From a Foundational Mitochondrial perspective.

NNemf dehydrates us on a cellular level.

Among so many more burdens.

We are Electric, Water beings of Light, we All must Understand to some degree. Go touch a tree and reconnect…

While We have introduced way too many burdens.

We can work to change and at least give some separation when we are sleeping, throughout our day and much more while still enjoying some technology.

We can work congruent with who and what we are rather and have Healthy awareness rather than the current ignorance or even fear state.

A quality Light environment, quality food, quality mindset and mineral status among many deeper Mitochondrial/Energy factors all play fundamental roles.

We shouldn't have to live near huge burdens especially if we are in a state of suffering.

Thank You for trying, Healthy awareness is Essential and we can live in Balance.
