The FCC should admit that it has caused severe health consequences to millions of Americans. Some of these consequences are due to the Smart Grid, which pulses astronomical levels of radiation into people's homes. Please see documents submitted under comments number 202609253096515102 and 20260924206082875. The FCC should fully consider evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment. The FCC is not a health agency and does not have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. The FCC has no mandate to protect the public health and should not be doing this. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. The FCC should hand off the duty to protect the public health to agencies that are mandated to do so.

Man made EMFs have been forced upon us without adequate safety studies. Now that the studies are out, we can know how harmful tech EMFs are and something needs to be done about it. Our children are being harmed by this radiation and we need SAFE technology. Please put this at the forefront. We can't let our children be harmed by this cancer causing infetility causing and on and on. Netherlands, Findland and Sweden are doing something about it. Why is the U.S. always the last to protect the children?

I bought my first cell phone in 1993 and from that day to this, I cannot use the phone for anything except text messaging. The reason for this is because text messages take only a second to transmit while calls require transmission signaling continuously. If anyone called me, in less than a minute, my head would be feeling like it was about to explode. Clearly, that was my body telling me that it did not want to be anywhere near signaling for phone calls that, while invisible, certainly impacted my body! I support doing more research on the health and safety impacts of cell phone radiation and I understand that such testing is currently done with plastic dummies, rather than on humans. In addition, the radiation levels allowed in the United States seem to be in excess of those in other countries. Finally, technology has evolved so much since cell phones were initially released and standards most definitely need to be updated to acknowledge that we have gone from 2G to 3G to 4G to 5G and I hear 6G will be released soon as well. Given that I have had such issues for so long, it seems wise to operate from the precautionary principle and err on the side of safety, especially since technology has changed so much over these years as well. Thank you for your consideration and for representing the health & safety of Americans! Sincerely,

The long history of wireless use testing is also withheld from the public because it was entirely in the hands of the interested parties for decades who were the ones studying it, and using it for testing of many dual purposes. Initial studies in Russia and other countries indicated all over body effects observed in both animal and human studies. We are now seeing on a mass scale, widespread effects when combined with other environmental factors such as heavy metals, pesticides, and harmful plastics in the air, food, soil, and water and now including nanotechnology that is being found in many products that we use and consume that are not in any way being ceased, regulated, or really even studied properly in ways that would benefit the consumer or the public at large, most of what is being published publicly is to promote its use in key industries. What are the regulatory bodies created to do if they are not supposed to regulate and hold to account predatory entities with products that may cause significant which are actively using the above in order that things like wireless technologies can be more effectively used for a host of many dual uses for their potential profit at the expense of the public at large? The Internet of Things is the Internet of Everything and has not been regulated for safety, it is being advanced without human consent in many ways though much of this has been presented in such a way as to manufacture collective consent, the only reason this could be possible would have to be because of the above interested parties largely having full control due to unbridled lobby access and using this for so called national security interests, global international agreements along the same lines, and corporate malfeasance. The public was lured into widespread use of a technology…

I strongly urge the federal government to immediately take steps to retroactively study the exact timing, frequency bands and strength, and locations of different types of EMFs from all cell phone towers which encourage wireless devices everywhere as well as a retroactive study of the same data from all other towers emitting EMFs, including radio and TV towers, police communication towers and antennas, fire department towers and antennas, private corporations and private towers and antennas, CB towers and antennas, airport towers and antennas, private airplane towers and antennas, and all other forms of towers and antennas in order to be able to identify cummulative EMF exposure in specific areas. 26110078192 https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filing/26110078192 Hello, I am EMF Sensitive and have spent countless hours and a lot of money, along with others in our city to stop the smart meter roll out to no avail. When I was not at home, 2 city policemen showed up at my property ( I have video) along with 2 city employees, one of whom placed a smart meter on my home even after I spoke to the city council several times and submitted certified letters asking for health information on the smart meter. No city official/employee ever responded to my letters, no one returned my calls or addressed my concerns that I spoke of at the city council meetings even though they took my information indicating that someone would get back to me. Once the smart meter was on, I decided to just wait and see if it actually did affect me. It started right away, with me having sudden onset of headaches, sleepless nights and generally feeling ill to my stomach. My husband called the city within a week to ask them to replace with the opt-out meter. Our city charges $24.65/ month for the opt out and has expressed that they want it to be expensive to keep others from opting out. Xcel charges about $11/month ( county provider)You can imagine what a hardship this expense is but many of us are sick from this exposure. We feel it is extortion. Many in our community have opted out( I believe over 300) and significantly more said they would opt-out if they could afford the fee. Someone did a Nextdoor poll and a large portion of our community did not want these harmful devices on/near our homes. Once the opt-out was placed on our home, my headaches went away and I could sleep better. Since they have been placing these devices in our neighborhood, I still feel ill in my home. I have learned there is what my electrician calls dirty electricity everywhere now and I am still being affected my neighbor's smart meters, so it is hard to get away from these frequencies that are harmful to humans, animals and even our plants. I know that before they changed out my original meter, I felt good, especially after I replaced the LED lights for incandescent ones. Now, since the smart meter and opt-out meter…

