During the rollout of 5G in the town of Bedford, New Hampshire, of which I lived during December 2021, I developed tinnitus (ringing in the ear). Within 2 weeks, my husband who also lived in Bedford with me developed tinnitus. Neither of us had this issue before. To this day (October 19, 2026), we both still suffer from it.

During the autumn of 2024, the neighborhood I lived in (Bedford, New Hampshire) was the center of some of the first fiber optic installation in the state of New Hampshire. Within weeks of this rollout, I experienced poor, interrupted sleep. Some nights I would only get 3 to 4 hours. This severely disrupted sleep cycle and its damaging effects continue to this day, along with accompanying and crushing fatigue.
