HHS RFI — Reported Health Effects and Research Gaps

I request that HHS investigate potential biophysical interactions between RF exposure and passive metallic implants. I have two titanium neck implants measuring approximately 6 cm and 7 cm, work in direct line of sight of a telecommunications tower, and have developed new cardiovascular and neurological symptoms. Kranold et al. (2025) identify implant-related electromagnetic dosimetry as a neglected safety issue, raising concerns about whether current exposure guidelines adequately protect people with implants. I have been unable to locate a physician qualified to evaluate this specific concern. I urge HHS to identify this as a clinical and research gap and facilitate independent scientific investigation under real-world RF exposure conditions.