I've been very sensitive to RF/EMF for many years, and unfortunately, levels continue to get worse. I have neurological symptoms from exposures. I've had to make accommodations to my living environment (e.g. special shielding) to try and limit my exposures. I urge the FCC to respond to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. The current guidelines do not adequately protect humans against harmful effects of RF radiation unrelated to cancer. The impact of RF radiation on both adults and children are serious matters and the FCC and critical federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, should rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This issue matters to me personally because my husband developed a severe reaction to electromagnetic radio frequencies after contracting Lyme Disease. He experiences a very specific type of headache with exposure to wifi routers, cell towers, and all types of electrical devices. We have to shield our computers with nickel shields to reduce his exposure; and we do not have wifi in our house and we use ethernet only. There is an elementary school adjoinnig our property, and these children need protection. Cell towers are being placed on school property, church properties and at parks, all places where children are being harmed. I was a public school nurse in the 1980's and am well-aware of the types of diseases children faced in that era. They were few. Today, children are sicker than ever. They need protection from harmful influences, including radiation. I urge the FCC to give meaningful consideration to personal experiences and evidence and to fully address each of the issues identified by the court. Do not put off this important matter.

Many of us still use these landlines as wireless technology is spotty and unreliable in my area. We also need these landlines in power outages and emergency situations.

26110078152 https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filing/26110078152 I am writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. This issue matters to me because my life, my career and my health has been irreparably harmed by the ubiquitous and insidiously ever increasing RF exposure. I am unable to live a normal life or perform in my career. My family has ostracized and then accepted my situation, although visits are fewer and short due to their dependence on their devices for their being and livelihoods. It breaks my heart to watch them utilize their wireless devices and to realize they have no choice in today’s world and recognizing the difficulty I have experienced by not using them and doing my best to avoid the RF radiation. I have had to become a recluse and cannot even go to a city park as they all have towers, placed there to avoid public scrutiny. Fear of being ostracized goes to a whole new level because the device addiction predicates that people are afraid to know or literally do not want to know deleterious effects of RF radiation. While I was still practicing medicine, I came to recognize that people would rather swallow poisonous chemicals with multiple side effects (otherwise known as pharmaceuticals) or have the AV nodes in their heart atria burned (“ablation therapy”) and undergo chemotherapy rather than recognize the cause of their anxiety, lack of cognition, insomnia, headaches, joint pain, insulin resistance, type II diabetes, high blood pressure, tachycardia, a-fib, cancer, etc., etc. I have researched the subject and written a book, still yet to be published because I was warned it would never be picked up by major publishers as they will not bite the hand that feeds them. Media rarely touches the topic for the same reason. Yet thousands upon thousands of people continue to proliferate their ownership and use of wireless devices while increasing their “pills for the ills”, undergoing procedures and opting in for surgeries, because, you know, “my insurance pays for it”. It is estimated that thirty percent of the population is experiencing symptoms…

I am writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. The Court directed the FCC to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its guidelines adequately protect humans against harmful effects of RF radiation unrelated to cancer. Specifically, the court required the FCC to address the impacts of RF radiation on children, the health implications of long-term exposure, the ubiquity of wireless devices and technological developments, impacts on the environment, and the adequacy of the FCC’s testing procedures for cell phones and other portable devices. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This issue matters to me personally because: I have concerns about long-term exposure on humans, animals, and plants. I urge the FCC to give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence before it and to fully address each of the issues identified by the court.

