I submit my attached public comment and personal declaration in response to HHS Request for Information, Docket No. HHS-OASH-2026-0397.

My submission describes my family's experiences involving radiofrequency electromagnetic exposure, serious neurological medical crises affecting our disabled adult son, and our efforts to obtain appropriate accommodations. I urge HHS to investigate reported biological and health effects, particularly among individuals with epilepsy and other neurological disabilities, and to support independent scientific research.

Please accept and consider my attached PDF in its entirety as part of the public record.

Respectfully,

Michael T. Jennings
