I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. I live under a cell tower and I am home most of the time. I am exposed to radiation constantly. I get frequent headaches and am getting forgetful. It may be normal aging, but I shouldn't be subjected to this all of the time. Cell towers should have no place in residential neighborhoods. Put them along the interstates, away from homes. My mother-in-law lives directly under the cell tower, and she has dementia. The man across the street has cancer. The cell towers need to go.
