" to proceed down the road , the culprit would appear on the horizon: large communication towers on the outskirts of cities : the ones with huge white circular discs seemingly would give me what I can only describe as a sudden onset pseudo heart attack. I had to quit driving anywhere near these towers &now I do not travel , for many reasons...but those towers are the main reason for staying off the roads near cities.

I am thankful someone is looking into this.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am contacting you on behalf of my young adult son and myself. We are now fighting, doing everything we can do to survive. We are almost never without constant ringing, buzzing, and high-pitched frequencies with no escape. WHY must I spend all this money and time trying to implement strategies and products to save us from our own state and federal government's ABSENCE of oversight and protection? How many nights can we go without quality sleep before it literally kills us? Last week, I felt a specific burst of frequencies in my head. In that moment, I thought someone was going to kill me. I have an UNREQUESTED smart meter on my home. I have put a copper ring around it and put what is advertised as an EMF blocking cage around it. I'm unplugging things all over my home. I'm paying exhorbitant costs for utilities, so I'm also paying for this torture. WHERE are you? And where are all the government agencies whose job it is to protect us? Why weren't safety evaluations conducted before all this rolled out? And why, even given how many are so incredibly negatively impacted by this, are you all still doing nothing to help us? Who can we even talk to without people thinking we're crazy? There are so many more implications connected to this. For example, the frequencies are attacking me almost without reprieve all day and all night. I sleep with an EMF blocking hat on, with ear plugs, using a grounding sheet and pillow case. But nothing is preventing the constant high pitch. So over night, I am now clenching my jaw so hard, that even with a mouth guard on, my entire jaw hurts all day, and I now have headaches, which have never been a problem. I also clench my body and push myself into the bed at night, so I wake up sore all over. My son hasn't been sleeping well in probably over a year. His entire personality has changed, to where he no longer wants to leave his apartment. It's impacted his eating and his temperament. I want to know if you're part of the power structure that is striving to kill us.…

I am glad HHS is requesting this. Because I use no wireless phone anymore, I have gotten cut off from much of society. That is very painful to me, Close relatives even, don't speak to me. They think I'm not sane, certainly stubborn and ignorant. But I am none of the above. I was trained as a scholar at U C Berkeley, in the PhD Program. Have intelligence, discernment and use logic. I started reading about the dangers of wireless , several books by medical doctors (they have all disappeared from book sellers shelves). There is a definite prejudice against not following the latest technology. People are addicted to 'Smart' phones, but they make one dumb. A cashier cannot do simple addition when the computer stops adding. People look for confirmation of any opinion, thought, feeling on their device. . It has more of a negative effect than heroine addiction (doesn't destroy individual lives as quickly, but is 100 or 1000 times more widespread.) From the beginning of the 1st role out of cell phones I knew something was wrong. I had bought a cell phone and started using it. Mysteriously, it made my wrist hurt. Then as cell towers went up, I would feel dizzy, nausea and get a severe headache. I bought a meter that registers the level of wireless radiation to try to avoid it as much as possible. That helped at first; it was amazing to see how the levels varied. I could find hotels which had no wireless or a lower level. I also learned there could be a 'white spot' in a restaurant for example where the radiation had a gap. One book sugested people might have a signiture: a partcular level irriitated them the most while perhaps higher ones did not,. (An idea, but I don't know it's accuracy. But there was a amazingly high reading at a subway station in Berlin and it did not feel bad. There is a lot more research that should be done, especially for the sake of the health of Nature. I think wireless along with many other pollutants is killing Nature. AN enormous number of trees along the road to our Ski Basin are dead or in the process of dying;; an old but still present enemy are the asbestus fumes from brakes but the addition of all the drivers being on their cell phones…

In 2020 our neighborhood was one of the pilot locations for the first 5G millimeter wavelength internet/phone service. It was a P.U.D. community including condos, homes, townhomes, all in a gated neighborhood. My wife and daughter complained of headaches and an inability to concentrate. I felt comfortable on the outside and hot inside while at home. We went camping nearly every weekend for a year in the Hoosier National Forest where there is no 5G, and very little cell service or radio transmissions. We felt relief in less than a day and felt all symptoms return within minutes of being back home. We sold that home and moved to an area without 5G and have been comfortable sense.

Question 2 I am an individual representing myself. Question 3 Multiple sources with different experiences, listed below. Bluetooth: I experience physical pain when bluetooth devices, such as wearables, are in direct contact with my body. It typically take a couple hours to show up, increases with time, then begins decreasing the minute I take the device off, going back to zero pain within an hour. Wifi: I experience worse sleep when wifi is on. I am more anxious and irritable when wifi is on. Same with my family. EV chargers: When I am near (within about 100 feet) EV chargers for about 30 minutes to an hour, I feel anxious and wired and a sense of "something is wrong." I feel like I need to leave the area and the longer I stay, the greater this feeling gets. After leaving, it takes about 2 hours for these symptoms to dissipate. With each of these symptoms listed, I did not want it to happen and I was not anticipating it happening. After noticing it, I then A/B tested my experience, to the best of my abilities, to minimize the possibility of a placebo effect. Here is what I did for each: Wifi is simple: my wife can turn on the wifi and not tell me and I can feel it within a few hours. (We have a wifi router that has a button that allows us to easily disable/enable the wifi.) We also sometimes turn it on, then forget to turn it off at night. We all say, "Wow I slept horribly..." then think to check the wifi and, lo and behold, someone left it on. Bluetooth devices are similar: sometimes I would forget to put them on airplane mode (such as an Apple Watch) and within a couple hours I would experience pain. EV chargers were a true surprise. I have a coffee shop I love that installed them a few months ago. It had always been a place I love and enjoy. I researched EMFs around EV chargers and the research says that there are near-zero EMFs, even when cars are charging. I believed it. Then, I kept noticing myself feeling wired and uncomfortable and hating that coffee shop. I could not figure out what it was, but noticed if I walked around, there were places further from the charging stations that felt "peaceful." My best guess, given the "research" (if it is true) is…