I lived in my house since 1996 without incident. However, shortly after the next-door neighbor's smart meter was installed I became violently ill.Although I never had experienced any of these symptoms in my life, I began vomiting blood, having severe chest pains with difficulty breathing, stabbing muscle and joint pain and an enlarged thyroid, documented by my physician Our previously healthy dogs all began losing weight, vomiting, losing hair AND TWO DIED. A second physician stated in writing that if I got a smart meter, I would die. I was forced to move into my car and then live in a tent.An electrical engineer measured dangerous levels of radiation and conducted emissions emanating from the neighbor's house, as we do not even have WI-FI.Since 2019 I have been forced to be itinerant , being unable to live in my home due to the neighbor's smart meter.Wireless technology is borne of cupidinous greed.

When a smart meter was placed on my home by Tacoma Power I had severe reaction. My normally sound sleep turned into a sleep nightmare. I felt like I was being shocked awake multiple times a night, every night. My heart had always been regular rhythm. After smart meter was placed my heart was very irregular and pounding. I was foggy headed and twice, two different days, forgot a pot on the stove with the burner on- which if my husband had not come in when he did could have caught fire. The heart and sleep issues happened from day one. When I was away from home at work with no smart meter exposure my heart was absolutely normal. I asked via email 2-3 times for the smart meter to be replaced with an analog meter but they refused. The power company did not honor my request to stop that toxic exposure. They did agree to "intermittent use" when my husband phoned them (after the second time I left a pot on a burner for an extended time). Intermittent use of smart meter meant I had symptoms at random times which I assume correlated with their turning it on remotely. Fortunately for me the smart meter stopped working and I am safe/ok again in my own home. That smart meter encounter was terrifying.

Terrible seldom and unexplained headaches since 2015. In March 2020 I realised my headaches were instant in some places within a room, but if I stepped away, this pressure headache would also dissapear. I also started having other symptoms: nausea, body heat while asleep to the point that I felt that I am burning inside whitout actually swetting, could not breath and could not be inside apartment even after I unplugged all electronics. I work in healthcare and I had to go to work at that time. I started feeling burning sensations in my hands and eyes in front of the pc at work, and tachycardia and high blood presure in certain places. I would feel like knocking on metal type of..sound inside my head when coleague would send a text message via cell. In about few weeks, I was not able to remember simple words. I had to wear some kind of head protection and avoid being in one spot for too long to manage symptoms. Headaches dissapear with that protection, also memory came back and I was not "hearing" this texts pings in my head. I was not though able to be inside buildings anymore for more than few minutes, as I was instantly suffocating and skin started to burn all over my body. I reported symptoms to FCC at the time. There is a long story about these last 6 years, but I am trying to stay alive. Even if I might have some other health issues, or something else might have happen in my brain that I am not aware of, I should not have all these symptoms that go away when I am away from rfr or/and emf if these electrical signals are not supposed to interfere with the healthy functioning of my body. From observations, I believe that symptoms ease up when not using cell phone over a big period of time. As soon as I do use it, they return. All this time I have to wear whole body protection. Not sure I would be able to function otherwise.

My life was turned upside down when I worked for Amazon GRR1. RF was everywhere. There was black dust we were breathing in. If we went through the line on the way out and put our stuff in tote to go through X-ray and go through the scanner and it it went off, it wasn't for security, it's like the air port, it's because of that dust and it's electromagnetic properties. You go to another scanner and your stuff doesn't need to be scanned twice, but you do. You get frequent urination, and because of heightened stomach acid you can either hardly eat and have to almost constantly go to the restroom because you can't keep food from going through your body, you can only run to the restroom. Other times, you can eat but you feel you can't stop eating. Quercetin seemed to help like Monster energy drink with Coconut Water B vitamins. Your teeth break. You get too dehydrated and water isn't good enough. You get Vertigo in Pack because someone is playing with the Hertz and opening closed radio channels. You get dizzy, disoriented after walking through a data stream between two computers. Amazon has licensed software that other places of business don't have. And a military contract. You end up talking to yourself and chatterboxing, there are times you feel like you haven't slept at all. You're weak, tired, lethargic. The stairs seem difficult to climb, by the time you realize what's happening you're pretty much just going through the motions. You get Ice pick headaches, cluster headaches, Migraines, complete with daymares the open radio channels broadcast into the warehouse and are all over the floor. Your teeth break. I still have a shoulder impingement, bone spurs, anxiety, migraines, the occasional daymare, problems with bright lights and some short term memory loss at times, hydration issues.
