I got a router that allows you to turn wifi on or off (sometimes need it for a few minutes here and there). I shut my phone data/gps/Bluetooth off unless I need it, then it gets shut off. I've had to purchase silver lined materials to make Faraday cages. I've had to purchase silver lined small blankets. I use shungite to help mitigate the frequencies.
