I have gradually become increasingly sensitive to mobile phones and Wi-Fi. I only use my mobile for text messages, and at home, I have a wired internet connection. Being in places where many people are using mobile phones is uncomfortable, even for short periods. I get headaches and feel sluggish and tired. I’ve become the person who frequently has to step outside for some fresh air. I am aware of the nocebo effect, and I try very hard to convince myself that I can tolerate some level of radiation. Without that, it would be impossible to live in today’s society.
