As an Epidemiologist and Health Researcher, I am appalled by the FCC's dragging its feet again and again. Meanwhile, many millions of people in the US are exposed to wireless radiation regularly, if not daily and hourly. Again, the US government chooses to lag behind many other countries that proactively respond to potential health-threatening effects of this technology as well as the formidable scientific research indicating that the effects are very dangerous. In my work as a Cancer and Chronic Disease Researcher, I have been surprised at the many years it takes to put even preliminary health and safety guardrails in place in this country. The FCC is now (again) in a position to change its sluggish "responses" to the many known negative effects of this technology upon the human body as well as our precious environment. I strongly urge the FCC to finally update its. in scientific parlance, "ancient" guidelines and work diligently to begin the process of truly protecting our health and safety regarding this technology. We are all watching now, as is the world.

D.C. Circuit Court (2021) found the agency had failed to adequately address—including children’s vulnerability, long-term exposure, environmental and wildlife impacts, and potential health effects involving reproduction, the immune system, and DNA damage. I have never seen so many cases of infertility, fatigue, brain fog, and headaches. What is causing this outbreak? I believe it is from the radiation people are constantly being exposed to. We did not have much of a problem with this issue in the 1800s and early 1900s. Now, Children are crammed in classrooms with their computers all day. There are so many children complaining of headaches, being tired, and being unable to focus, which I believe is caused by the heavy exposure to radiation from their environment. This is a crime we are committing against our precious children. Let's make the world better for these precious gifts from God. Thank you Dawn Singleton PhD, DHs, DNM

I see hundreds of clients in my clinic with all manner of diseases. Brain Fog, Cancer, fatigue, Afib etc When these same clients go out of town, away from Cell towers, they get better. 5G towers put near homes are causing the most havoc. My wife gets ill every time we go to the downtown area of our city, where there are a huge number of towers. She can't go to our downtown area because of the cell towers. Studies have been shown towers must be at least 2000 or more away to mitigate damage.

I was living in Honolulu, HI when it opened as the first Iridium satellite gate and when the full system was activated. My health and quality of life was immediately affected. I can't sleep as well, think as well, and have had increasing health issues related to radiation exposures as the levels have increased since then. I have been diagnosed by an MD, under WHO codes, as having radiation and microwave sickness. I have had to move 4 or more times, pay to opt out of smart meters and to modify my home environment, and have lost access to public spaces. I have been forced to use cell phones while traveling, and now even for banking and government services, and have no phone at home options other than voice over internet, which is very poor quality. The more the wireless in integrated into public utilities and public spaces the sicker I have become and been forced to restrict my travel and social life. It has made me functionally disabled with no place of safe shelter and no way to communicate normally and at great financial cost. I don't need or want wireless radiation in consumer products, and I don't want highly conductive nanoparticles or semi-conductive materials in my food, medicine, clothing and household appliances and products, because it increases my sensitivity. If putting wireless objects against or near your body is not advised by manufacturers and doctors, why would anyone want to put wireless objects inside your body? Making a hand held cell phone that can't work without contact to your hand is a health hazard, and a terrible design for communication devices. I have telephone jacks in my recently built home that are now useless and the replacements are much more expensive. I don't want pulsed microwave radiation running through the wiring in my home. How about adapting the technology to people and not forcing people to pay for and adapt to new technology that only benefits the really big plans of the military and corporations that should not be involved in human eugenics or in transforming the planet into a wireless AI system.

The past FCC was dominated by industry-friendly, biased and poorly-done research that should never have happened. The FCC should be regulating the industry instead of accepting industry-produced "research" that was scientifically inadequate, really indefensible and not relevant to real-world conditions. Why has the FCC taken so long to do the right thing, follow the objective and relevant science, and comply with the COURT ORDER? No doubt there are laziness and willful blindness at play at the FCC and excessive industry influence. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public, a Dual USA and Canadian citizen, and as one who is negatively affected by man-made electromagnetic radiation. I personally suffer from tinnitus and severe vertigo. When I was living in a city with smart meters, cell towers, neighbors wi-fi, etc. my symptoms were becoming more severe as time went by. About 2 years, ago we moved to an acreage where the emf levels are low the great majority of the time and since we have moved here I have not had any more vertigo attacks. In my opinion, man-made electromagnetic radiation is the latest, greatest environmental pollutant and it has become ubiquitous in our present world. Many people as well as all life in the environment is negatively affected, as we have evolved to function in the natural electromagnetic environment. I support the FCC taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge the FCC to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