**Re: HHS-OASH-2026-0397 — RF/EMF Exposure, Reproductive Health, Mitochondrial Function, and Emerging Wireless Technologies** **Questions 2–3: Personal Perspective** I am a 43-year-old woman experiencing unexplained infertility. For more than half my life, I have lived in metropolitan environments with extensive cellular infrastructure, Wi-Fi networks, and wireless devices. Although I cannot establish that these exposures contributed to my infertility, I question whether the long-term biological consequences of widespread RF exposure have been adequately investigated, particularly regarding reproductive health, mitochondrial function, and developing children. **Questions 5, 6, and 11–12: Reproductive and Mitochondrial Health** I urge HHS to examine whether current RF exposure standards adequately address reproductive and developmental outcomes, including potential biological effects beyond tissue heating. A 2024 systematic review by Cordelli et al. identified potential adverse reproductive effects in experimental studies, although evidence remains uncertain. A 2024 review by Meyer et al. examined oxidative-stress biomarkers and found very low-certainty evidence. Mitochondrial function is fundamental to cellular energy production, fertility, and healthy development. I request independent studies investigating whether chronic RF exposure influences mitochondrial respiration, oxidative stress, egg and sperm quality, implantation, pregnancy outcomes, or childhood development. Research should prioritize women attempting conception, pregnant women, developing fetuses, and children, using objective measurements of real-world, cumulative exposure. **Question 13: 5G and Emerging 6G Technologies** Emerging 6G systems may use higher-frequency spectrum, including sub-terahertz frequencies, to support greater bandwidth and data capacity. Advanced beamforming and denser wireless infrastructure may also alter exposure patterns. Although higher frequency alone does not establish greater biological harm, expanding these technologies without adequate long-term biological research raises legitimate public health questions. I urge HHS to independently evaluate the biological…

My sensitivity to EMF started a long time ago. At first I was dumbfounded - why was I having such a terrible pain in my head, coming over me like a rush and leaving me flat on the floor writhing in pain No one could touch me, I would loose control of my bladder, wincing at both light and sound, screaming for hours. At first these strange episodes would lead me to an ambulance ride to the hospital. The hospital staff performed all kinds of test, even an MRI ( I also have MS) but nothing as a cause could be found. It got so bad that on one of these visits a nurse stuck her head in and said I thought I recognized that screaming. These attacks would last for hours, leave me screaming and gradually I would return, although drained and exhausted, to normal life. Now this phenomena was called ice pick headaches and thunder clap headaches. A misnomer really since it was not a continuing ache but a very violent pain. It was first when I vacationed on my friend's 80 acre spread of pure nature in AK that it became clear that being away from civilization would do me good. For 2 weeks I no longer had these mysterious episodes! Yay - I was cured, I was free and I had nothing to fear! Well, coming back to Oregon I gradually felt the anxiousness and worry creeping back in. My partner disconnected the modem to the house and would later test me by leaving his phone on next to me and observe. It was very unknown back then (2010-ish) and people would think me weird. A blue toothed reader was mounted on the meter of the house and it set me off, a new neighbor moved in and 5G became the norm. I was devastated. Sold my house, retired early from my teaching position at the college and took to the road in an RV in search of a quiet area. COVID hit and everything became more difficult and more dangerous. After a year of fruitlessly searching for a place I ended up in a ravine ( geographically that works since signals do not penetrate)in the woods, in an HOA that has no streetlights and a requirement of 2.5 acres for each dwelling. Good for me. We have lived here 5 years plus, electrical cars have come on the market and it is hard to find any appliancecarfunction of society that does…

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am a mom, an engineer with a passion for understanding how the body works.

Bioelectricity is fundamental to cellular function.

External electromagnetic fields interact with biological tissues.

Certain exposure conditions can alter physiology and, at sufficient intensities, cause harm. A key question is lower exposure over prolonged periods of time. As well as impact to growing babies / kids vs adults.

Can external EMFs alter the electrical gradients and signaling mechanisms that cells need to function?

Do particular electromagnetic exposures measurably alter nervous-system function, and are some individuals more responsive?

There are enough concerning findings in this report to warrant further research - Zorach Glaser's Bibliography of Reported Biological Phenomena ('Effects') and Clinical Manifestations Attributed to Microwave and Radio-Frequency Radiation, originally published in 1971 and revised in 1972.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Wireless radiation significantly impacts the environment we live in compared with our ancestors. And may be a key factor in increased health issues.

Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

It seems to be connected to families like the Goubeaux family, Barr family, Podesta family, Marcks family, Baldwin family, Hilton family and others.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I, personally, feel heart palpitations and eye irritation anytime I am near wireless towers and/or 5G small cells or small-cell antennas. They are popping up all over and are causing great dis-regulation.

Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Sincerely,

Keren O. Kalimian
