Abstract
Day by day the number of Radio Frequency Transmitting User Devices (RUD), mobile or static, are getting increased in and around living objects (LO). The near exposure of these Radio Frequencies Radiations to a specific LO, at a given place, under given environmental conditions, at unscheduled time of intervals, may affect its growth and survival, positively or negatively, as compared to the growth and survival of LO without presence or far presence of these RUDs is subject of study. The impact of effect will depend on the surface of exposure, field strength of signal at the surface of exposure, both these factors depend on Frequency, distance and radius of first Fresnel zone. Considering commonness of 800/1700/1800 MHz frequency band for 4 G & 5G communication system, the impact of RUD radiations in this band have been planned, the uplink and down link RF radiation pattern studied and accordingly test set-up has been designed and first experiment conducted on Butter Bean seeds and observed the impact on the biochemistry parameters after two to three weeks of exposure at regular interval during germination and growth. The first set of readings exhibit low values as compared to control.

Main findings
An experiment exposing Butter Bean seeds to RF radiation in common 4G/5G bands during germination and growth reported that the first set of biochemistry readings were low compared to control.
Outcomes measured
- germination and growth
- biochemistry parameters
Limitations
- No quantitative results provided in the abstract (effect size, statistics).
- Exposure metrics not reported (e.g., field strength at seed surface, SAR).
- Sample size and experimental details (randomization/blinding, control conditions) not described.
- Frequencies are discussed (800/1700/1800 MHz) but the exact exposure frequency used is not explicitly stated.
